Orleans ford gave my wife such a great deal on her trade in she ended up purchasing a 2025 f250 roush. Loves everything from the good deal on the trade in, our sales person Richie and we have been buying trucks thru Orleans Ford for years and there service team is outstanding too, very little issues over the years but always in and out problem resolved. For some of the nicest trucks around and normally plenty of trucks to choose from.. New or used great place we'll be back again.

We just bought our Bronco HLE this week from AutoPark Ford Laporte. Wow, what a team! Tim( sales consultant) and Dave( Finance Manager) were exceptional from the start! I asked a ton of questions and received answers on all of them. They had a very rare Bronco Heritage Limited edition and charged me MSRP, almost the whole country was charging 5-25k over MSRP. They received 3 other calls but gave me time to make my decision and do my research and never for one second made me feel pressured or played any “sales games”. I have spoken with many dealers and this was by far the best dealership I have ever bought a car from. Dave is finance was awesome, he was so fair with pricing and worked hard to find the best rate and gave me breaks on pricing for the add ons to ensure my families bronco stayed on great condition long after I left the lot. On Saturday 3/29/2023 I had an appointment for The Works service with a car wash. It was taking longer than I thought it would tske so I went back to see what was taking so long. I found the machanic driving a socket on the lug nut with a hammer. Didn't say anything, when I got home I saw where Two lug nuts had the cap broken off. The machanic nor the service man said anythink to me. I bought the car new on July 7, 2012. The nuts were off on many times since that date as I always get service when due. Glad they took pictures before they workrd it as now they owe me two new lug nuts. I will taalk to Tim Kelly about this bat way of doing things.

Working with Shelby and the the Four Stars Ford Sales team was an absolute delight. I literally bought my car from home, sitting in my recliner, while watching a Bowl Game, 300 miles away. Justin was very helpful and responsive. He negotiated to his best ability and admitted fault when he miscommunicated recall laws in TX on used cars. The process was quick and I was out in 30 minutes.

Excellent service and timely repairs. Quick Lane has a maintenance window to observe your vehicle being repaired. It is helpful to know the progress being made on your vehicle.

To whomever this concerns: There’s a salesman at the Bill Hood Bargain dealership whose actual name I’m not exactly sure of his actual name ..might be Dionte..but to me his name is Saginaw. I went to his dealership interested in a 2013 Lincoln but left a week later with a 2019 Ford Fusion!! I’ve never been given a reason to praise a car salesman I’ve dealt with EVER. However,Saginaw is thee exception. I truly had the best car buying experience that I never thought could exist!! He was extremely attentive and pleasant with phenomenal communication skills. He responded promptly to all my calls & texts and that’s a rare find when dealing with car buying. Also the financing magician Jerrod also deserves a round of applause!! I sure hope both Saginaw and Jarrod get the recognition from their bosses that they deserve. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to for one customer and spent an extreme amount of time just on me ..that was amazing. Great job guys and yes, when I’m ready years from now to buy another car, I will return to Bill Hood and hope yall are still there to offer yet again your greatly appreciated service!!

I have to say that Aaron Lawson went above and beyond when dealing with issues on my 85 year old mother's car. He and he staff made sure that she was well treated and taken care of. Their delivery service is top notch as well. I couldn't be happier with their service department. Nice work all!

He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and has always going the extra mile to get me the vehicle I wanted. Also contacts me after the sale to make sure I am happy with the vehicle I purchased. All of the personnel involved in the sale were great.

Good overall experience. As always, the dealership tried to slip in extra fees. This does not make this dealership any worse than others, but I won't give 5 stars when this happens. In our case, the sticker price was not what we saw when we sat down to negotiate. There was a $1,300 charge added for a security feature the dealership had installed. I had that removed: sticker price on a used car should be everything that the car is. I did not choose a $1300 option. The dealership worked with us and was friendly, except for the finance guy. It was late at night and he got a little snippy.

We bought a 2020 Ford Explorer in April our outstanding salesman was Thomas in used cars he took care of us above and beyond and we’re so grateful unfortunately we had issues in August and had to bring our vehicle in the first service technician was not so good kept telling us what they couldn’t do and nothing about what they could then i believe the best service technician stepped in an made this what we were thinking was going to be a nightmare a more pleasant experience and handled all of our issues thank you Thomas our salesman and Glen our service technician for giving us a piece of mind !!!!
