My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.

This Review all about Sharr Garza! She is the only person you want to deal with at this location. The patience and time she took explaining things to me was above and beyond appreciated. She communicated and even double checked my car and found things the collision shop missed and I wasn’t even upset about it because she was honest, upfront, and got everything ordered and fixed right away! She really makes it a point to make sure the customer is fully taken care of and satisfied with their service! As far as I’m concerned she should be the Manager of this location! Employees there could really learn a lot from the way she does things.

We got a slightly used Ecosport 2.0 liter for driving around town. With the exception of a fluky failure of a CV axle at 24,000 miles it has been fine. That was fixed under warranty. Due to unforeseen circumstances this became our primary vehicle and we drove thousands of miles across the country, Gas mileage isn't good but it goes great in the snow due to the 4WD. We're satisfied and it has been a good value for the money.

This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve had in all my years. I’ve purchased vehicles from Mercedes, BMW, Acura, Jeep — you name it — and none of them came close to the level of professionalism, honesty, and hospitality I received at Koons GMC in Vienna, VA. The deal they offered was so incredible that I traveled all the way from New Jersey by Amtrak to Virginia. I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first because many dealerships pull bait-and-switch tactics. New 2 weeks ago today. This car is not intended for family vacation. I use it as a daily driver a 100 miles round trip. I got the mid-grade trim package heated seats moon roof. it has a small gas tank 13.9 gallon. I question the MPGs as advertised but its ok at 27 mpg all highway. It will fit 4 people but i believe Ford didnt intend for it to be a vacation car but a general purpose of getting back and forth to work car.So far so good only time will tell.

I would just like the first start with I worked for Ford so I will say if you have the 1.0 eco-boost engine there are a lot of issues…. But with that said, I have the 2.0 four-wheel-drive, and it is absolutely an amazing vehicle. Super loaded. I have heated seats sunroof, heated, steering wheel, navigation , lane, keep and more I love the way the trunk opens sideways instead of up! It is very peppy and again as long as you have the 2.0 and not the 1.0 very reliable.

bought a 2019 ford ecosport used with 48k miles on it. has broken down on me three times, not reliable at all, still under warrenty thank god so the fact that i need a whole new engine isn’t as bad of news since i don’t have to pay for it. only 50k miles on it and i need a whole new engine already. do your research before purchasing!!

Got this over a month ago.Enjoy the vehicle.No major issues.Just since its a 4 cylinder the pick up speed is lagging,especially merging onto a highway.But once your on,all good.

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. We have owned our ecosport se for over 2 years. No problems. Average over 32 over 37,000 miles tracked on fuelie! Only oil changes and tires rotations so far. Comfortable on trips. Love standard features on se trim. Proximity key. Heated seats. Satellite radio. 2 USB ports in dash. 2 power points. It could have a little more cargo room and power but we are satisfied with the car overall!

My mom had a kid pull out in front of her Taurus and they totaled it, so She asked me to find a car. Found the Ecosport as a used car at a good price. Dealer installed Factory style leather seat covers in place of the cloth. Ma got to drive it twice and it was passed to me. I'm glad I picked it. Tests show 0-60 in 10-11 seconds with the little 3 cylinder. I made it in 12 but going a little up hill. It has enough pep for running around but gets fantastic mileage. I teased my wife when I fill up for $23 and get 300+ miles and she fills her jeep for $60 and shows 285 miles. I traded from a lifted 2 door jeep to the Ecosport and I am happy driving it. I upgraded the radio from the 4" to the 8" with nav. Great choice...A great little fun driver. I got in the back seat to see if the reviews were right and I had plenty of leg room for a small car. I'm 5'11" and 200# but everything fits well. I like the fact that I don't have to crawl in like my sons Subaawoo. I get in and out with ease due to the tall stance. I'm planning to put on All Terrain tires when the time comes.

Traded a 2019 F-150 XLT for a 2020 F-150 Lariat. Both bought from this dealer. I have a Ford dealership 2 miles from my house, but I drive 20 miles to Sunset Ford because I really like the dealership. Bin Fu (Sales) was a great to work with. Howard Wood, sales manager, worked the numbers to make the deal happen and Justin Lombard (Finance) made the paperwork easy. Like I said, driving the extra miles is worth it for the great service I receive.

For the price you're paying and what you're getting - this car is an amazing deal. It has a slick interior and almost every feature you need. The ride is quiet and smooth, sports mode is great. When i first got into it I felt super cramped but now owning it, it feels a lot more comfortable. The compact size saved me from a crash earlier this week, I was able to ride the small shoulder on the interstate when a car right next to me tried merging into my lane. The few cons I have with it are the gas mileage and acceleration. I'm used to filling up my vehicles every two weeks but it has turned to filling up every week with the Ecosport. Granted, gas is always under $30 which helps. The other thing is the power of the engine - it has very slow acceleration, worse than my 2009 ford fusion. It would be a perfect car if it sped up faster. However, I love my Ecosport SE and for it to be in the mid-tens price range is amazing! Would highly recommend to check this car out.

Drove in after tire lights came & before a planned long distance trip. The service manager & staff very graciously checked tires & filled the tires w/ air! I was able to travel to my destination with no worries!

I have owned several CRV's and previously Ford Focus', so I was intrigued by this car. I got a good COVID deal on mine last year. I have put 21k miles on it this year. The gas mileage is great especially under 62 mph. I like the upright higher seat position as I'm short. It's very comfortable, reliable and cute. I would buy this again!

Leased this car for transportation to start new school semester on the Friday before COVID started. Just finished the lease and decided to pay off the balance. Has excellent power and everything is easy to operate. Only 1 small issue and its the limited space for passengers in the back seat. Other than that my local dealer does my service and it runs like a champ.

Great little commuter. 5000 miles so far no problems. Just a cute little car and especially great for around town. Gas mileage on highway is about 35mpg for me with cruise control. I really like the little car.

I was in a wreck today man hit me as I almost sat still hit me going utleast 30 into passenger side the car was amazing to hold the power of impack of the other car I was only hurt by air bags and seatbelt the airbags open all around me I felt relieved to see that and once outside the impact could had been way worse. It was a large 4 door charger so it stands up very well in being safe in wrecks but if totaled my car out
