I don't normally write a review and never outside of google or amazon but I just have to get the word out there because of the excellent service here. I recently moved from California and had to have something done with my car the just got here a week ago. The employees here are amazing and of course Shawn! They were very helpful! It's like a warm welcome here in MA! I was worried I will be waiting forever and was looking for a cafe around the area but didn't really have to since the waiting area was amazing as well! Coffee, water, soda, snacks, tv, comfortable chairs and even a massage chair. Better than a cafe!. I didn't wait that long for the service either! I am very happy with the service! Even better than my ford service place in California (yikes!) I am happy I found a good service place for my car!!!

This car was terrific from the intuitive layout to paddle switches that make sense to an average of 60 mpg over 10,000 miles it is quiet and has great road manners. Consumer reports was all wrong, on electric alone it will go 80 MPH not 50 I am so impressed it beats my wife's Prius all to heck and at $10,000 less dollars!!

I had my 2012 Ford F150 serviced for many issues (which I was not happy about but given the mileage I put on my vehicles, it was understandable) The service Rep. Rich did a great job making sure everything go taken care of in a very timely manner. This car was my way of exploring if going all electric was a viable option for me. Having three types of 'gas' eliminated any range anxiety I had, but still gave me an indication of whether or not an all electric would work for my family. The end result, the next car for me is the all electric. The timing didn't work for me to stick with Ford, so I'm moving onto a Nissan Leaf, and will keep an eye out for the future Ford all electric models on the horizon. But I'm an all electric convert for life, and my Ford CMax Energi made that so.

I purchased a new 2017 Ford Escape from Kelly Ford at the end of May and wanted to wait a little bit before posting my review, so apologies for the lengthy novel. I had worked with Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield earlier this year and while I didn't end up purchasing from that dealer, my experience with them led me to Kelly Ford. Kelly Ford was one of the only dealers in the area with the specific color and package I was looking for (Magnetic Gray Titanium with the Sport Appearance package) and they had the best online price. Mike Walsh was my salesman and he was great to work with; he didn't push to close the sale when I said I wasn't ready to buy until after test driving the RAV4 and CRV. Gary is also fantastic, he's extremely knowledgeable about each of the additional coverage options and warranties offered and is responsive to any questions. I can't say enough about how helpful he has been while assisting me with a gap insurance policy issue. As far as the Escape, I've had to bring it in for warranty issues twice sine June. My experience with the Service department has been excellent, Brian and his team are attentive and responsive. One of the warranty issues currently doesn't have a resolution, which is on Ford itself, but John Celesk went above and beyond when I brought my frustrations to him. I was honestly surprised he was willing to listen, since it wasn't a Sales issue. Overall, I've had a great experience with Kelly Ford and would absolutely recommend this dealer.

just got my ford c-max yesterday & love it so far. the car is unusual & unique. it has a very different look and feel than anything else I have ever driven, which makes it more fun. very comfortable seats and smooth ride. very fast pick-up speed for a 4 cylinder car. the car looks small on the outside, but very roomy on the inside. I chose the c-max over the prius after some research & glad I picked the Ford c-max.

For my wife, I purchased a Ford EDGE 2015 loaded model from Imperial Ford with the help of Dean Childs, Sales; and Lou Carvalho, Sales Manager. They allowed me to take the vehicle home, show it to my wife and then bring it back. Upon my return to the dealership, I told them we really liked the car but the price was not in our budget. Lou said, "Let me see what I can do for you!" Currently we had been paying $350 per month on the vehicle we were trading in. Lou and Dean offered me a monthly payment (INCLUDING a non-deductible 9 year/150000 mile warrantee) under $400!!! It was a no brainer. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. In 2014 I was able to design my own Ford Mustang Convertible of which I drove away on my 65 birthday blasting my Beach Boys tunes as I drove home. If you are lookin' for a Ford, go H E R E!!!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

