Hugo our salesman and manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He spent a lot of time with us trying to find us a SUV that met our specifications. Unfortunately we were $500 apart which was a shame because we were ready to buy the car right there. Surprised they let us walk but would still recommend Hugo.

I have owned this vehicle for 2 months, and am very happy with it! I was a little nervous about downsizing slightly from a Ford Escape to a Ford EcoSport, but it has proven to be plenty roomy for my needs. I am really impressed with all of the nice features like heated seats, moonroof, and the Sync3 system - all without a big price!

This is a great car, I traded in my mini cooper for the Ecosport. I am happy with it thus far. Being used to the wide tire placement on the mini, I can feel the difference in this car, so I will most likely replace the tires soon to feel a bit more stable. But otherwise its perfect. Has all the bells and whistles I was missing in the mini and really wanted.

I recently had a 2014 Benz c350 coupe amg package coupe, but my lease was done and I needed a new car with a new budget in mind since I was going to be paying the insane brooklyn apartment rent. I never leased an American Muscle Car but I decided to go with the 2017 Mustang. James was great to work with. I visited 2 other dealerships (Hempstead Ford and Tower Ford) - btw (Tower Ford's service was terrible) - it was almost closing time and they rushed me into signing a deposit HAHAHAHAH - i couldn't believe it. I went to Levittown Ford and met James after googling reviews and all the reviews were correct - HE WAS THE BEST. He didn't even act like a salesman, it felt like I was dealing with a family member working at the dealership. He helped me with what I wanted and got finalize a deal with the budget I needed to be at (monthly payments). GO TO JAMES. He is the man. Reminds me of the guy from the King of Queens Show (Kevin James). HA! But yes - best service and best employee at Levittown Ford. You the man JAMES!!!!!! Jaekwondo out. Jae W. Kim (leased 2017 Mustang Ecoboost Fastback) with packages and options - color magnetic with the blacked out roof and the interior LED customization lighting package and the performance package as well with the blacked out rims (i think they were 19 in rims). Thanks James for all your help and assistance.

Marianna was so great to work with! I first met her about a month ago while I was waiting for an oil change (their service center is also great!) and wanted to ask questions regarding the upcoming end of my current lease. We talked about what I wanted in my next vehicle but I wasn???t ready to turn in my old Escape yet. I test drove an EchoSport but didn???t like it was well as the Escape. Since the 2019 Escape was coming out soon I decided to wait. As soon as the new Escapes arrived last week she contacted me to let me know. She already had one picked out for me that had everything I was looking for. Marianna did a great job of going over all the features with me and answering every question I had. I never felt intimidated or pushed to sign a lease I wasn???t comfortable with. It was truly a great experience and I love my new Escape!

