Needed warranty work completed. Required leaving vehicle for two days. Coughlins provided shuttle service to and from Chillicothe. Repairs were completed professionally and without any cost to me. Highly recommend this dealer for sales, repairs or just plain window shopping if your in the market for a new or used vehicle.
The staff is super friendly!! However, I was shocked by the cost of my oil change. I’ve been a Honda owner until now and my oil changes were never more than $30 at Buckeye. Paying $70 is quite a bit more.
Coming back this Thursday as I have a coolant leak. Hoping for a good experience, thinking this should be covered under warranty.
The guys there were so great! Kyle was our salesman. He was polite and friendly they entire time. So easy to talk to. My child loved him. Then signing the papers we had a gentleman print out papers for my kid to sign so he felt included. Seriously such great service. We left very happy.

Drew did a fine job of putting up with me. I know I can be a difficult customer, because I want what I want. In the end, I got that. Had a good time. Struck the deal & now have another 18 Focus because my first Focus got hit by a semi less than a month after I bought it. I have now purchased 14 vehicles from Ricart over the years. 15th should be free

Everyone was extremely helpful kind and courteous. Treated us like a family member. Will definitely come back. Billy even delivered or truck can???t thank him enough. The only thing I can suggest is to make sure you have addressed any recalls before your customers buys a truck. We had a recall on ours and the service department was close before we finished all the paper work on our purchase. It was a safety recall and because of the type of recall we could not take my new truck home that evening. This is Mike
