Everything was excellent but the total price to fix my car labor was 5 times the price of the parts. Grant it we had the money but just weeks before Christmas we spent almost 900 dollars there goes Christmas but thanks for fixing it in a timely manner.
My new truck was ready for it's first oil change and tire rotation plus there was a minor recall that also needed to be addressed. On my first correspondence I was told that the recall might take as long as 2 and 1/2 hours or more. My truck was finished in less than 2 hours including the oil change and rotation. The service is excellent.
My wife got me to come in and take a look at the Ford Ecosport titanium. After she introduced me the Bobo we decided to buy the vehicle. Charles Bobo took good care of us and gave us the best deal and was honest about our trade in.
I had not been to this dealership for almost 2 years due to a bad experience...Justin my service advisor was outstanding and handled a recall service to perfection. Jordan was amazing. He found us walking the parking lot after another salesman left us. Let me tell you—great salesman! Wasn’t planning on buying a car until March but walked out that day in a great Explorer. I even did some research and found a better deal at the Columbia location but decided this guy worked so hard for my business that he deserved the sale. Hands down a patient, will do what he can for you guy! Had a great experience due to him! I even had a couple of items post purchase that he and team got in and fixed ASAP! Great experience and happy with the purchase!
Really nice people, no pressure. Was not pounced on as soon as we pulled in. Our salesman Jeffery, who has been there for 22 years, was great to work with. It was by far the best car buying experience that we had ever had. they have called us twice in 4 days just to make sure we were happy and everything is great.

Very caring about what we wanted to buy. We we handled in capable hands and understandingo. Hayne went the extra mile with us in checking the lots for the specific car my husband really was yearning for.
My wife was having tire issues. We thought the cold weather was messing up tire pressure. She stopped in on the way home. It was a nail. I felt helpless as I was at work and couldn’t leave to help. Didn’t need to. The guys in the quick service lane fixed the tire and she was in her way in no time at all.
My vehicle had been in a crash and repaired by an independent (i.e. non dealer) auto repair shop. Following the repair the vehicle still had some suspension problems. I brought the car to Ford Lincoln of Franklin for an review of the repairs that had been done. They inspected the car and provided me with information about what remained to be repaired. With this information I took my vehicle back to the repair shop to find if the additional repairs would be covered under the insurance claim.
Hylin knows her stuff! I had an idea of exactly how I wanted my truck to look. I sat down with her one Saturday morning and she turned my ideas in actual parts on the truck. Wheels, tires and a lift. I thought I knew just about all there was to know about tires and wheels. She blew my mind. I trusted her 100% and was not disappointed I did. Zack put on all the parts and took so much pride in his work. I truly believe he wanted me to be happy.
