I would highly recommend Ford Serramonte to anyone looking for a car. The employees, particularly Jhay and Jason, were very friendly and accomodating. They had excellent customer service!! Also, they made sure that I get the ideal and best deal possible. Btw, this is the fourth vehicle we have bought from them. Overall, this was a great experience.
I would recommend Serramonte Ford to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle. To start, Sohail Tabar, the GM thoroughly helped me with an issue I experienced resolved it with the my interests in mind. Mr. Tabar and his sales team worked with me to find a great deal on my brand new F-150. Jason Rowan and David Martin of internet sales were a great combination of competent and likeable and knew everything there was to know about Fords truck models. Jason and I corrdinated via telephone and answered each and every one of my questions with the level of care and attention you would hope for in a salesman. Upon arrival, David introduced me to the truck, providing me with everything there is to know about it and what makes it so great. David???s product knowledge, integrity and sense of humor was critical to build trust with Serramonte Ford and in my overall decision to purchase the truck. I then met with the finance manager, Moe Gharib had a great personality and handled the signing process efficiently. Overall, Serramonte Fords team is trust worthy, honest and have gained themselves a forever customer.

Jonathan was very helpful when my wife and I decided to purchase the 2015 Ford Fusion S He was informative about the car and the price was right. The car had extremely low miles and we were mostly using the car for a short commute. The manage on duty and the finance manager who takes the paperwork is another story. They tried on many occasions to have us finance through their bank when we INSISTED that we were pre-approved from our credit union at an extremely lower rate. They also tried to take advantage of the fact That I had to take my autistic son out for a break and sell my wife an extended warranty when we declined it originally. His reasons were that they weren???t going to change the price of the car on the payments....really?!? So it???s free? No it???s added to your payments and year of finance. I literally had to contain myself walking out on the guy for talking to my wife like that. That was the bad experience we had to deal with when at the dealership. Thankfully he got the hint and Jonathan got the sale and we left happy with the car. So weird to be on two ends of the spectrum when at a dealership with one person (Jonathan) who is helpful, insightful and honest and the MOD and Finance Manger are extremely pushy and dishonest.
We were very pleased with our experience here. The sales staff is not pushy like other Ford stores and they really try to put you in the best position possible. We had Jack and his manager and they took care of us every step of the way without pressuring. We'll be coming back for service and all future car buying needs. Thanks!
The previous experience we had with Frontier Ford was such a great experience that we came back to do it all again. I'm one of those people that absolutely hates going to any car dealership but Frontier Ford has given me hope that there are good people still left in this world.
Great experience. I called ahead about minivan I saw on their website. I prearranged a visit to the dealer. I was promptly treated by Robert of the sales staff. He showed me the minivan I had called about. I wasn’t that impressed once I saw it, but saw another minivan that was a good match. Test drove the car, got a quote - no pressure. I told them I needed time to compare and decide. I did get a follow up call. I didn’t commit to a time or date to return, but did call the next weekend and arranged a time to return. I bought the car, and requested my credit union. Smooth process. I left the dealership a very happy lady.
Great thank experience with our salesman Yohan. Very informative with no pressure. We have bought 4 cars from him. Everyone that we have interacted with at the dealership has been wonderful. Highflying recommend frontier ford!!

Daniel Goff was very professional, he made the transaction very pleasant. I came didn’t expect to get a car I wasn’t optimistic about going to a dealership knowing I’m get turned down but everything changed when we got there. We were greeted by Gilbert n he introduced us to Daniel Goff. From then on he took care of us. The process was smooth. The whole team with the finance department. Thank you guys for making this possible. My mom told don’t worry Ford will take care of you, you’re gonna get a car. I recommended this dealer to all my friends and family. God Bless.
Overall a decent experience. Sales guy ran my credit after I asked him multiple times not to, as I was pre-approved with my military credit union. Minus 2 stars for that. 5 stars for Jamie in finance though, super easy to work with and straightforward. He made the process quick and painless.
