Makes buying a car easy! No gimmicks, no hassle. This is our second time buying from Bourne and I am sure we will be back for a third someday.

An SUV that really fits my needs. I have gone from the Explorer to the Escape and now the Eco-Sport. The small size with the security of 4 drive is great!
First time experience with Medway Auto was such a great encounter especially with Robert Hurley the Sales Rep. Overall experience with them is exceptional. The Service Department also did very good job on my car. A big thank you to you all.
I chose this car because it was a smaller suv

So far I love it. I love the styling inside and out. I love all of the features it has, from the moon roof to automatic windshield wipers.
It handles really well. It's a very comfortable ride. I enjoy this car immensely.
Charlie answered emails, made time to answer questions. Researched options and had a good understanding of what I was looking for to fit my choices and main objective for the purchase.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Sean was excellent in taking care of my needs in an emergency situation. Going so far as to provide transportation to my home after the deal was made, which was an additional hour for him. Matt was very quick with the paperwork as well.
Great car, heated seat, video, etc., love it.

Love it so far, only had it barely 3 hours, but I'm excited to have it. It's just the right size, color, warm & cozy.
Kyle was excellent! All aspects of my visit was Five Stars. I have used TASCA for years and have yet to have anything less then excellent services. Great Dealership and even greater Team.
Our family just had the best time buying a Ford F-150 Lariat and I wanted to make sure I gave credit where credit was due.
(1) Wonderfully Communicative - Jason Lehner, the delearship manager, was amazing. Since we know little about cars but wanted to venture into truck ownership, we turned to a relative who is 1000s of miles away for help. This didn’t phase Jason at all. He answered every text, email and call with care and worked effortlessly with someone he never met in person. My relative is a bit of a hard cookie to crack so we were all impressed at how Jason was able to navigate the rapid fire questions and concerns.
(2) Stellar Price - We did approach other dealers but Waterford Ford simply offered the best price for our custom order. We feel like we walked away with an fantastic price for a brand new 2018 custom Lariat order.
(3) Straight Shooter - Jason never tried to sell us something for the sake of selling. We didn’t feel overwhelmed with the options or that we were making a mistake by not buying an additional feature. He was polite, listened and ensured we were comfortable with the order BUT we never felt pressured to take on more.
The best part was when we finally went in the sign papers! Michael O'Brien, the manager emeritus, saw that I had kids in tow and offered to have the car sent to our home since we couldn’t bring it back on the same day. It made my life so much easier! Seriously. That small gesture made my year. And now I have a gorgeous new ride.
I never thought buying a car would be a pleasant experience (until I went to Colonial Ford in Plymouth, MA). The dealership itself is beautiful. They even have a drive-in carport so you don't have to exit your car when you test drive (which was awesome because it was really rainy the day I was there). It was really cool! Each and every employee who was on duty made me feel like the most important customer they've ever helped. My sales representative was Glenn Smith. He was fantastic! He asked me all the right questions and figured out the best car for me in record time! Glenn worked with manager Dell Roderick and got me the best possible price. Greg Russell made the financial part of this experience so easy! And Winston Bennett rounded out the great team with pictures and congratulations when I picked the car up. There was no hassle. No haggling. No pressure. Just perfect! I highly recommend this dealership and hope you have the same great experience I did. Thank you to all! Sherry Larkin
Hello, I own Auto Negotiators Unlimited, We are a service that helps car buyers locate and purchase cars who don't like to go to the dealership alone. My customer was looking for a Ford Focus used. I was very happy to bring her to Colonial Ford to meet Glenn Smith and Dell Roderick to get a price on a 2017 Ford Focus Titanium. Their greeting to us was warm and very friendly right off the bat. They listened to the customer's needs and wants and price and payment range. They helped her select a vehicle that not only was more than she wanted but tailored the price for her so they could match what her budget could afford without jamming the payments down her throat as we went through at other local dealers. Glenn Smith took his time listened to every question she asked He was totally transparent about price, payment and any concern she had he was able to answer or Had Dell Roderick fully involved answering and they did a great job of making her feel happy and content about her purchase. I travel to many Dealerships every week and no place is more positive in the way they treat their visitors. I recommend you go to Colonial Ford and ask for Glenn Smith or Dell Roderick when you do and let the best keep you from going to the rest. Colonial Ford of Plymouth is the place to save you money and time 5 stars all the way.
I believe that Bristol Toyota does a great job of engaging potential customers without pretenses. I visited Bristol after first going to Balise in Warwick and not liking their hound dog techniques. Kerry Parkos was my sales consultant and he is extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of Toyota???s. He endeavors to get the full picture of the customer and find the right fit without purposefully pushing for a vehicle that???s not practical for the client just because it???s more expensive. Jonathan, the sales manager, and Jim, the financial manager, were helpful and courteous as well throughout the process. I???d definitely recommend buying from Bristol!
Paul dicarlo was great. He was there start to finish and made me feel very comfortable buying a car . This was my first time and he made it very easy. He also stuck by me through my difficult financing options. Paul is a great asset to your company. I dont even remember the name of who helped me after.

