Had a 2004 F150 with 153K miles, but still going because we maintained it. Needed brakes, tires, and motor in back window. So...do we fix? Well, extended warranty ran out at 148K. Extended warranty company said, "No, too old to renew." If they were fearful, then so were we. We called Tim. Why? When you have 'gold" (Experience with Tim), you do not want less. We chose a 2013 Fusion Hybrid which is rated 44 city/41 hwy. It is high tech, nice looking, easy on wallet and fun to drive. One day later, while waiting for a go order, a cashier and I girl talked. She and her Mother want to trade their autos. Therefore, gave up my Tim business card. When others can give testimony of a honest, courteous, listening person who cares about their fellow human being...then that is Tim Coffman. Thanks Weber Ford, Tim respresents you nicely. I have owned this vehicle for 2 months, and am very happy with it! I was a little nervous about downsizing slightly from a Ford Escape to a Ford EcoSport, but it has proven to be plenty roomy for my needs. I am really impressed with all of the nice features like heated seats, moonroof, and the Sync3 system - all without a big price!

This is a great car, I traded in my mini cooper for the Ecosport. I am happy with it thus far. Being used to the wide tire placement on the mini, I can feel the difference in this car, so I will most likely replace the tires soon to feel a bit more stable. But otherwise its perfect. Has all the bells and whistles I was missing in the mini and really wanted.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Okay so I was in the market for a new (smaller engine) vehicle; Saturday 17JUN I visited Sunset Ford (St. Louis) because I had been eyeballing an Oxford White Focus they had on their lot. My wife accompanied me and we walked the lot, looked at some of their stock, then went to Bandana's BBQ in the adjacent lot for lunch. We discussed in depth me looking at the White 2016 that kept catching my eye: 2016 Focus SE Hatchback with a sunroof, backup camera, and less than 34k on the clock. Pardon my language but combined with the lifetime warranty from Sunset Ford, it was a xxxx of a deal and I would have been a fool to pass on inquiring on it. The thing that made the complete transaction as smooth as possible was our salesman, Jim Wagstaff. Jim was pleasant and professional when approaching my wife and I in the lot and wasn't an annoyance. We asked if I could take the Focus for a spin and I instantly fell in love with it. When we returned to the lot, we were more than ready to sit down with Jim and begin hashing out a deal for said car. Within about an hour and a half they had made me an unrefusable offer on my trade-in and an amazing offer on the Focus. By end-of-business, my wife and I rode home in my brand new 2016 Focus SE. Honeslty though, even though I was (and am) in love with the Focus, the deal probably wouldnt have been made if Jim was a pushy salesman. He was attentive to my questions and even laughed at my corny jokes (even though they most likely weren't funny).. This Ford dealership's current slogan is "Dont close the Deal til Sunset". If it wasn't for the well trained and courteous salesperson, this deal most likely WOULDN'T have been made. Long winded but overall: My wife and I were impressed with Jim and the car buying experience at Sunset Ford. I can def. see me doing business here again in the future, and sending any of my friends/family to see Mr. Wagstaff. Thank you Jim and Sunset staff who helped me with the purchase of my new ride.

I thought I would be happy with my Fiesta, but It felt too small. The Ecosport is just right for me. Classified as an SUV. Used to have an Edge for 10 years. This car feels like an SUV, only smaller than the Edge. Just right for my current lifestyle, basically retirement. Feels really great when driving it. I love the way it handles.

I had the spark plugs changed in my 2008 F-150, A few days later I noticed a fuel odor in the cab. Took it back To Dave Sinclair and they found a spark plug not seated correctly. Repaired it for no charge and everything is good.

I was on the verge of traveling 4 hours to purchase a new truck because local dealer pricing wasn't competitive to my out of town price. I decided to give two local dealers one last chance to step up. Fortunately, Marshall Ford was one of them. I wasn't feeling positive that a deal was going to happen. I was looking for a smaller size SUV and began searching the internet. Immediately the Ford Eco Sport stood out. I have the lightening blue color and have been getting complements left and right. The interior is very comfortable, the features in the SE model are fabulous. My only complaints are the exceleration off the line is chokey and the rear view mirror shakes on the interstate. Otherwise I am beyond thrilled. This is by far the best car purchase I have ever made.

The experience was wonderful. The decision was made to lease the Fusion and an appointment was set up. The paperwork was ready to go a head of time with as much information filled in that could have been. There was very little if any waiting time through this process. The salesperson was very professional and knowledgable. Going through finance was also a good experience and was over before I knew it. Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.
