My husband and I stopped there to look at their Edge inventory. No intention of purchasing that day but getting an idea of what to look for and what we want. The sales person was very laid back and did not put any pressure on us to purchase. When we are ready to purchase I would definitely go back!

2024 bronco sport badlands has been a great vehicle. 2.0 ecoboost that only comes with the badlands is a must the 3 cylinder is gutless. All these recalls are mostly for the smaller engine. The only recall I've had was a reprogram for the battery condition. Not a big deal. I got 2,250 rebate and 2.9 financing that was hard to pass up.

The customer service in this dealership is top tier! If I could add more stars I would! Galo is simply the best! This was our second purchase with him, and the experience was amazing. I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

Lance Aiello, Joshua Santos, and Brian Muller all did a great job helping me buy my car. I also worked with Katie and Brad on the phone and they were great too. I reached out to Healey Brothers Ford via their website asking about a specific car. They called me right away and were extremely helpful getting me all the info I needed on the car. I was coming from out of state so we did a lot of our business over the phone or email. Everyone I spoke to was extremely kind and helpful. They got me a trade in value on my previous car, which was exactly at the value I was hoping for. They told me they were charging MSRP for the car I was looking at, which was fantastic news. They even accepted my XPlan discount through my employer. The Sales Manager Lance Aiello handled most of the communication and he went over and above for me. I drove down to NY and was able to complete the purchase quickly with Lance, Joshua, and Brians help and then was able drive home in my dream car! I can not say enough good things about this dealership and their staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car.

Always loved ford. Had two rangers which were gas pigs but they would go through any cold Canadian winter with ease. Had a jeep which gave me not alot of issues but one major electrical issue. Got rid of it and got my bronco. I absolutely love it. Great in the snow and the look of them is just beautiful.

He walked me through their inventory, and we began test drives. He worked with me on the price to meet my budget. We submitted the paperwork and within 48 hrs I received a call from Brian in the finance department. Another great employee, he was knowledgeable and patient. He explained every option and choice I had to make very well. I felt no pressure and picked the options that worked best for me. From the time I walked in to the day I drove away in my car was 3 days. They did everything, got me the best financing, handled my insurance, they even detailed a car I already thought was perfect. When I went to pick it up it somehow looked even better.
