Waiting area and the whole new car area is in desperate need of updates. Feels old and dirty. Service department is the only reason I go and that isn't much better. The last 2 visits, one or two service writers working and they do not like making eye contact to acknowledge you.
Mike was my service rep. I was very pleased with the whole process when taking care of my escape. The service was professional. Mike was helpful, friendly, and patient with me. The work done in a timely manner. Great service department all around! Thanks!!!
I am not one to write reviews normally but I was so happy with Greg when I brought my car in for service. He was so friendly and explained everything to me in great detail so that I could understand. I will definitely be returning to this dealership for my suture service needs.
It was easy working with my salesman and service contact. Both are no longer there. Recent service was with a different CSR and went well. My son recently wanted to pay for a future oil change etc for me and while the dealership finanally wotked it out; having gift cards available would have been most convenient.
I leased another car today 10/24/2018. It's my 3rd from Hines Park. The reason I've returned 3 times is Delores Sciberras. I have just retired needed to save money. I thought it was a long shot , to turn my lease in early and lease a new car. The payment is actually less. I thought it was a long shot. Delores made it happen, she's honest tells it like it is. Saving as much money for the customer, very knowledgeable goes out of her way. I'm a Ford retiree whose family members come to when they need a truck or car. I've dealt with lots of car dealers, Hines Park by far is the best. Why, because they have Delores Sciberras.The art of selling a car with honesty. Something thats unfortunately is rare at other car dealers.
I had a awesome experience at this location with Gary K. I browsed several cars online , so I already had a list of what i wanted when I went in. Gary was friendly and very helpful in getting me what i want and let me test drive several cars before I chose what I want.
At the age of 64, I finally got to buy a good car! After all the jokes about car salesmen and bad stories, I actually took my younger brother with me for this experience. I arrived at Elder Ford at 10am to look there. I was greeted by Mike Hennigar. I told him what I needed and what my parameters were. I was honest and told him my budget. At this point he called a young gentleman named Mitch, he had already explained what I needed to get me into the car of my dreams! HaHa! Together we looked at about 40 cars on a computer, I chose the 5 I wanted to see. He went and got the cars, brought them right to me one by one, and I drove them all with Mitch in the car. About 3 hours later I chose the car I wanted! Now they had to find a financier for my car! In an hour they came out smiling I WAS FINANCED! But it didn't stop there. They took the car and cleaned it up beautiful and FILLED it with gas. Scott the finance officer answered all my questions and then followed up with calls to inform me all had went well.
One week later Mitch called me to see if I was enjoying my new car. I WAS!
My first experience with the "Big Bad" car salesman was wonderful, everything I wanted and more! Would recommend them to everyone. I am looking forward to living long enough to go, when its time, and buy my next car fro ELDER FORD!! Thanks for the great car buying experience!
I had a horrible experience at this dealer but i can't blame the salesman Mike C. He did the best job he could with the process he was givin. He was courteous and polite and tried to handle the issues but his hands were tied by the useless policies and people above him. I would deal with Mike again but never the dealer. Being big and forgetting how to take care of the customer is what the dealer forgot how to do.
Very professional and very impressive. The staff were very polite. Everything concerning purchasing my vehicle was pretty much done initially for me without my mentioning. Mr. Zaid was very courteous and professional.
I bought a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. The pre-owned sales manager, Mark Lange, absolutely amazed with his willingness to go above and beyond and help get you the car you really want. He did all the extras that make you feel really good about a deal. I love my new to me car but love that the first time I bought from a dealership, my preconceived notions of salesman and treatment were dashed. Mark is really knowledgeable and will do whatever is in his power to make what YOU want happen for you. Steve Eby is also exceptional, he did everything he had in his power to do as well! Guy, the finance manager for that section was also very helpful. Thank you Mark!!!
We brought our Ford 350 in to be fixed and plug that goes from your 5th to the pick up truck and broken twice, actually came apart, what we were told is this happens all the time, and they wanted to charge us $300.00 and some dollars for something that would fall apart again I found terrible business, my husband even called Jenny the one that sold it to us, she never called us back and the person who he did talk to said there was nothing he could do, I was under the impression it would be under warranty and we were told no.
