It was great buying this car, i had researched it, followed up with METRO FORD and bought it new form them in OCT 2015. Since then the experience has been totally positive for all my service needs and the customer service and follow up are outstanding.
I had a great experience as far as communication and response to my concerns. I really liked the idea of buying a car online but the prices aren't that great. I know shipping is a cost but I would like lower prices.

This is my 2nd new truck (F-150) purchased from Gary Crossley Ford and from Tim Parnacott. Both experiences could not have been any easier. Sent Tim some basic specs I had for the truck and a price range I was willing to pay. Not only was I very pleased with the price (which to us consumers is incredibly important), but the vehicle he pulled up to let me take for a test drive was literally the exact vehicle I "built" on Ford's website. Not to mention, it was late in the year and other dealerships I contacted didn't have my desired color, or some feature(s) was/were missing from the ideal vehicle I had pictured.
Purchase day was very simple. I was in and out (including final test drive, trade-in, paperwork, signatures, etc.) in just a little over an hour.
Could not be more pleased with the dealer or with Tim, the sales rep. Thanks to you both! Not only will I be back at some point for another purchase, but any family/friends who are in the market will get a strong push from me to go see Tim and Gary Crossley.

The $50 over invoice price is such a great way to buy a vehicle. There was no haggling or price adjusting due to interest rates or model year. The selection was great, but they didn’t have my dream truck. I told them what I wanted, and they found it 2 hours away within 10 minutes. The next day I drove off in my dream vehicle. Buying here was a wonderful experience. The team was considerate of my time and had the foresight to do small things like not sending me out on an empty tank of fuel, and taking the time to explain the functions of the new vehicle.
My experience with Louisburg Ford goes back to 2013 with service to another F-150. Currently I purchased another F-150. Both were very good, no delays and service from salesman and service department were anything you would expect I would recommend Louisburg Ford for either service.
I bought a new Mustang from Matt Ford and knew I would take my F-150 to them to have the tailgate lock serviced. They did good work, had the truck back quickly, and did not charge much for the service. I am a loyal Matt Ford customer. They have always treated me very well.
