SALES MAN AND MANAGER WAS WONDERFUL, AND THEY DID EEVERYTHING TO HELP ME GET THIS VEHICLE WITH OUT A LOAN FROM THE BANK (WHICH WAS MY REQUEST)
Initially it took a little longer than I feel it should have to be acknowledged. However, once someone greeted us and we explained why we were there the remainder of our time spent was smooth. Unfortunately, we decided not to purchase the vehicle. But if something else were to pop up in their inventory we would revisit.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
I purchased a used vehicle from Wynn VW this past weekend. The entire process was seamless. Mac met me for a test drive and was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would say I spent a total of 1.5 hours at the dealership between the test drive, going over the paperwork, and signing the paperwork. Rob, the finance guy was great too! Super friendly. I had my 4 month old daughter with me so he understood my need to be in and out as fast as possible. I have purchased cars from other dealers in the past and spent HOURS if not a whole day trying to close the deal. This was not the case. Highly recommend Mac and the rest of the staff at Wynn!
The best experience. There is never any pressure by salesmens. They let you test drive the car on your own and they let you take your time. They are very kind and work with you through all the steps. Otis was awesome since day one! I called ahead of time and talked to him and he was able to pull my application online and get it all set for me before I even came in. Jesse was just as great worked with me and my monthly budget! The best experience I had! After going from dealership to dealership I finally found something that I loved inside and out. Would definitely come back and buy another car with them! If you go in ask for Otis!!!! He was honestly the best never pressured me to buy the car at all. And I appreciate it that. No other car dealership would treat you like they did! Thanks again Otis and Jesse!!!!
I???ve been a customer of Miller Ford for around 10 years and have always been very happy with them for both Sales and Service! Today, I traded my Edge in for a new one and worked with Randy. He was very personable and attentive to helping me find exactly what I wanted and he was a pleasure to work with! Mike helped finish the financing process answering all of my questions. Joe Wilson sold my wife and I a new 2017 Escape, and it was a fantastic experience. We had previously called/visited a number of other Ford dealerships in the area, and the service and professionalism from Joe and all of the Lucas staff was far better than anywhere else. The internet sales department is great. Steven and Theresa provided me with all the information I needed and then some. Within minutes of my inquiry I had a response to all of my questions. Had rear sensor problem #Warranty ran out there was a gray area about my bumper Talk to sales manger and he wanted me to be Satisfied he said they would fix everything true to there word they fixed it the fix was not cheap all the sensor bezels Had to be painted very pleased with way was handled
