First time buying a car, shopping for my second car and was very nervous. There was no need however, as everything about my experience was fantastic. The salesman was polite, professional and friendly, same with the manager and district manager. Very down to Earth people that happened to know quite a few of the same people that I went to school with. The test drive was painless and smooth as was the paperwork and and loan process. They walked me through everything, explaining every detail and answering every question I had. Very satisfied with my time shopping.

I worked with Chris Nash in sales, who was very knowledgeable and personable. They got me a great deal on a 2018 Pathfinder. I just purchased a new-to-me Subaru Crosstrek at Modern Ford of Boone. The experience was great. i recently went to Tasca in Cranston with my significant other to pick up a car that he had just purchased with no intention of looking at or buying a car for myself. We (and other family members) have always called on "our" salesperson Lou Colon when we wanted to purchase a vehicle, while my significant other was signing his paperwork, Lou told me about a car that had just come in and he thought it would be perfect for me. i looked at the car and fell in love with it. Lou was right the car he showed me was perfect for me! i love my "new" car! i can't say enough about the Tasca dealership in Cranston. Everyone i have ever dealt with at Tasca has always been friendly and courtesy. They do everything possible to make the car buying process as easy as possible. i will continue to recommend Lou Colon and the Tasca dealership in Cranston.
I would describe our recent purchase at Nick Nicholas Ford to be a pleasant experience. Our salesperson, Rex Adair, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Making this experience more pleasant, was the fact there was no feeling of pressure involved.
Roman Guiterrez was the most helpful and courteous car salesman I???ve ever met, as was the finance manager! Roman listened to what I wanted from beginning to end, not about what he wanted! In 2006 I purchased a new F-150 Lariat 4x4 CrewCab. I???ve put over 120k on it in the last 12 years and have absolutely loved it. A few weeks ago after admiring my friends Raptor I started to get the new truck itch. I started doing my research to find the truck I wanted. I found three dealers in the South Puget Sound with the truck I wanted. I have always loathed the car buying experience- especially the negotiation part. I called Titus-Will first and spoke with Cameron. I told him what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. Unlike some of the other dealers I contacted he was willing to listen and work with me. In fact a Ford dealership in Olympia was completely unwilling to work with me. I decided to make an appointment to meet with Cameron. He was great to work with throughout the process. The sales manager and I hit a bit of a crossroads on the price. Since we were also in need of a car for our almost 16 year old daughter we decided to see if we could use the stalemate to our advantage in getting a good deal on a used car. He was able to locate exactly what we were looking for. We are very grateful for for the way Cameron took care of us today. We also had a great experience with Shelly the finance manager. We walked away today with a brand new fully loaded 2018 F-150 RAPTOR and a 2014 Subaru Forester. Thank you for making this process a great experience.
