I went to North Park Mazda to have the oil leaks on my 1999 Miata fixed. For the last year or so I have been thinking about purchasing a new car and a month ago after talking with Naomi Ortiz and Fernando Galindo, I test drove a Mazda CX-3. I was impressed and specifically liked the back-up mirror and blind spot warning. But could not purchase at that time. When I returned to have the oil lieaks fixed Naomi did a follow-up. I mentioned that I had always liked the Mazda 3, not sedan, but small Hatchback. Again she referred me to Fernando to do a test drive. I really liked how it handled, and it had the 2 features I really felt were important for me. And of course it was white, the color I wanted. Again I said I really wasn't financially equipped to buy a new car at this time. Cutting to the chase, I drove out of North Park Mazda with a 2017 Mazda 3-5 door Touring 2.5. I have had it now for a week and I love, love, love it!!! I wish to sincerely thank Naomi, Fernando, Cameron, and Timo for bending over backwards to provide me with a brand new car earlier than I anticipated. So after a sad goodbye to my Miata which has given me many joyous miles of travel, I am counting on many joyous miles in my Mazda 3! Sincerely, Barbara MacAlister

I just purchased a new 2016 Impreza from North Park Subaru. In many ways my purchase was very unorthodox. I made the request while traveling out of state in Colorado, and was had to go through the entire buying process through the phone and email. Nevertheless the salesman helping me, Dan, and the North Park Dealership made the process very easy. Perhaps the most amazing part of the transaction was the service I received upon the purchase of my car. My previous car had been deemed a total loss from hail, and I had just arrived at the San Antonio Airport from a flight, and had no transportation to reach the dealership to complete my purchase. Dan actually drove my car out to the airport to meet me and complete the deal. All I had to do was sign the documents and drive off in my new car! I can't thank Dan and the people at North Park Subaru enough. I mean, that's a pretty crazy story of customer service. Not to mention the good price they were able to get me on the Impreza. Highly recommend.

I love this car so much! It’s such a unique look and the inside is so cool. The dash always matched the color of your car which I think is awesome! If you like unique cars this is definitely a great option! It drives really smooth and I drive about an hour to work and back. The gas is great to! One thing I will complain about is I got a 2016 used Fiat 500X Pop and the radio was so outdated. It didn’t come with Bluetooth or back up camera. I’m not about having all the extra amenities but I think Bluetooth is important so you can answer phone calls without holding the phone to your ear, which is now illegal. But other then that, it’s amazing.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

My first car and I love it

I bought my 2016 Fiat 500x easy a little over a month ago used with 47,000 miles already on it, in the short time that I’ve owned it I’ve already put about 3,000 miles on it just from everyday driving and a long road trip to Canada. I love this car!! It’s my first car as I’m only 18 and I pay for it all by myself which is another thing I love: it’s cheap. All in all per month it costs me about $380 with insurance and gas. Which is super reasonable for a teenager or someone who needs a nice car but can’t spend a lot of money. Mine has AWD which I also love even though I haven’t driven it in the snow yet, I know it’s going to be perfectly fine. My only drawbacks which don’t really matter to me but would probably annoy some people who are more into cars, is that the transmission is SLOW. Also not a lot of torque so it takes some effort to get it up to speed. It’s totally fine once it’s up there it just takes some effort and can be kind of loud and off putting when accelerating. But I love it and it’s the perfect car for me!

This was my third vehicle with Toyota Cavender. Took my 2014 RAV4 for a trade in on a 2018 same model. Nick was great...he was attentive and courteous. He understood the my mind was made up on the vehicle I wanted. He proceeded to show me what was available and explained the new features on the 2018. Then we began the paper work...No hassles...no haggling...no pressure. Arrived round 10am and was driving the new 2018 RAV4 by the noon hour. Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Never thought of a fiat, but my hubby is Italian and told me to give it a try...it’s small and fun...the dashboard has the exterior metal (same color) giving it a sports car kinda feel...love the feel of the steering wheel, small and very responsive again giving it a sporty feel..the driver seat could be a little more comfortable, but it’s not uncomfortable...roomy hatch compartment considering that the car is small..love the double glove compartments...decent sound system...fun to drive...

Cool and fun

I thoroughly like this SUV for its distinctive styling and several features that you'd not expect to see on a vehicle in this class. It handles well and provides a good, solid ride. The 4 cylinder engine is smaller than what I have previously been used to and is a bit slow to respond by comparison, but capable and even peppy although it does have a tendency to be a bit sluggish sometimes at low speeds. Overall, I am very satisfied with his vehicle and am looking forward to enjoying it for years to come. The one thing that most attracted me to the car in the first place was what I see as a great value. Bought this one used, got a great deal and have been pleasantly surprised at performance and overall quality.
