Awesome Dealership with excellent customer service

Here's the deal - we purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue from the guys at West Herr Nissan Williamsville. Unfortunately, we started experiencing problems with the A/C unit in the vehicle. We took the vehicle to the dealership to have repairs done. The dealership tried to get it to work but to no avail. It went back to the dealership 5 times in the 7 months we owned the car. Long story short, the dealer was unable to fix the problem and West Herr and Nissan Corporate were absolutely awesone. It did take some paperwork and about 6 weeks but West Herr and Nissan Corporate replaced our 2015 Nissan Rogue with a 2016 Nissan Rogue. It is refreshing to know that someone stands behind their products now a day. This is our 6th nissan vehicle and I see no reason to change from them. My daughter's lease on a 2014 Nissan Sentra is coming due and we will be going back to see Mike and Aaron. If you need a new vehicle or a new used vehicle do yourself a huge favor and go look these 2 guys up. They will take good care of you and get you what you want at a price you can afford plus they have a great corporation standing behind them.
