Good experience. Our salesman, Russ was great, very patient and found us the exact car we wanted. We were unfamilar with all the new features on this car and Michael Holden went over everything with us. He was extremely nice, did not rush us, answered all our questions and was a pleasure to work with.
The three people I dealt with were top notch and super friendly. Cayce Miller helped me find a great deal on my Escape, in the perfect color. Michael Holden helped me w/the techy stuff as I am old school on my Fords. Then it was time for Eric Berg to perform a miraculous loan for me. Thank you all so VERY much. Lucy loves her new Escape!
Bickford was recommended to me by a friend and my Doctor. Being a senior citizen I was hesitant to deal with car salesmen. Still I checked with several dealers and it turned out that Bickford was the most honest and patient. My salesmen was Russ Sumpter and he helped me understand the whole process of buying a new car. After I purchased my new ford explorer I was then introduced to Michael Holden Technology and delivery specialist. He helped me to understand all the electronics in my new car and has an open door policy where he will walk me thru anything I do not understand. I would of been lost with out him. Sales people easy to work with. Remember: they are sales people. They want/need to sell something in order to pay bills and put food on the table. I had a great time meeting and working with the sales people who worked with us.
I called in and said my car wouldn’t start and described what happened. Danny said probably the battery. He got my car in when convenient for me and a few hours later, it was fixed. Battery. And I got the oil changed too.
I had an excellent experience working with Sean Bryan and his supporting crew, when I purchased a new F150 XLT with great features, and an even better value, recently. I was considering getting a used truck like my old 2004 F150 which is now ready for retirement, however after running through all my options, and test driving a few of the new models, it was clear to me that's what I needed to do. Sean was good at listening to what I needed to make this a successful transaction, for the Dealership and for me, most of all. He worked hard, and didn't stop until everything I needed to make this happen was there. Everything.

We were able to get a good price on the vehicle. Communication with the dealership was poor. I would email with the person i was working with and then not hear anything from them at all after asking questions about the vehicles i was looking at
Greg has been my service adviser since I moved to Seattle from the motor city almost 10 years ago. Having lived in Michigan for 20 yrs, owning Ford cars for the majority of my life, and having worked for Ford through a contracted company, I know what excellent Ford service is and Greg as always provided me with that. He has arranged a rental car when needed or figured out ways to still take care of my car while saving me money. I had someone else take care of me and my car one time when Greg was on vacation and it wasn’t the same. I don’t want another service advisor besides him.
From start to finish, Tim Staggestad and his GM, provided me with a customized experience like I have never seen during other car lease or purchase processes. They delivered on every promise and every deadline; and in the end, I can say I made a couple new friends!
The service department was great. The people, from Brian, Blue Team Advisor, to the guys driving the courtesy can were helpful, informative and friendly. This could have been a very stressful experience, but Brian explained what the problem was and helped me make an informed decision.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.
