He checked the local lot for options and reviewed the Kunes system of vehicles to provide us a wider selection of vehicles. He continually made sure that we understood our options and that we were very happy with our selection of a 2018 Ford Escape! Pete was sensitive to our vehicle needs. My last two cars prior to buying my first Hyundai in 2008 were BMW's. I bought this, a Santa Fe, to help with our move into our new home. I kept this car for over 7 years, and still enjoy driving it. No one problem. Although I did have to buy a battery a few years ago. I also bought a car for my daughter at this dealership and just ordered a 2016 Tuscon for myself. They are honest, they don't play games with prices. I wish my Lexus dealer ( wife's car ) were half as good

My wife and I recently purchased a Suburban from Hatchco. We were looking for a Suburban for sometime. We had been to the big guys. We went to the not so friendly guys, we went to a lot of places.
The problems with the big guys are; large fancy buildings that they have to flip the bill for. Who flips the bill? The customers. My least favorite answer when buying a vehicle at any dealer is the dreaded
LET ME ASK MY MANAGER.
I don't know what goes on when they ask the manager, but I bet it looks like a scene from a comedy. The manager daring them to see how long they can keep you there, and betting on how long you have until you break.

At the other dealers I would have to sit and dicker back and forth to get them to offer me insult after insult for a trade value.