Before I tell my story I just want to Say that Big Joe is amazing and I consider myself lucky to have worked with him. My day started with a 1.5 hour drive to the Auto Mile to look at some Honda Pilots at Big dealerships. At each one I was Cattle Prodded through their "process". No fun! Then a GREAT deal on a 2015 Pilot popped up on CarGurus. It was 20 miles away and at a used car dealer called Huggard & Ewing - wearily I left the big dealers and went to take a look - so glad I did! I met Big Joe right at the front door. Told him what I was there to see and he let me know it had just come in and was yet to be serviced for sale - they service all the cars before sale and Chris in service is super thoughrough. It turns out the car was three miles away and without knowing ANYHTING about me or my finances (and without trying to convince me to look at other cars on the lot) Big Joe grabbed the keys to a Lincoln and said "jump in, let's go see that truck". Joe and I wandered around and inspected the Pilot in the pouring rain then I took it for a drive, the truck was great and I put down a deposit with plans to pick it up 3 days later before a 10 day driving vacation. Joe and I also connected on a personal front as we determined during our drive our families have some mutual friends. The day before pick up I got a call from Joe who was concerned that when in Drive the differential lock feature (full time 4wd vs AWD) was not kicking in and he didn't want me to take the car until it was figured out. So, still under warranty it was off to Honda. I was leaving for 10 days the following day and expressed concern to Joe about the timing and deposit. He said "enjoy your vacation, the Pilot will be here when you get back, if you don't want it then you get your deposit back." It turned out that the differential was JUST FINE, Joe And I did not know it had to be in D2 verses Drive to kick in (basically only to be used if your stuck and need the low gear power and traction). Ok, we learned something and it was operator error :) The amazing thing is that Joe and H&E management held that perfectly ready (and incredibly priced) truck on the lot nearly 2 weeks until I returned! Not many (if any) used car dealerships would do that! Big Joe is honest, trustworthy, and truly a customer advocate - something that is hard to find in any profession! The rest of the team did great work on the vehicle and made sure EVERYTHING was great the day I arrived, Thanks to Chris and the whole H&E team. This is probably the third review I have ever written, but the team there deserves the props!

My inquiry started on-line on a late Wednesday evening for a Fiat 500 listed at Kelly Ford. First thing the next morning I received an email and text message from Taylor Phillips in reply to my question on price. The price quote left no room to haggle as it was very reasonable, so I committed to purchase. The kicker here is that my residence is out-of-state and just shy of 300 miles away. My next contact was with Sabrina Marchelli who handled related documentation and John Shea who authorized the deal and provided options for delivery. My local financing was approved at the close of business on Thursday and John arranged delivery to my door on the busy Friday of a holiday weekend. Early Friday morning I was contacted by salesman Wes MacMaster who informed me my new Fiat was on I-90 and ETA 10:15 a.m. Wes had the car washed locally and delivered it on time. He provided a complete demo of the car, synched my phone, etc. as if I were at the dealership. He was the consummate professional as well as everyone mentioned herein. No BS! That's what I asked for when I walked through the door at Colonial Ford a few weeks ago. After over a month of research deciding on the right truck, checking prices, dealer inventory, etc. I finally decided I better go drive one to make sure... It just so happened the day before I received an email from Dwight Coblazo inviting me in to check out the F-150 I had inquired about on their website. He told me to ask for Winston Bennett, so I did. While I was waiting for Winston, I got hooked up with Art Guertin and he quickly went to work locating the vehicle for me and getting a plate on it. I chatted with Winston for a bit and told me I was in good hands with Art and he'd take care of me. Boy was he right, Art was the perfect match! See, while I asked for no BS, I'm kind of a PIA when it comes to getting all my questions answered and making sure I'm getting a good deal. Looking back, this was my very first brand new car buying experience and quite an education. Art took it all in stride and there was never any pressure. In fact I put a few $ down to hold the vehicle while I thought about it, couldn't make up my mind after 24 hours and they refunded my money no questions asked, no pressure. A week or so later after texting questions back and forth with Art (and checking several other dealerships who all fell way short of my Colonial experience), I finally decided to pull the trigger. I knew it was a great deal, the truck (thankfully) hadn't been sold, Art went above and beyond to make me comfortable and worked closely with Dell Roderick to get me into a buying program that worked for me and my budget...they really delivered! I sat down with Shane Conroy to finalize the paperwork, he did his job and went over all of the "extras" that come up at the end. He answered my questions honestly about what I might need and might not, I never once felt like I was being put over on. I trusted his experience and opinion. In fact in the end, I can say that about everyone at Colonial. I trusted them, their experience and I believed their answers when I asked the question "what would you do?" For my money, I couldn't ask for anything more in a buying experience. When the truck was ready Art called me and offered to deliver it if that was more convenient but I decided to go pick it up (for the full new car experience). Dwight, checked in to make sure my experience at the dealership was nothing short of excellent. I'm pretty sure I shook everyone's hand and thanked them at least twice. Art, went through the truck with me one last time to answer any questions, reviewed the technology with me and helped me Sync my phone. Last, with a warm smile and a firm handshake he sent me on my way with a full tank of gas and an appointment for my first oil change on the house. Truth be told, I haven't stopped smiling since then cruising around in my brand new F-150 XLT So while I never got an BS from Colonial I realize I served up plenty. I'll be forever grateful and most definitely a repeat customer for their patience, honesty and graciousness with me.

