Very determined tech.

Enclave started acting up-jerking, engine dying, virtually undriveable. Dealer reprogrammed trans. control board. It lasted about 2 hr, then reoccurred. It was intermittent, so it took a long time to find (3 wks), but the tech was determined to find it, and he did. Had to replace torque converter. The entire time, the service writer (Ann Hurley) was extremely thorough and kept in constant communication with me with updates. They were fantastic. I don't think I have ever had that level of service before.
