My insurance company recommended Jack Demmer Ford to have some body work done. They were great!!! Texted me regularly to keep updated and finished my car repairs on time. Car looks wonderful and they gave it a really good cleaning inside & out. I will definitely use them again!

The ride is somewhat rough. In a long distance drive the seats become uncomfortable. The Broncos Sport does have a fair amount of interior noise.

I came in for a tire rotation and was in a hurry, the service manager drove my truck in himself and saw that it got completed quickly and finished it with a wash, thanks a lot Doug!

I bought this Bronco Sport brand new in June 22 to use for rideshare and have been more than pleased with everything about it. I have over 78k miles on it and it runs as if it had 78 miles on it. Great gas mileage, great ride, and great car.

I purchased a 2025 Lincoln Nautilus, my sales specialist was Sam Jamoua and this was the 2nd purchase with Sam. Sam is the best, from start to finish he makes sure that you are completely satisfied. The entire team at Varsity Lincoln is top notch, from Jere Law the General Manager, Dan Rank the General Sales Manager, to Stephen Elzein the Business Manager, all of whom made sure our visit was more than satisfactory. I live in Saginaw Mi and will drive the 80+ miles to this dealership because my wife and I have never been treated better as customers. When service is due on the Nautilus we will driver to Novi to have them service the vehicle. Love it love it ! I couldn’t find the one I wanted so ordered the Badlands loaded great price but took 10 months to come in ugh but well worth it . 14 months and 10,000 miles later so happy with gas mileage 27 mpg around town .Drives awesome . Love the design and the interior is beautiful. Awesome speakers and sound . I will have it for a long time. .

Very good service, convenient location, and shuttles for drop off and pick up. This is so far a only Ford dealership having the shuttle service.

The whole long distance purchase went very smoothly. Very professional and efficient team. We did drive up to pick up our new car and were given a thorough briefing and demonstration on our car. The process was easy to purchase a certified used car with Southgate. I was a bit disappointed picking up the vehicle once I purchased it, and it was not cleaned to my expectation (after speaking with the salesperson who said it would be). Overall, I am happy with my purchase and the dealership was patient, not pushy, and helpful.

Both Maddie and Marcela were very nice and helpful. I should have jumped on the purchase!

Many thanks to Martin Scheill, our service advisor. Martin and the staff at Hines Park went out of their way to help us get our Ford Escape repaired on short notice. Repairs were made in a timely manner to allow us to make our 1,200 mile drive home without interruption. I would highly recommend the Hines Park Service Department in Milford, Mi.

Thorough and efficient job of completing a sale for me of a new vehicle from out-of-state. Handled tax forms and provided means for transferring funds. I obtained my own financing and will submit registration in my own state.

I've gotta say, my car buying experience at Serra Ford for the Ford Ranger was freakin' amazing! The whole team there was top-notch, especially Rachel Kupke, my salesperson. She was on the ball, super attentive, and knew everything about the Ranger and Ford's other offerings. Rachel made sure I got exactly what I wanted and answered all my questions like a pro. Candy Serra, the sales manager, was also awesome. She personally made sure I was happy and really helped with the financing process. Candy really cared about making my experience top-notch. The rest of the Serra Ford crew was fantastic too. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process a breeze. I walked in and felt right at home. And let me tell ya, the Ford Ranger itself is one badass truck. The Serra Ford team knew their stuff and helped me find just the right one. They explained all the different options, safety features, and cool tech stuff. All in all, I can't recommend Serra Ford enough. If you're lookin' for a new Ford Ranger or any other vehicle, go check 'em out. You won't be disappointed. Walked in without appointment at 3 pm and drove out at 6 pm with a great car. I hate going to dealers but was impressed at the quality and help of everyone here. Eric Breda moved me though the process and was very helpful and efficient with zero pressure. He is straight shooter and gets things done. Will send friends to Hines Park and Eric for a vehicle .

Because I’ve been going there forever, I’ve bought three new vehicles out of there. I’ve always had exceptional service. The man that runs the body shop which I’ve talked with a few times is exceptional to any body shop manager. They always hire the best. I don’t know why this rating is what it is.