Mario Lee was my salesman and the best one I ever dealt with. 👍🏽 He was very attentive, professional and friendly. I really appreciate how much he went above and beyond and how personable he was. He made me feel very comfortable and did not pressure me at all even when I initially went to look at the vehicle. While it was a week before I returned to take a final look before I purchased the vehicle, Mario was so responsive and quickly and effectively addressed any concerns or questions I had. I was so indecisive and kept contacting him to reiterate details. He was so patient and never came off persistent or annoyed. This is far my most positive experience compared to 7 other dealerships I delt with. When I purchased the vehicle Mario held his promise to ensure that the minor concerns were taken care of. When I returned to pick up my readily vehicle it was Mario???s day off and he went out of his way to meet me at the dealership I felt so bad for making him wait for me as I kept changing the time and by the time I got there we were unable to take a picture together I felt so horrible but this gentleman, Jose Garcia filled in for him and took care of us. As I???m a person who asks many questions, Tom was patient and was able to answer my questions. Communications via email and telephone with Tom were responded to in a timely manner. At each visit, to Imperial Ford I was treated as if I???d been a customer for years. Tom was very easy to speak with and I would definitely refer friends/co-workers to Imperial FORD and they should ask for Tom. A shout out also to Santos Cruzado in internet sales. He was my initial contact with Imperial FORD for setting up a test drive on a vehicle I saw online. Also kudos to Beth ???The Registry Lady??? :) and to T. Miller (I didn???t get her first name) for doing all the leg work with the registry, insurance agent, etc. (`sorry T. Miller about the Escape- you would have liked it too.) I just bought my 4th car from the Imperial Group. Although I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Trax, I insisted on having Dave Bertulli from the Ford side as my salesman. Dave has sold me 3 of the 4 cars I've bought from Imperial over the last 8 years and I wouldn't work with anyone else. He has the rare trait in car sales of being honest with you about what he can and can't do for you, he won't tell you what you want to hear to get your money, he would rather build an honest relationship so you will go back to see him time and time again, as well as sending your friends and family to him.

This is a very nice car. I love that I can plug it in and charge it over night. I would like to see better EV range. Also the battery consumes a large portion of the rear storage area, reducing the car's practicality. This vehicle needs a dedicated platform to allow the batteries to go under the floor. The new Sync 3 system is great. Very responsive, unlike prior Ford systems. The only dislike is the Navigation commands. It is is not intuitive, nor can you use natural language like Google Maps can.

2013 Ford escape The service is always wonderful. I have had one issue for about a year, insulation around my exhaust pipe that keeps shredding. The staff finally fixed it. I do hope I do not see it hanging again. Thank you to Jim Foley and staff to correct it.

This car is ideal for me - a plug in hybrid that is in my price range. I seldom drive more than 15 miles in a day, which means that I almost never use the gasoline engine. The car is fun to drive, easy for me to get in and out of and comfortable. It is generally easy to clear it from snow (I live in Maine, no garage), although the recess for the windshield wipers could be better designed - ice gets stuck in the recess and is very hard to remove. There is limited cargo room because of the battery, but at this point in my life I don't need a lot.

I bought a Ford Explorer 2014. I had been getting my Mercury Mountaineer serviced at Framingham Ford. The service person Dave Vantry and Mike really were the reason why I bought my car. I had not intended to buy a Ford at all and was looking at fully loaded Jeeps. Ford has the electric third row seat and the price was really good. Coupled with knowing the service guys it was a no brainer. Still love my Mountaineer more but sadly they are not making them any more.

