My leather seats had small cracks on the drivers side Maybe 5 on the top and 3 on the side The tech told me ford calls that normal stretch ...... I'm sorry but I have had leather seats in cars for 20 years and leather furniture in my home and have never had normal stretch occur......it's leather It should give and not tear ..... the solution was to have the seat repaired and it was it looks ok it's not perfect and at my cost of 85 plus tax I would have preferred it be replaced It's sad that ford doesn't back the full product. Not sure I will purchase a ford when I'm ready for a trade on this car my last car was a Subaru and the leather seats were perfect when it was traded in with no normal stretch
Poor follow up. No return calls. Promised repairs.

Buying process was quick. Easy. Personnel seemed friendly. However, Used car we bought was unfamiliar to sales reps.
We were promised a call back on Mon for a repair due in writing. No call. We called Mon and Tues (2x) left messages as well. No calls.
This certainly is not good customer service and referrals will be hard to give based on our experience thus far. Quick to take our money.

My husband & I went to Donnellvof Salem to purchase our 2nd Ford truck. Because of the excellent service we received for our 2010 F150, we knew we wanted to purchase a new 2018 tere also. Our sales consultant was very knowledgeable and treated us with courtesy, patience, and sometimes humor.

Everyone from salesperson, to finance, to general manager were very pleasant. There was no high pressure sales, which I very much appreciated. Gary paid attention to my ???wish list??? and worked to make sure I was satisfied. Jason and Jeff were very patient and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
Easy to work with, honest approach. Saw a few vehicles online, called to inquire. Josh had them sitting up front waiting for me when I got there. No wait, straight to the point. Easy purchase. Mr. Bobby Eddy was great to deal with. Nice guy, Easy to talk to. It felt like we knew him forever. He listened to what we said and didn't try to push anything extra.
