I was looking for new/newer used cars priced moderately and felt like everywhere I looked online was out of my price range. Finally fell upon this place on Internet and could not get over their huge inventory of cars, some newer, that I actually liked! Did the usual dealership review and wow, negative feedbacks enough to make you want to avoid this place. But then I ran into a coworker who told me he bought 3 cars here without a problem. I went to look at car I picked off internet on Sunday and drove it home last night (4 days), couldn't be happier!!!

This is the second lease I have had with this dealership. This dealership has a unique option to their leasing in that property taxes are included with the monthly lease payment. You might be thinking that owing thousands on yearly property taxes on a vehicle will add hundreds to your monthly lease payments. Not so. What I learned with leasing is that the dealership gets a vast discount on property tax payments due to their sheer volume. Living in Waterbury and driving around in a newer vehicle would have had me paying a few thousand a year on property taxes. With leasing through this dealership I save hundreds on property taxes. I don't know of any place else that does this; If you're considering leasing and don't drive too many yearly miles, you will want to consider Family Ford leasing in Watertown (CT).

I have owned this vehicle for 2 months, and am very happy with it! I was a little nervous about downsizing slightly from a Ford Escape to a Ford EcoSport, but it has proven to be plenty roomy for my needs. I am really impressed with all of the nice features like heated seats, moonroof, and the Sync3 system - all without a big price!

I have probably purchased more than 15 vehicles in my lifetime. I have never worked with a car dealership more professional, thorough, and timely than Colonial Ford. Stephen Z. is unlike so many other car salesmen out there who bully you with sales pitches and follow up phone calls. Stephen is a genuinely kind and unassuming gentleman, who listened well and stuck with us to guide us to find the right Ford F150. There was no sales pitch, and we didn't feel pressured or rushed at any time. Stephen was patient and kind to our rambunctious and loud 3-year old, Owen, as we worked through the purchasing process. He made us feel relaxed and comfortable the entire time. My family had plans to go on vacation a few days after we purchased the truck. Stephen took care of everything to make sure that our "green gem" was Simonized, shiny, spotless, and ready to roll the day after we got back. He made sure a new bed liner (compliments of Colonial Ford) and the new tri-fold tonneau cover that we ordered were installed. Stephen even worked in cahoots with me while I was away, and he helped me to surprise my husband with an early anniversary present by adding a bed extender. He texted me with the information I needed from his personal phone after hours and sent me pictures of the truck to assure me that my surprise would go off without a hitch. We had a great experience at Colonial Ford. We walked in thinking about purchasing a new truck and walked out a few hours later having done so. Stephen Z. is excellent, so ask for him if your headed to Colonial Ford. Tell him Matt and Candice sent you!

Purchased the car for my 18 year old; she loves it. She likes the electronics, the size of the car, all the ways the seat is adjustable. The overall appearance of the car is cute. We compared to Honda, Ford had more features for a better price.

This is a great car, I traded in my mini cooper for the Ecosport. I am happy with it thus far. Being used to the wide tire placement on the mini, I can feel the difference in this car, so I will most likely replace the tires soon to feel a bit more stable. But otherwise its perfect. Has all the bells and whistles I was missing in the mini and really wanted.

Your staff was highly knowledgeable and willing to listen to what I believed were my cars problems. I would also like to thank Jackie/Moose, and the mechanic who worked on my car, as they were also extremely courteous and very prompt. I also felt the pricing for parts/service was acceptable and that they were not trying to take advantage. One small improvement would be more comfortable seating in the service area as I waited 2 hours for my car to be serviced.

Interior front feels like an Escape. I even had someone tell me they like my new Escape. They are very similar. The only difference is smaller trunk & smaller back seat leg room.

He???s truly a gentleman who gives honest service and advice. I refer anyone I know who???s looking to buy a new car to Louis. He???s a great person to do business with. When it comes to the Service Dept, always had great timely service. The very few times I had any major work to be done, they either set me up with a rental car if the repair was going to take more than a day or dropped me off at work and picked me up to bring me back to the dealership when my truck was ready if it was a service that was going to take longer but would be done within the same day. Overall, their customer service is A #1 in my book. Plus, my family is a Ford family. And today I drove off the lot in my third new 2018 Ford Explorer Limited! My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I thought I would be happy with my Fiesta, but It felt too small. The Ecosport is just right for me. Classified as an SUV. Used to have an Edge for 10 years. This car feels like an SUV, only smaller than the Edge. Just right for my current lifestyle, basically retirement. Feels really great when driving it. I love the way it handles.
