We bought neaaly 10 vehicles over the years from Michael’s motor Company. Staff is always friendly, courteous, ethical, and honest. Their pricing is reasonable, they offer excellent extended warrantees for sale , and they always do everything possible to ensure a fair and reasonable transaction. This week, we bought a Nissan Ultima from them, and they are delivering it to our home in East Tennessee in a couple of days. How’s that for service? We only buy our vehicles from Michaels Motor Company. Here’s a learning opportunity for those of you who have written bad reviews because of the cars performance: buy an extended warranty. You’re buying used vehicles, for Pete’s sake. What did you expect?
I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Rodney Johnson at Gwinnett Motor Company. He personally inspects each vehicle he sells to make sure they are in top condition. The customer service is excellent and the overall experience is very satisfying.
I found a car on their website Friday night. Went to go the next morning to check it out. Ray was great. Super easy to deal with. The car was in great condition, exactly as he promised. Was an extremely smooth transaction, we never felt pressured, if anything, it felt the exact opposite. would go back there anyday to buy a car!! Thanks Ray and Eddie! I love my new (used) car!
I had a great experience here drove 2 hrs got their 7pm closing time and jackie still showed us around after we filled out the paper work it was 9pm i have never seen a dealership take their time after hrs to satisfy their costumers i definitly recommend this place thank you Jackie

F150 Lariat was excellent in all features power and reliability. It had all the dependability you could expect from Ford. Went out and bought another one with more updated features.
This was our first out-of-state vehicle purchase and we couldn't have been happier with the process and outcome! My husband and I purchased a quality used Subaru recently and had the pleasure of working with both Sam (mostly for sales related assistance)and Mario(for paperwork and legalities).
Sam was so easy and wonderful to work with-we even finalized our sale via text! Anytime we had a question, Sam was quick to get back with us, and sent numerous photos to help us "be right there with him" and show us proof of his answers. For instance, we needed to know how the tire tread was looking on the tires since my husband travels thousands of miles weekly for work... Sam sent me photos and all the information we needed.
We felt very confident in purchasing our Subaru even though we had never met Sam or Mario and weren't ever able to drive or see the vehicle until it was delivered to our home!
Paperwork was overnighted fast and the buying process was super simple and straightforward. Never did we feel any of the negative sides stereotypical to car sales as these gentlemen are far above and superior for the industry. Very professional indeed. We would gladly support World Class Auto Group in the future and will definitely reach out to them for our next purchase! Highly recommended!!!

Just PURCHASED A NEW STX FORD F150. GREAT VEHICLE PRICED RIGHT. DROVE GMC,CHEVY, DOGDGE, NO COMPETION. THESE DEALERS ASKNG WAY TOO MUCH MONEY FOR THIER VEHICLES AND NOT WILLING TO NEGOTIATE.I AM SO IMPRESSED WITH MY NEW F150 STX PURCHASE. RIDES GREAT VERY QUIET AND RUNS SMOOTHLY. ONE LOCAL FORD DEALERSHIP TREATED ME EXCELLENTLY AND MADE MY PURCHASE SUPER EASY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS VEHICLE OVER ANY CHEVY, DODGE OR TOYOTA PICK UP.
Salesman Ryan was a pleasure to work with in making sure I was satisfied and informed about the buying process. Very helpful and knowledgeable; he worked through the selling process when obstacles presented themselves that could have prevented the sale. Highly recommend the dealership and Ryan as a salesman.
This by far has been the best car buying experience of my life. Adam was extremely friendly and professional, I felt at home and am more than satisfied with my purchase. This truck has been perfect for me. The only thing I would change, is the extended cab model that I have.
Lisa and staff over the last several years have done every thing to please our family leading us to purchase two cars one in April 2015 the other in June 2015. The other reason for writing this review is we have bought other vehicles ,repaired both body work and mechanical work. Lisa and her husband have always made sure were happy also we have our friend fixed their cars with no problems. Lisa will go the extra mile like a dealership should not like large were you are just a number.
The fuel filler door had become non operable, meaning it wouldn't positively closed when pushed shut. Grant, an excellent "Write-Up" tech, looked at my truck, looked up and ordered the part, scheduled me for a service appointment for first thing Thursday Morning. His tech did an excellent repair, also fixed the adjustable steering column which the adjustment lever had come loose at the same time. I was in and out in just about an hour. It was expensive, $212.,,but the truck functions like new again
Even though they were unable to help me, these guys stayed professional from the moment I walked in, until the moment I stepped out. Marv was great! As a younger guy, first time buying from a lot, they treated me with respect. I will look forward to doing business in the future!
Great experience with Deb, she took her time and knew our needs. Very friendly and totally helpful. Also dealing with Chip Reuter was pleasant and helpful. Got us in the right car. We now own two Hyundias! Our first is nine years old both from Jones Junction.
I had a fantastic experience at Bob Rohrman Ford. The short story is that the salesman Chris and the finance manager John took incredible care of me. They worked really hard and bailed me out of a bad situation and deal on my old car and worked magic to get me into my brand new Focus RS. I would highly recommend working with Chris in sales and the finance manager, John. If you're curious about my whole situation, please read below because they truly bailed me out.
I came into Bob Rohrman with low expectations. I was paying 20% interest through a lender called Santander and was a little underwater on my current car... And I only had a few grand to put down. Chris was straight with me from the beginning. And he never tried to push me into a car I didn't want because it had a high rebate to offset my negative equity. He did everything he could to get me into the car I actually wanted unlike every other dealer I went to. Then John worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal that was win win for everyone. They really helped me out of a bad situation. I would recommend the two of them to everybody.
So, if you're looking for a new ride and want to work with a sales and finance team that will be straight with you upfront, not push you into something you don't want, and will work to get you a deal that works for everyone, 100% go see Chris in sales. John will be the one helping you put a deal together that works. I can't express enough how thankful I am for both of them and how happy I was driving out of there. I did have to say a bittersweet goodbye to my loving Golf R (which was bittersweet) but I'm happy to say I have a fantastic new car I'm happy with and a great deal on top of it. Please, ask for Chris. You won't regret it.

He is very good at his job and goes above and beyond to help you.
