I had been searching for a used car for awhile when I finally came across Manderbach's vehicle, which was several thousand dollars below what I was seeing elsewhere. I made a call to their dealership and spoke with the incredibly helpful Giovanny, who patiently did his research on the car and then worked to coordinate a test drive for me with another salesperson, since I was only able to come in on his day off. I was expecting to come and be pressured to buy it, but from the moment I arrived and met the other salesperson -- John Patton -- I realized that he was interested first and foremost in simply answering my questions about the car and letting me get acquainted with it. When I did decide to purchase the car, the administrative staff made it a quick and painless experience, handling the paperwork efficiently, despite being in the middle of relocating the entire dealership to a new location that very same day. The car was an exceptional deal, the staff was excellent, and I'd recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a new or used vehicle.
Our experience at Ken Pollock Ford was absolutely phenomenal. From our first contact with them, Christine was so willing to help and answered our questions extremely quickly. She sent us every single piece of information we needed to know, and had us essentially sold on the car (and the dealership) before we got there. Then. We arrived yesterday and quickly realized it was only getting better. Zach, our car salesman, knocked it out of the ball park. He explained everything in detail and allowed us to ask a litany of questions. He was easily the best sales associate we???ve ever worked with. Even the man processesing our paperwork, Mark, was effective and effienct to the highest degree. The car we bought is perfect for us, and we could not recommend Ken Pollock Ford more.
I can't say enough about the great customer service I received from Bob Thennes, when I purchased my 2018 Ford Escape. Even though we have had many rainy days the team at Ken Pollock Ford, Berwick add a little sunshine with their pleasant response to my questions and completing their portion of the transition from one vehicle to another. Bob Thennes did an excellent job in showing vehicles that would suit my needs, demonstrating the functions of the new vehicle, and offering future assistance if needed. The nice thing about Ken Pollock Ford is that the exceptional service does not stop at the sale of the vehicle but extends for future service needs, which I have experienced since they opened in Berwick. Was traveleing back from western PA and was 50 miles away when I realized that I needed to have oil changed. So on a lark, I called at 12 noon on a Tuesday afternoon and they were able to schedule me for 2:15 PM. As it turned out, I ended up getting there around 1:15 PM and they took me right away - so no waiting. Also, they advised me that my inspection was due in 2 months and that I may want to have it done. So I did. I checked N/A for QUALITY OF REPAIRS because all I did was an oil change and inspections, so I can't comment on any REAL repair work. However, all together, the service took MAYBE 2 hrs, but they offered me drinks and the waiting area was air conditioned, so it went by quickly. Would definitely recommend.....John Shvetz. Buying a new vehicle is easy, with a large selection of things to look at while buying used a bit more of a hassle because they churn through so many thing so quickly and don't store all of them on-site, but regardless sales staff is very nice and do try to help you find something that fits your needs, going beyond what others will do. Once you buy, they offer inspections and oil change "freebies" along the way so you are encouraged to return for service. You should, the service staff is very friendly and helpful and efficient in getting things fixed and properly for a fair price.
