Over the years, buying or leasing vehicles has always been a stressful and intimidating experience for me. When I walked through the doors of Performance Ford Lincoln, my immediate anxiety was alleviated upon the greeting of a fine salesman by the name of Saun. His calm demeanor brought my guard down and honestly I walked in not even knowing what kind of car I wanted. He was so patient, didn't rush me and gave me options that fit what I was looking for without getting irritated when the car was a less expensive car. Throughout the sales process, he reiterated to me that he will work with me to make sure I get the car I want and that I was happy with everything and stayed within my budget. He worked diligently alongside Matt in Finance who was relentless in securing an unbelievable interest rate. I was blown away. The entire team was beyond supportive and helpful and worked with me to give me an incredible 5 star experience from start to finish. Upon picking up the new car, Joe in management escorted me out and wanted to ensure my satisfaction, just a really nice touch. I felt like even though I wasn't buying a $75,000 car, I was treated no differently and received invaluable service. It is without any reservation at all that I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a car. I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off or lied to, it felt like family helping a family member get into a safe reliable car.
