My beef is with the call center not the dealership. The call center lied about the car being diagnosed. I finally found out after my 3rd phone call that no one even looked at the car. I went to pick up the car the next day and take it somewhere else when I met Wade the service tech. Thru him got everything resolved and they repaired that day beyond my expectation
We found the vehicle online and placed a call. David Evans was extremely helpful and professional. He returned our calls and texts promptly and was very reliable. After traveling for 4 hours to see the vehicle, we found it to be exactly as advertised and they even found a problem with the a/c before we arrived and told us they would make the repairs and deliver the vehicle to Tennessee the next day. Amazing company! They were honest and Mr. Evans went above and beyond to give us the best buying experience we have ever had. We highly recommend this company and Mr. Evans.
Service tech friendly and courteous explained work order showed me lounge area coffee and rest room location since I am a first timer at Tidwell Ford. When vehicle was ready and I checked out I told service tech I’ll be back in 5,000 Miles

I have been sesrching for a low-cost second car since May. It is now late November. In the past, I have been sent on test drives by other dealers selling in this price range in cars with no gas, rotten tires, and systems barely hanging on. (I seriously feared for my life in the car with no working windshield wipers!).Cut to the important part: my experience with AutoNation Ford Marietta (GA) was thoroughly professional, honest, and considerate. I took the car to my mechanic, who pronounced it in sound condition, despite high mileage. AutoNation had already made the repairs to make this car safe and affordable. I anticipate only minor maintenance in the near future. I would definitely recommend this dealer to a friend.
Don't buy a car here. ZERO follow up cust. service

We got a pretty good deal on our new Ford Escape, HOWEVER, the finance guy was rude to me and my wife when we did not buy any of the extended warranties or protection services. He put down the wrong city and zip code on our paperwork and we did not receive any loan information until after our first payment was overdue. The dealership manager was not helpful at all in resolving the problem. I spent 2 hours trying to call the Ford Credit people to get the account information and to get the first payment in. NOBODY at the dealership seemed to care in the least bit that we had a very hard time because of their mistake.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
When shopping for a vehicle most know it's not an enjoyable process. Well I can say Herb Michael was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I can easily say when it's time to shop again I will absolutely use Herb.
I was in the market for a new car. I came to Gwinnett Place Ford as I have previously had great experience with them. My new salesperson Tony Jones was great. I got the best deal around. No hassle. He gave me what I asked for. One of the most pleasant experiences so far.
Helped us get what we wanted when no one else would!

We've been to numerous car dealerships looking for a decently-priced used car that met our needs, but every one we went to pushed cars on us that we didn't want. Vernon listened to what we wanted, found a car that fell within our guidelines, and was able to work with us to get a decent down payment and monthly payment that fit our budget.
I had the pleasure of meeting Me. Vernon today and he was absolutely outstanding. He listened to my concerns and my wants. He price matched me accordingly and did not try and shove a sale down my throat. He was very caring and listened extremely well. I will be referring my friends and family to this man only.
Bought and 16 Explorer. Took delivery of it with a “we owe” item that they promised to fix. Got the call a few days later that the part was in and they fixed everything as promised. Not only was Vernon great through the whole process he also had the car washed when I went back for the repair. Recommend this Dealership. Work with Vernon!
