Very friendly staff, Randy was very helpful and attentative. Mason Knight knocked it out of the park getting all of the paperwork done very impressed with his friendly personality and helpfulness would definitely do business with him again. Only issue I had was waiting around on West Plains to let me know if I could have the car I wanted... thanks to the Paragould staff I did!! ¿
i went in looking for a low mileage used car. Didn't find exactly what I was looking for but the General Manager (Tony Larizza) asked me what type of vehicle I would prefer and what was my budget. He asked what options I would like, what color I would prefer. The next day he had located a vehicle that would be a perfect fit. Within the week the car was at the dealership and I went in for a test drive. Took my vehicle home the same day. Very professional dealership! I would highly recommend!

I bought a used 2015 Nissan Altima, totally, over the internet from Lucy Skirvin at Dodge Country Killeen. She was very patient (emails) and handled all the necessary paper work and financing. I bought the car, sent her a credit card deposit and the next day arrived at Dodge Country to finish the deal. I was met in the parking lot by Raul Rivera and he had reserved an upfront parking space for me. Then less then 30 minutes later I was in the finance mgrs. office signing the deal. Since I live 98 miles from Killeen, Raul got Christopher Rodriquez and Nick Schroeder to follow me home and deliver my car! Dodge Country made me feel like a VIP and I have never been treated so professionally at a car dealership. I will surely buy my next car from Dodge Country, Killeen and recommend others experience this dealers Pro Customer Service. This Dealership has set the bar very high for other Dealers to match there style!
I was in search of a new car but not sure what kind of car I was in search for. Brenden really helped me out with finding a car that would fit me, and the needs that I supplied him with. He was very personable, and quite funny. Overall great experience with Brenden.
I own a Fiat 500e with a broken tire pressure sensor. Daniel Cerna the Service Advisor took care of me. He repaired it plus he replaced a foggy rear lamp, plus a couple of recall upgrades. He told me that it was all covered under warranty. (It wasn't, but he had it covered anyway). Saved me $500.00 it repair cost. When i came to pick up my care i was very late and Danny had already gone home. He came but to the dealership to get my my care so i could take it home. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty to help out a customer that was having a hard time navigate his day. Danny saved me hours of grief and i recommend taking your car to Van Nuys FIAT for all your service and repair needs. I know i will.

I had a 2003 Mini, and I finally was ready to let her go. It was a scary prospect to upgrade, and I had NO idea how much cars had changed!
The process to identify the car was the hardest part. Once I contacted Mini of Marin, it was easy from start to finish. So grateful for the experience, and I LOVE my new Mini!!!
