Decent Price, Pleasant Process
by Nathan L from Raleigh, NC
November 6, 2018
4 4 4 4 4 4.1 (261 reviews)
Apologies for the formatting, line breaks don't seem to work in the review.-------------- Pros: Price listed online was the actual price Salespeople willing to follow up on your requests for info No hassles taking the vehicle to a mechanic, encouraged to do so ---------- Cons: No adjustments in price on the vehicle Low value on trade (individual vehicle, could be different for others) ----------- I sent a request to Impex Auto sales requesting information about a specific vehicle, they were prompt in getting back with me, and checked in several times to let me know it was still on the lot (I had to drive a fair distance to look at it). While this could have come across as pushy Robert did a good job of making sure I had the info I needed before I left my home. ------------ The vehicle itself was as described. After taking it to a third party mechanic I was told that it was in generally good condition, but would need the front brakes changed soon and the spare/jack was missing. For anyone looking at a purchase I would recommend getting a mechanic to check your vehicle out, as Impex doesn't currently have a servicing dept. (this is a best practice regardless of the dealership) ------------ Impex agreed to replace the missing tire and carjack, but wouldn't adjust the price for the brakes, since it had passed the state inspection recently. Their offer for my trade was fairly low. The vehicle had issues but I had been offered substantially more by a carmax in my area within the last month. If you have any questions about the value of your trade I would recommend finding an alternate way to sell it (based on my experience) ------------ I completed the purchase ( I had my own financing so can't comment on their process) and got ready to go but the jack hadn't been placed in the vehicle. Once I called their attention to it this was resolved, but if I hadn't checked I would have driven off without it. ------------- Overall I'm happy with my experience. I got a decent price on the vehicle I went to the dealership to buy. While the experience wasn't perfect (anticipated repairs not adjusted on the price, low trade value, jack not placed in vehicle) I was pleased by the responsiveness of the staff to my requests, a pleasant overall experience, and would recommend this dealership to anyone who has done their due diligence on their purchase.

Best off road SUV made.

Ok ill make it quick, this is bar-none the best SUV I could have ever owned. Rust is on every fender however reliability and functionality are where this vehicle SOARS. I have limited slip in front and rear axles and have never been stuck185kon my 351, it never fails to start and I have suffered no power loss due to age. Its surprisingly quiet. Their has only been a issue or two I had to replace the ALT and Coil. I also changed all hoses and water pump as precautionary maintenance. I love this truck. Aside from the ridiculous fender rust the truck is perfect

Brandan, Thank You for ensuring that my buying experience was exactly what I needed and demanded! I told you why I was there (Purchase a 2nd Vehicle), what I wanted (this was clear from our call before I came in), and quickly closing out the deal (I was with my son and WOULD NOT be sitting around for several hours and impacting my day with him) was my highest priority! Unlike a lot of sales people who ONLY hear what they want, and say what they think you want to hear, you we much the opposite! Your focus from the word go, was to ensure that my requirements were met. I can't tell you how much weight that carries in doing future business with you and/or sending referrals your way! Thank You again for making what can be an awful experience a Home Run! I Appreciate You! Scott, You didn't miss a beat in the handoff with Brandan! You were so focused on getting me out of there quickly that when you "ran to get something", you Ran! That fires me up! I was also very impressed that you cared enough to dig in and understand the specifics of my deal, and my plans in the next 30-60 days.... Then you provided invaluable guidance, and for that I Thank You! You made for the perfect closer to the deal, and I can???t thank you enough! Well Done Dean Team of Brentwood, You???re Doing it Right and Hiring the Perfect People to Help You Keep Doing It!!!! Brian M. April 15th 2017

To whom it may concern.

Hello – I wanted to mention my recent purchase experience with Mancuso Motorworks of Chicago for the purchase of an Audi RS5. I am a confessed car enthusiast and have purchased many cars to date, including everything from Pontiac GTOs to Plymouth AAR Cudas and the like. I prefer a bit of performance! As Director of the auto fleet for a billion dollar company, I “get” to purchase all of the vehicles, so I have a fairly good idea of how the purchase works. I know how to obtain a good deal and can apply the same processes for my personal purchases. My research brought me to the Audi RS5 coupe, a real driver’s car with Audi luxury. I finally found the right car at Mancuso Motorworks in Chicago - it was (only) 1,200 miles away! The Mancuso sales representative that I spoke with seemed like a good guy on the phone - not the typical fast-talking type that I have encountered previously. His name was Jake. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the car on the phone, and had answers for my questions. When he didn’t know the answer he found out, which put me at ease. The more I learned about the car, the more I knew this was the one. I had been studying the market for this make, model, year and options and knew what the price range should be – and this one was priced right. I coordinated a pre-purchase inspection at the Audi dealership which I paid for and Jake even took it there and back for me. The car checked out to be in amazing overall condition, but for a small hidden nail in a tire – which they took care of repairing. We discussed pricing and got to an agreement which I thought was very favorable to me. I found a flight and flew to Chicago to inspect and test drive the car. It was impeccable. Jake didn’t know it but I was sold in the first few seconds of seeing the car. Done! The test drive just cemented my decision as it was (is) a fantastic driver’s car and looks very understated which is what I wanted. Jake helped me through the purchase process, then my son and I drove it all the way from Chicago back to Florida – I have been smiling ear-to-ear ever since! Thank you Jake and Mancuso Motorworks!

