This van has been a fantastic and reliable van for a large family over the past five years! As the kids head off to college we plan to downsize. The vehicle has run wonderfully the entire time that we have owned it.
No hassles just straight down to business! Trade in was excepted at a reasonable price! No BS! Rob was great to work with, would definitely recommend friends and relatives to do business with him.

They worked hard to keep my business, and succeeded. It was a fairly pleasant experience, except it always takes longer than expected - but I think that is just part of it. Enjoyed being able to look over the vehicle inside - as they pulled it in out of the cold. The sales guy, Duane, was pretty straight forward and friendly. The financial guy had music playing while he went over the paper work, which was distracting the to me. He also said ???it???s not my car??? in a somewhat sarcastic manner when we declined additional coverage. Didn???t seem real customer friendly with the paper signing guy, but Duane was good. Just got my new Trax yesterday, and I really like it!

the 2012 Ford 350 Super-Duty has a very serious lag when taking off from a start. Sometimes it will lag up to 5-10 seconds. Ford calls it Turbo-flutter and they have no fix for the problem. It is not a pleasure to drive by no means. Sorry that i bought it. I have owned many Fords, but this will be my last. If you are thinking of buying one, check with me I'll make you a deal on mine.
I had a horrible experience at this dealer but i can't blame the salesman Mike C. He did the best job he could with the process he was givin. He was courteous and polite and tried to handle the issues but his hands were tied by the useless policies and people above him. I would deal with Mike again but never the dealer. Being big and forgetting how to take care of the customer is what the dealer forgot how to do.
Waiting area and the whole new car area is in desperate need of updates. Feels old and dirty. Service department is the only reason I go and that isn't much better. The last 2 visits, one or two service writers working and they do not like making eye contact to acknowledge you.

This car came in handy when my credit didn't let me take out a reasonable loan, and we needed reliability too.
Sal makes the buying process painless. He is very attentive to your needs, but won't promise you something just because that's what you want to hear. What I really liked, though, is only having to meet with Sal. I didn't have to meet all of his managers and repeat everything to them what I had just explained to Sal. I buy from Sal because he is trustworthy and sincere. I also didn't have to pay a doc fee. Apparently dealers have the option whether or not to pass this fee on to their customers. After doing some research, some dealers in the area even charge the maximum that the state of Michigan allows. That just sounds greedy to me. Thank you Sal and Russ Milne for providing an experience that puts the customer first.

Haven’t had the vehicle two weeks before it broke on me took it back paid extra money to have to it fix got back in a month time drove it two weeks and broke down on me again still making payments on a vehicle I took back to the dealership
