I gave them a rating of 4 stars only because there's always room for improvement My sales person was Kevin which kept up with me very good over the phone and did things that I asked him to do as I was making a 2 hour drive to pick up this vehicle Once I got there I was working with Rebecca which she was very nice over the phone and and in person we had a couple of hiccups that she was more than willing to help me get passed They vacuumed out the vehicle made sure I had a full tank of gas which is for a F150 Which I'm sure wasn't cheap Have a small hiccup with the sun roof which I'm glad to say they are more than willing to fix that as well. so I must say all the reading, some of the reviews weren't positive well this one I will say was positive. Kevin was awesome and Rebecca is great every time I've called her she's either picked up the phone or called me back If I had to buy another car I myself would definitely buy it from them as they treated me with the utmost respect .

This truck exceeded our expectations. It is so clean and easy on the eyes. It is a smooth ride as well. We are very pleased with it all around and that is why we purchased it.

This is my favorite Van, the 5th one I have owned, the seats are very comfortable, easy to get in and out of, nice full running boards, great visibility when driving, excellent back up camera and rear sensors, love my Sirius Radio, lots of cargo room, great leg room, front and rear air condition cools off quickly.

If you are looking for a great ride and roomy for travel-this si ti. We have driven this conversion van to and from California twice (from Arkansas). Rides very nice and gets almost 19.5 MPG on the road with the ever dependable 5.4 liter engine. Both front and rear air work great with surround sound stereo. GREAT BUY for the mney.

This veicle is very confortble has planty of room avery way yu turn , the inderior the captain's cheirs are very confortble, the bi-fold sofa is very romy and relaxing for a nap on the road axspecilal if oyu have children, the second row coptain's chers suivel to 180 degrease toward the the bi-fold sofa is a very good fiture to socilase with avry one on the back and having a snack or sanquich in the road and any ather time.

This truck is just awesome, I would describe it as a comfort truck. It's a breeze to drive, like riding on a giant cloud made out of baddass. Massive interior space for any work needs you might have, and plenty of room for anyone riding shotgun with you. The features are great, only complaint would be the Bluetooth functionality is a little cumbersome but once you figure it out it's no big deal. Having a 3.7 engine it gets better mpg than some of it's bigger brothers, of course it's at the sacrifice of some power but don't be fooled this guy can move if you need it to!

Mileage was great; power was very good; I can pull just about anything under 10k #. Comfortable seating for 7 and even with a full load my mileage didn't seem to vary; it hung in at between 18-20 on the highway at 65-75mph. Lot's of room and ability to pull make this unit a great machine.
