I bought a Ford Escape here on Monday 1/15/17. Only put a couple hundred miles on the car so far so this is more of a review of Villa Ford than the car, but the Escape is pretty tight so far. I was helped on the lot within 5 minutes of looking around. Approached and helped and not pounced on. Test drove 2 cars. Had a lot of questions. Chris on the lot was great, Alex at the Sales desk was great. Did we haggle? Yes. Was it fun? Yes. Did I get a great deal? Yes. Got through finance very quickly after deal was made and car was waiting for me. The facility seems to be brand new and very nice, and they have a lot of cars. Overall I would rate it a great car buying experience. If you are looking at Ford definitely give this dealer a visit. Car I purchased was exactly as advertised on their website and they honored and accepted that price.
The sales experience with Roberson, especially with Molly Wilkes, was a rare pleasant experience in the Auto Industry. They were honest in all their dealings with me and never tried to play games on either the vehicle I was purchasing or the one I was trading in. I would recommened both the dealership as well as the sales representative.
I???ve made it a point to purchase only used vehicles in the past after a miserable experience at another dealer. I got the price I was quoted before I ever stepped foot in the dealership, and they even helped me find financing when mine fell through. The finance dept. was quick and painless, and most important to me: nobody tried to upsell me on anything. I was asked if I wanted any type of accessories or warranty items, I said no, and it was never brought up again. Never felt any pressure to purchase anything, and my salesman Chad Ojard is a stand up guy, ask him about his Mustang. This is the way all dealerships should operate. Chad and his team made the drive to Olympia totally worth it for me.
Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff at Bickford Ford that helped me with purchasing my new vehicle. I have purchased vehicles here before from Dave, and will continue to refer him and Bickford to others. Michael did a good job showing me the features in my new vehicle.
We purchased our third vehicle from Cars Plus. Pat was so helpful and it was a very easy process. We will always get our cars from Cars plus. Thank you for being so honest and making it actually enjoyable !!
A few years ago we purchased a new vehicle from Cowles Parkway; but the vehicle (although not considered a 'lemon') experienced rain leakage (which they repaired) and eventually a cylinder malfunction that required installation of a refurbished engine.
What gives? Brand new vehicles shouldn't have problems.
Although each of these defects took a long time to repair, thankfully Cowles repaired everything. However, during each lengthy repair, we rarely heard from the Service Team so were not kept up to date.
We thought it's their responsibility (their responsibility!) to contact the Customer to let them know what's going on, not vice versa. We had to call a lot and felt very lucky if we were able to talk to someone and find out details.
Cowles Service and maintenance is great, but overall Customer Service and making contact with the Customer is lacking. We realize they're balancing many customers, but a simple phone call letting the Customer know how things are would be very helpful. Why do we need to call them to find out details?
Just want to compliment Aaron Parsons for his outstanding customer service and professionalism taking us through the process of buying a Sheehy Select vehicle. In fact, I was extremely impressed with the entire staff who made you feel that they really cared about you. General Manager Mike truly sets the example with his Kindness. If you want to buy a car, buy from Sheehy.
Can’t say enough what a great experience we had shopping at Crouse Ford Taneytown, MD and purchasing our King Ranch truck . Lewis Drake was the perfect salesman and had the entire deal done in no time at all. Not pushy, listened to what we were looking for , didn’t push other vehicles on us and had one waiting and warmed up to climb into! From my initial phone call speaking to Mr. Brown to the end of the night working with Debbie and getting the 0% financing I could not have wished for a better experience. I would highly recommend Crouse Ford and especially Lewis!