Please note the 2018 Explorer Sport I recently leased through Hassett is the 4th vehicle I've obtained through your dealership within the past decade. The first vehicle I purchased outright and the last three vehicles were leased. The sales rep for the past two vehicles I've leased has been Mike Scannello. With the past two transactions Mike was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly which made each transaction go extremely well and very smoothly. I originally stopped in to speak with Mike in regards to leasing a new vehicle earlier in October. When I returned on October 28th Mike knew exactly which vehicle and options I was interested in and he offered me several vehicles with different color combinations to choose from. I decided to go with another Explorer Sport only this time in white with a black interior so I placed a deposit on the car the very same day. The following day I returned with a bank check and received delivery of the vehicle. Due to Mike's professionalism and knowledge doing business with Hassett is truly a pleasure. My latest transaction with Mike and Hassett was by far the quickest and smoothest I've ever experienced during my lifetime of purchasing or leasing new Ford or Mercury vehicles. I've also dealt with your finance manager Danny during the the past three vehicle transactions. Danny is also extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly so you have an excellent team in place at your dealership. Tony took me around the lot and showed me several different models of the Truck I was looking for explaining to me the differences between each.The leasing process was very quick and straight forward and I never felt like they were trying to get one over on me! The finance manager Tom Lumley was very kind and understood that I had a family to get home to so he went as quickly through the process while still making sure I understood what I was signing and why. I walked into Sayville Ford about a month ago looking for an F-150. I was only interested in one with a special editions. I was first greeted by a man named Pete who was very friendly and welcomed me right away. Next, I was directed towards John, a salesman who is extremely knowledgeable about the F150. At first, we could not find one that was in my price range or had the extras that I wanted. After weeks of John repeatedly searching for my truck we finally found one in Massachusetts. John pushed for Sayville Ford to purchase the truck, so I can lease it out (at a payment that I told him I needed it to be). He went above and beyond and I can't thank him enough. After, I sat down in the finance office with Tom and had a great time cracking sarcastic jokes to one another. Finally, John delivered the car to me with professionalism. He didnt just say here's the car and go. John took his time, even after he was supposed to be out by 9pm, to go over everything. Overall my experience with Sayville Ford was the best dealer experience I've ever had. All of the gentlemen who helped me were stand up professionals and made me feel comfortable and welcome. When I decided purchase a new car, I dreaded the thought of the old "dealing with the car salesperson" experience. So I prepared myself mentally and embarked on the journey of shopping around at every Ford dealership I could find in a 60 mile radius. Needless to say, I encountered a lot of characters. Most of them were either shady, overly aggressive, indifferent, rude, or a special mix of all those qualities. Sayville Ford was the last dealership I visited - because it was the farthest (53 miles from my house). I put on my "mental armor" as I was pulling into the parking lot, remembering all the horrible experiences I've been having so far, and saying to myself "Ok. This is the last one on the list. Lets just get this over with." As I entered the impressive showroom, I was immediately disarmed by the warm smile and friendly handshake accompanied greeting from Marianna Lomuto. Immediately I could sense she was not like the others. As we conversed there were no high pressure sales tactics, no awkward moments, and no points in time where I felt like "I gotta get out of here." She made me feel like I was just talking to a helpful family member who genuinely cared about me and my satisfaction. She patiently took her time to answer any questions I might have and she also worked with me to get me the best price out of all the dealerships I visited. The whole time I was kicking my self thinking, "I should have just came here first. I would have saved all that time and stress." I factory ordered the car and it was delivered to me ridiculously quick - less than 1 month. Marianna stayed in contact with me the whole time by email, keeping me posted on the progress every week. When it came time to pick up the car, she made the whole process of trading in my old car for the new one quick and painless. She also gave me the best price for the trade-in out of all the others. The time came to sign the final paperwork and she introduced me to Tom. Tom was a pleasure to deal with. He had me cracking up the whole time. Tom is the kind of guy you would love to have a drink with at the bar on a Friday night. He was great. After we took care of the paperwork, Marianna took me out to my beautiful new car and took the time to patiently explain how all the functions inside worked. She even helped me connect my phone to the radio - something which, being not so tech savvy, I was having problems with. After she made sure I was comfortable and knew how everything worked, she congratulated me, told me to enjoy my new car, and said I should come back and visit some time. She also reminded me that the first oil change is free and said to make sure I say hi when I come around for it. If I could give this dealership and especially Marianna 10 stars I would. They are definitely the diamond in the rough. If you're going anywhere else you are definitely missing out. But if you're smart enough to go to Sayville Ford, make sure you deal with Marianna - you won't regret it. When you do, tell her Reuven says hi.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I thought I would be happy with my Fiesta, but It felt too small. The Ecosport is just right for me. Classified as an SUV. Used to have an Edge for 10 years. This car feels like an SUV, only smaller than the Edge. Just right for my current lifestyle, basically retirement. Feels really great when driving it. I love the way it handles.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I was looking for a smaller size SUV and began searching the internet. Immediately the Ford Eco Sport stood out. I have the lightening blue color and have been getting complements left and right. The interior is very comfortable, the features in the SE model are fabulous. My only complaints are the exceleration off the line is chokey and the rear view mirror shakes on the interstate. Otherwise I am beyond thrilled. This is by far the best car purchase I have ever made.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

We needed to replace our 20 year old Volvo, and were impressed by the Ford product. We have had many Fords in our family fleet, including a '59 Galaxie, a "63 Galaxie, '65 Mustang, a '67 LTD, a '70 Torino, a '76 Granada, a '75 Pinto, a '75 LTD, an '84 Escort GL, an '86 Mercury Sable wagon, a '90 Lincoln Town Car, a '90 Lincoln Mark 7, a '91 Explorer, a 2000 Mustang GT, and a 2001 Escape. Three of those cars are still on the road! We were impressed by Corey's cheerfulness at the front desk, and by Lowell's expertise on the EcoSport we chose, as well as the other cars in the showroom, and of the past. We like dealing with people close to our age who have that experience and knowledge, which we value when purchasing a new car, since our last new car was the '84 Escort! So, to Corey and to Lowell we say thank you, thank you for the bubbly and for the big red bow, and we give to them the highest, 5 gold star award...they went above and beyond the normal greet-and-sell routine. We will highly recommend your dealership to any of our associates who are in the market for a new car..
