Chris did a wonderful job listened to our approach at acquiring the exact vehicle we wanted. We explained exactly what we wanted and they found it. Chris and his team made purchasing a vehicle a relaxing experience. Not to mention the trade-in portion went very smooth as well. Highly recommended.
My car has had a major problem since the day I bought it. After over two years of this it is finally fixed. Everyone was excellent. Ford covered the cost. Not a fault of Griffin at all, it was made with a problem.
Very pleased with their work.... Kept me informed the whole time... Price was about what I expected, I was hoping it would come in cheaper... But I think it was very fair. The important thing is, the work was done correctly.
I called Barb in Service and told her my remote died on my car and could not open or close my doors. I tried replacing the batteries and nothing. She got me in right away to have it looked it. The tech. reprogrammed my existing remote as well as programmed a new one and everything worked again.
I have always dealt with Barb. at the dealer in Service because she takes great care of me and my car. Never a hassle, always up front and is the greatest in my book and why I always go back for any work my car needs. She is my go too person for everything and is the best.
We had the best salesman in Louie. He worked with us to find the perfect truck and a fair trade. I would highly recommend working with this team again and will recommend Griffin Ford to all my friends after the great experience we had.

Went to look at the new Ford pickup trucks and while looking Luke stopped by and seen if i needed help. since I started talking Luke he was very helpful and helped me through the hole process of getting a new truck even helping answer questions when i stopped by and it was his day off. My experience from the end of November until now has been a 2.5-3 Star.
Specifically went to this location to look at at a vehicle. The sales rep was helpful and professional. Completing the paperwork and finalizing the sale took way too long, hours!!! There was one finance person helping four people in line.
Make sure you pay attention to details!!! Vehicle did not come with floor mats. Strange to me. When they dropped the vehicle off it was not detailed nor was the gas filled up per agreement, so when I called about everything they did cover the cost of new floor mats. Great customer service, right?
Fast forward to it now being summer. My air condition does not work. Per manager who was not customer friendly and rude on the phone, stated “anything can break on a used vehicle”. Makes you think you need check EVERYTHING before you purchase.
In my opinion, poor customer service. I would think you’d want to retain your customers by trying to help them out when the vehicle is less than 6 months old to them. Will not be going back to them to purchase my next vehicle.
After shopping around for several weeks, we spotted a 2014 Ford Flex on your website. After making contact with Nick we decided to come and take a look at it. Living in Racine and driving past the Ford dealer there, we made the trip. All I can say is the trip was well worth it. Nick and Chris made everything smooth and simple. Thanks guys.
