This is the second time I bought my vehicle since 3 years agao and the buying exparience is still top notch. Sabrena was our sales person. She did not push us at all, everything is up front and willing to work with us. Unlike other dealership I have been to there is No tricks at all, what we agreed during negotiation match exactly what they put on the paper. No ???accidental mistake??? on the paper work. I highly recommend Sabrena if you are considering buying your next vehicle becuase the buying expareince is truly exceptional!
Nick Tirey did a great job locating the right Explorer for me. I gave him the things that were important to me and he found the perfect fit. The transaction went very smooth and took very little of my time. In addition Wesley, with the extended warranty team, worked with me to find the best plan to fit the number of miles drive each year. When I came to pick up the Explorer everything was in perfect condition and I was able to drive away with 15 minutes of arriving.
Nick had my best interest in mind and was a no pressure salesman . when I picked up my truck, which was at the end of their shift right before going home,Nick spent the time to go over all the bells and whistles my new truck had and explained everything.
My wife received a recall notice for her F150, I called and Mason took great care of us. I dropped off my truck the day before and told them I needed it back early due to that day being my anniversary and I didn't want to hang around long. They not only got the truck back early but everyone was wishing me a happy anniversary. This is the second truck I have purchased from Ryan, I love the dealership even if it is a drive from Katy. Thank you guys you are the best
The service at this dealership is superb. Mason Koch and Brad Zook are two of the best in the business. I use to refuse to go to the dealership for service especially when it was out of warranty. Now this is the only place allowed to service my truck (except tires).

Service employees were excellent - explained the recall of airbags (greatly appreciated), had all of the parts already there, friendly and completely professional. Normally, I hate going to get my vehicles fixed because I feel so dumb. T. Vaughn employees made the whole experience easy. THANK YOU!
I discussed the issue I had and reviewed the maintenance records I brought with me with Eric, my service rep. Eric was very helpful throughout. The dealership agreed to replace the missing wheel security lugnuts at no charge. Although the replacement lugnuts were not in stock, Eric called me later that same day and arranged for the lugnuts to be quickly installed.
I want to thank Q Lasker for the wonderful experience buying my new Explorer at Ford AutoNation in Katy. Q provided superb, no pressure assistance in choosing and purchasing my Explorer. He is honest and sincere and I felt completely secure with my car buying experience. The Finance team was quick and very helpful with all my questions. As soon as I arrived at the service center, I was greeted by an attendant and taken to a Service Writer Specialist who immediately took my information and saw to it that my car was tended to. The car was there for the mandatory maintenance required and everything was completed within a timely manner. Everyone was very courteous especially Mr. Lewis, the Service Writer Specialist.