However: I quickly learned that the dealer was up front, repaired what they said they would, and made the transaction and shipping very smooth. A particular thanks to Rob Venlet, your help and honesty is greatly appreciated! Robert F. Brown Clearfield, Pa.

Great online car buying experience
by Gordon from Seattle, WA
November 6, 2018
5 5 5 5 5 4.1 (108 reviews)
I recently purchased a very hard to find car from Rob at GR Auto Gallery. It was my first foray into buying a car online and I was initially apprehensive about buying a car located 2000 miles away sign unseen. Since I couldn't find a similar car in my home market, I decided to take the plunge. The large number of high quality pictures on GR's website really helped alleviate any concerns about what was going to be delivered. While not quite the same as seeing it in person, they had photos of all the angles and critical areas I was concerned about. Rob was responsive, straight forward, and easy to work with. We quickly negotiated a fair price, worked out the paperwork, and transferred funds. Rob then handed me over to John to coordinate delivery of the vehicle. John was able to quickly find a truck headed my way and booked transport at a very reasonable rate. The trucking company, OK Auto Transport, did an amazing job with the delivery, dropping the car off at my driveway 2 days ahead of schedule, on a Sunday. The car arrived as described in the listing and photos. My only complaint about the whole transaction was that the car arrived a little dusty inside and out, probably due to sitting in their warehouse for several months. A quick cleaning before shipping would have been appreciated, but this is a minor gripe. From first contact to delivery these guys were a class act. This was perhaps the easiest and most satisfying car purchasing experience I've ever had and I look forward to working with Rob, John and the rest of the GR team in the future.

The best at what it does
by Thrice with a Bronco from Olympia, WA

My relationships with Broncos started in the early 70s, with a small bronco - good at what it did, better than any of the others I had tried. Second came a full size Bronco, from 1979 - It was an awesome machine, that served me well. Then for years I was without one, until recently, when I found a 1995 Bronco with pretty high mileage, but perfect body. Even at 17 years old, the doors fit, the glass works, the seats are firm and comfortable, the bench is in good condition, the carpets are good, and the paint work is pristine. The engine, with 204,800 miles is still smooth, no rattles, nothing sounding wrong, even with a stethoscope, so I am as pleased with this Bronco as I am with the two I owned previously. This 1995 Bronco is considerably more comfortable and much better appointed than the other two. The condition of this seventeen year old vehicle is such, that when the running gear is too old and tired to run efficiently, I will restore it with a new drivetrain and suspension, to keep this one, in my family.

Great folks to deal with!
by Fastback67 from Norwich, CT
December 3, 2018
5 5 5 5 5 4.5 (8 reviews)
I recently purchased a nice clean Dodge Pickup from these folks. Rob V. from 4-Wheell Classics spent a good deal of time, several weeks in fact, working with me on this purchase. I had a great many questions for him. Mostly questions to help eliminate any suspicions I may have had at the time. Long story short, Rob proved himself to be both an honest and forthright individual, eventually winning my trust. A deal was struck, paper work was processed, and the Dodge was on it's way. 4-Wheel Classics handled the shipping (open carrier in this case), and the truck was delivered virtually overnight to my shop in CT. The truck was everything that Rob had described without a catch. It looked even better in person than it did in the pictures. I put it up on the lift as soon as it arrived and went over everything with a very fine toothed comb, and found virtually nothing unexpected. Took it off the lift and went for a test drive. Again nothing unexpected. All in all a very pleasant experience. I have been in touch with Rob a few times since the Sale and he is always there, so it's not a case of sell and forget here. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to deal with these folks again if the need arose.

Super cool looking. Sought after and very easy to work on. There are tons of after market parts for this vehicle. I just sold my 68 for 12K and it had ratty seats from an old 77 comet, and no back seat. 7 years ago it was worth half that.

I've had 2 Broncos and wouldn't have any other car. They are the safest, easiest to handle, most reliable, and have the best traction in snow or ice of any vehicle. I couldn't believe Ford discontinued them, or that the salesman tried to sell me an Explorer instead. I laughed at him.

I have owned my Bronco for 8 yrs, and while it definitely rides like a truck and the gas mileage is not great, you can't beat a Bronco for it's reliability, stability and just out right FUN!! In 8 yrs I haven't had to do anything major to my Beast other than the fuel pump and the exhaust, and mind you, the only reason I had to replace the exhaust is I ripped it off while 4 wheelin' and muddin'. As I said, it is a fun SUV. I live in a very rural small town so all of my miles are 99% highway and I travel with it often. The major plus is that in Midwest winters, I have yet to ever have been stuck, my Bronco is a Beast and it loves to eat up the snow!

Purchasing Experience
by Bob Z06/7 from DealerRater.com
November 5, 2018
5 5 5 5 5 4.7 (576 reviews)
The car I purchased was 2016 Z06/7; I had been shopping for several months to find the right value/ price. When I saw the car on EBay I immediately knew the price was right but my conscience wouldn't allow me to spend that kind of $ without seeing the car in person first. We took a drive from Wisconsin, the car looked as good as described and their inventory of high end automobiles was top notch. The sales person I dealt with (Eric) was a true car guy not a car salesman, there is a difference. Before agreeing on a price Eric introduced me to the owner (Parin) and gave me and my wife a tour of their inventory. In performance terms some of their stuff is really "over the top". Overall I feel I received a better than fair price & had great experience working with knowledgeable people.