All the things I wanted in a new vehicle. Heated seats, remote start. The color of the car is absolutely awesome. Already have gotten a few great comments on it.
i recently went to Tasca in Cranston with my significant other to pick up a car that he had just purchased with no intention of looking at or buying a car for myself. We (and other family members) have always called on "our" salesperson Lou Colon when we wanted to purchase a vehicle, while my significant other was signing his paperwork, Lou told me about a car that had just come in and he thought it would be perfect for me. i looked at the car and fell in love with it. Lou was right the car he showed me was perfect for me! i love my "new" car! i can't say enough about the Tasca dealership in Cranston. Everyone i have ever dealt with at Tasca has always been friendly and courtesy. They do everything possible to make the car buying process as easy as possible. i will continue to recommend Lou Colon and the Tasca dealership in Cranston.
Engine light keeps coming on.

I have had this car for 8 months now and had nothing but issues with it. It has been in the shop an average of once a month for different issues that the engine light keeps coming on for. The same message on the for app states "Malfunction indicator lamp - regulatory", but the dealer keeps telling me it is something different each time is take it in.
Other than that we love the car. we have the SES model because we wanted 4 wheel drive. We only buy ford cars and are quit disappointed with this one.
With all of the engines that ford makes, they could have put one in this car that gets better gas mileage.
Lou Colon was excellent. Helped me get a great car at a great price. This type of service is hard to find and helped Tasca earn my future business.
Nice Vehicle but Parts Are Hard to Come by

Three weeks after buying a 2018 Ford EcoSport I was rear ended. Ford has been unable to supply many of the parts to repair my car. It will soon be four months that this vehicle has been out of commission. The EcoSport is a nice vehicle but don't consider buying it if and until they resolve the problem.
Service was performed in a timely and excellent manner and will continue to use them all the time. The service was explained as well as cost and both service and cost were right on target.

A lot of car magazines and forums and what not are bagging on this car, but I’m giving an honest review. There are shortcomings, but there are a lot of things to like about this vehicle, as well. As a background, I owned a Fiesta hatchback that I loved. First thing that caught my eye about this car is that it just slightly longer than the Fiesta. This thing can fit in any space and moves around the city effortlessly. However, out of all the cars in this segment, this thing feels the most like an SUV. It’s competitors feel and look like cars. This car has a more rugged look and actually drives like an SUV while maintaining the practicality of a subcompact.
Power is an issue. Mine has the 1.0 Ecoboost, and while it’s a great engine, it’s just not enough power for this car. It’s not dangerous to drive or anything like that, but more power would elevate this car greatly. Along these lines, the fuel economy is not awful (I’m averaging 29 mpg), but with a 12 gallon tank, I’m filling this up very often (although the fillups are cheap.) It could use a bigger gas tank, but not sure where they would be able to put it.
The interior is pretty average for the class, but this does come with Ford’s amazing sync 3 infotainment system with apple car play. Mine also has the winter package, which is welcome in this climate. This is he SE version, and I got a good price, so I’m happy with the value. However, I couldn’t imagine paying close to $30K for the Titanium model. Stick with the lower trains.
I haven’t had any reliability issues. This engine has been around for a long time as has this car in other countries. One advantage that people may overlook is that because this car has been around, its reliability should theoretically be better than a.brand new model, but that remains to be seen.
Overall, I am happy with my purchase. It is a good upgrade over the Fiesta for me, but there are drawbacks. I would suggest not overlooking this if you’re in the market for a subcompact SUV. Go check it out. It gets a way worse rap than it deserves.
All employees are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Extremely pleased with the service. I will definitely be returning. Thank you, and see you soon.

I was replacing a Ford Escape that I had for 14 years. I was very satisfied with the Escape but thought I would try a slightly smaller SUV. So far I am very satisfied.
Mike is a great salesperson to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns I have had in the process of buying my 18??? Explorer.

I was looking for a small SUV for my family. This one has all the features I needed for a better price! The Ford Sync is great and I’m able to use Spotify, Google Maps, etc on the screen. My calls are also crystal clear, which was an issue with my previous Bluetooth compatible car. The only drawback for me was that I did lose some cargo space in the back, but all the other perks more than make up for it!
Stopped there last Wednesday. Vehicle advertised on the internet.
Spoke to Chris senior in sales.
He said car was already sold, but there was no sold sign on the car nor was the ad removed. He was not too cordial or anxious to find something else for me.
Bill and Tyler did a fantastic job on this semi-annual service of my 2015 Mustang. I got "The Works" done along with a tire rebalance and winter-to-summer tire changeover. Thanks guys!
