16 months ago a new starter motor was installed in my older model Ford F-450 work truck. For whatever reason the replacement part failed prematurely at a very inconvenient time. We desperately needed this truck for picking up merchandise which will be shipping overseas on a container going out next week. Originally, I was told the truck wouldn't be ready until Monday or Tuesday but after hearing our predicament my service writer and the service manager worked together to expedite the repairs. I picked up the truck on Saturday much to my surprise and relief. And to top it off they covered it under warranty! Star Ford is the best!
Great introduction to gas-hybrid-electric world

This car was my way of exploring if going all electric was a viable option for me. Having three types of 'gas' eliminated any range anxiety I had, but still gave me an indication of whether or not an all electric would work for my family. The end result, the next car for me is the all electric. The timing didn't work for me to stick with Ford, so I'm moving onto a Nissan Leaf, and will keep an eye out for the future Ford all electric models on the horizon. But I'm an all electric convert for life, and my Ford CMax Energi made that so.
I was really nervous about the whole car buying experience but the staff at Galpin made the experience quick and painless. I received the best deal and a car that was better then I dreamed. I would recommend Galpin to my grandma. I???m so pleased!!!!

This car is great on gas and meets all of my needs, perfect size, and all the right tech gadgets I need.
I purchased a pre-owned car from Wondries Ford last year, and have been using their maintenance services on a regular basis. Admittedly, I had reservations getting my car serviced at the dealer due to prior experience with a different make and dealer. I've had a great experience with Wondries Ford service department! They are reasonably priced, know their vehicles, provide awesome customer service, and send email reminders. This makes keeping my car maintained stress free! I have a bit of a commute to work, and it is critical my car is taken care of!

Bought one in 2013, now 2016, and for Ford to not extend the EV range, considering other manufacturers EV advancements, baffles me.
I have got my last two cars at Sunrise Ford. They were not pleasent when I went back for my third lease so I went to Galpin Ford. Don Rhodes was great he and Bohdan made my leasing my new Ford Escape Titanium easy and painless. I would honestly recommend Don to all my friends and family and am loving my ride. A shout ou to Fany in finance. If you go tell Don Bert Champagne sent you. I am really happy to give this honest review.
Nice car, EV Range is too short

This is a very nice car. I love that I can plug it in and charge it over night. I would like to see better EV range. Also the battery consumes a large portion of the rear storage area, reducing the car's practicality. This vehicle needs a dedicated platform to allow the batteries to go under the floor.
The new Sync 3 system is great. Very responsive, unlike prior Ford systems. The only dislike is the Navigation commands. It is is not intuitive, nor can you use natural language like Google Maps can.
I went into Galpin Ford this Friday to take advantage of their great deals for Black Friday. Todd Kessler my sales person was amazing, very patient and helped me find my F150 I've been wanting. Todd went above and beyond my expectations and ensured our expierence was as pleasant as possible even with all the customers there! We were his top priority!

This car is ideal for me - a plug in hybrid that is in my price range. I seldom drive more than 15 miles in a day, which means that I almost never use the gasoline engine. The car is fun to drive, easy for me to get in and out of and comfortable. It is generally easy to clear it from snow (I live in Maine, no garage), although the recess for the windshield wipers could be better designed - ice gets stuck in the recess and is very hard to remove. There is limited cargo room because of the battery, but at this point in my life I don't need a lot.
I actually took a day off work because I knew I'd have to wait for my car and my commute is long. I need not have done so. Arrival at 7:20 and was out by 8. Thanks for giving me back a day that I then could use for play!