I had purchased my 2011 Ford Fusion SEL at Nissan of Newton and was having my car serviced there until they relocated to Norwood. Being close to work Watertown Ford has become my go to from oil changes to recalls to minor repairs needed. They are always extremely friendly and attentive. From the sweet greeter at the door who always offers coffee, snack or beverage and makes you feel like your walking into your grandmother's house to the front desk service agents who don't make you feel like an idiot who knows nothing about cars. Everyone there makes the experience not just painless but enjoyable!

Quickly got my car into the shop for oil change and car-check. Very clear and considerate of cost options. Left spending more than I hoped, but service provider was convincing (not in a pushy way) that it was important for me to get new breaks sooner than later. Left sooner than they anticipated. Snack selection was OK - for being there longer than anticipated, I would have liked to have some healthier variety than junk food.

I went to Michaud because I didn't want to spend my hard earned money at one of the mega dealerships. So I headed in on a Sunday expecting the worst. I was in the wrecker industry for years and just dealing with many dealers...... Well... We all know how that usually goes. Louis F greeted me as I walked in. We sat down and spent a few minutes getting to know each other. Before I was shown cars, we discussed what I was looking for and to spend, as this was going to be my first car purchased from a dealer on finance. He made me feel at ease, as he wasn't pushy, demanding, or demeaning as I am Just a simple working man. He came back with 3 prices for 3 vehicles. 2 used , one new. That surprised me as I didn't know what I could get into with a new job change, average credit , and being a first time buyer. Well the new one was slightly more then I wanted to pay.... The 2nd one was a certified pre owned with 33k miles. The 3rd one was used with 66k. Well.. He showed me all 3. I took the 2nd car and looked it over while he went and got me a plate to test drive. Test drive went well... So well I stopped at bank and grabbed bank certified check for deposit, and called my insurance company to inquire about how much more this car would be to insure... Get this.. $10 more a month than I was paying on my 04 Ford Crown Vic lol. Same full coverage, 10 year newer car. So...... I returned to dealership. We agreed to a price. We also agreed to 4 new tires as yes the tire would pass inspection, however I wanted new tires on my first dealership purchase. He went and inquired, and the dealership agreed to 4 new tires. We did the paperwork and get this.... My payment went down $35 a month from their quote . Something about finance companies...... Whatever they got me a better rate and terms from what they originally estimated. Loved it! Louis handled all the paperwork. Did I mention how professional he is? He handled everything for me as I work 6 days a week 12 hrs a day. They took care of registration for me. Called me when it arrived. Complimentary inspection sticker paid by them. I went in Saturday to get the tires put on as agreed. They put 4 brand new Dunlop Enasave tires on the car. They're the oem tires and are NOT cheap ( retail for 105 NOT including mount and balance ) I met the owner Kevin Michaud while I was there. He took time out of his day to introduce himself and spent 15 minutes with me answering my questions and asking a few himself. He even have me his card and expressed that if I had any issues or concerns to call him if need be. That made me feel for sure I made the right decision. The parts department rocks too! I ordered a few accessories for my new car Saturday. I couldn't get by before parts closes. They left my order with the cashier to pick up tonight. That is awesome for someone with my schedule. I swung in and picked them up. Yup. That's what we call good old fashioned service. In the 21 st century, they have that old school take care of the customer approach. The kind this old school buy from locals guy likes. The kind the new school millenials need to go experience. Oh, I purchased a certified pre owned 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage Es. Love it. Getting 40 mpg combined pre am rush hr commute and pm rush hour commute. I wasn't pushed to buy the new car. They gave me options and allowed me to make the choice. That right there is what it's all about. When they say they are your feel good delaership, THEY MEAN IT! Go by and see for yourself. My name is Mark Milliken, a real customer now for life. 2010 Mercury Milan recall for defect with capless fuel filler/ gas tank. Service department scheduled an appointment on short notice. Checked dashboard warning lights which had come on, which actually were related to the recall. Fixed problem, installed new air filter per my OK, got a complimentary car wash. Everyone involved was polite and completely professional. Thank you very much
