Started the buying process through USAA, as they offer a discount. (It's not a huge discount, but it also includes lots of other little things, like maximums on what a dealer can charge you for certain things, etc.). When I hit that button, I was innundated by calls, voicemails, emails and texts from 7 dealerships! It was very overwhelming. Eric Steffes at Camelback sent me one email and one text the next day. When I explained that I was just gathering info and was being hounded by all these dealerships, he was very understanding. He sympathized, and then told me exactly what he had that met my specifications. No upsell, no pressue, just "here is what I have and this is the price." Considering most dealership won't give you exact pricing without you coming in to the dealership, I was impressed - and relieved. I liked the vehicle, texted with him with a few questions about the vehicle and set up a test drive. When I arrived fo rhte test drive, both Eric and the vehicle were ready and waiting for me. He answered all my questions, and I decided to purchase the car. I had to go back to work, so I filled out the credit app, they valued my trade inand I went back to work. I was in and out in 35 inutes. I returned to the dealership after work, and once again, everything was ready to go. The vehicle was ready, and the paperwork just needed to be signed. Blake, the F & I manager was great. We went through the paperwork for the vehicle purchase, my trade in and everything. When we go to the extended warranty part - Blake did exactly what any good salesperson does - he did his best pitch. He answered my questions, and pressed the issue. When I declined, he pressed again, but respectfully. I declined again, and he did some finagaling along with the sales manager and GM of the dealershp to get me the warranty at a price I could live with. I honestly feel that I got a great deal on the vehicle AND the warranty. Delivery was a breeze, and Eric even helped me move stuff from my trade in to the new vehicle. All in all, I would definately recommend Camelback Ford to purcahse a vehicle. They were 100% professional, and respectful of my time and budget!

I have always been leery about car dealerships but Autonation has been such a pleasant experience. This will be car #3 for my family in the past couple years from Autonation. We bought my husband's 2016 Silverado, and my 2016 Malibu from the Arrowhead location, and now our son is going through his first car buying experience at the Phoenix location. Svitlana has been amazing! Even though we told her we would likely not be purchasing today, she spent hours with us, test driving multiple cars, and asking questions, finding out what my son wanted and needed. It was all about US! She listened and got to know us and made us feel valued. I am so glad my son had a pleasant experience, as my first car buying experience at his age was terrible!! We did end up finding the perfect car and will be going back today to get it. Not ONCE did we feel pressure or pushed, only welcomed and valued. Thank you once again Autonation for a pleasant experience, and especially to Svitlana, for all the time you spent with us making yesterday a wonderful day for our family. We just love you! So my wife and I decided our 18-year old BMW wagon was ready to be passed down and we had to replace it. Then our Small SUV broke down and we had to look at another car at the same time. We were looking to buy/lease two new cars. We were hoping for a BOGO, but couldn't find one. A friend recommended we speak with Craig Rusin. We went to BMW because our prior experience was 18-years great. When I arrived I asked for Craig and, lo and behold, I was talking with him. I explained I wanted to replace my SUV and possibly my wagon. He asked a few questions and we agreed to look at the X5 and the X3. Within 10 minutes we were in a parking lot test driving the X3. Craig's product knowledge made me feel like I was at The Phoenix Car Show which I attend each November. He explained the "Hold" feature and the benefit in traffic. Craig sat in the back seat and asked if he looked cramped. When I said "No," he replied, "and I am six-four!" I test drove the car on roads I drive every day so I could compare with my current cars. He sat quietly while I assessed the cabin's sounds and road noise (Virtually NONE). Craig had tremendous knowledge of the specifications (recommended tire pressure, the difference between SPORT mode and ECO-Pro mode gear ratios, and back seat size compared to the competition) and he never mentioned "Cup Holder" once - Thank you. He also was able to describe the various packages and told me if I built my car online he would find it or help with the ordering process. I said I needed to have my wife see the car and drive, so Craig told me his schedule and did not rush me to pick her up. He knew I was in the market and he did not rush my family's car buying process! I told him I was aware it was the end of the month and I was aware of the special deals that may expire and he never brought it up again as a reason to buy now. After my wife's test drive (both the X3 and X5) we selected a different X3 configuration and closed the deal with a different package and features at 9:55 PM. Seriously, 31-minutes later; I checked the clock (10:26 PM) as I drove the new X3 off the lot. We're loving our new X3 and highly recommend Craig Rusin and the whole Chapman BMW On Camelback team. Two days later, Caleb Spurlin (BMW Genius) walked me through how to actually use the X3. Two weeks later he emailed me and invited me to come in and clear up any questions or learn some tips and tricks. We liked our experience with Craig and his team so much we did it again the next day. Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

My wife and I have had not so good car buying experiences in Phx., Az. over the past 25 years. We moved to San Tan Valley a year ago. Love it. So, time to look for a car. My younger son called and was greeted by John Dye. I could write a book of praise about how FANTASTIC this car buying experience was. John was friendly, knowledgeable, and a GREAT person. Dustin and Jordan got it done all the way around. I was working with them on a deal for a base 2018 cx-5 touring in red and black interior. They didn???t have one on the lot so they looked around for one. Although they couldn???t find one initially the very next morning I get a text from Dustin saying they found one and will do a dealer swap for me. Dustin goes down and gets the car for me and gets it looking shiny. Dustin and Jordan get our paperwork done before we go down to the dealer to speed things along and when we get down there they are friendly as can be. Everything went super smooth. Even Corrie in financing was super friendly, easy going and honest . Just as an example we but a large down payment so she(Corrie) straight up told us we didn???t need gap insurance and didn???t even try to offer it to us. As for the deal. Let???s just say I would???ve payed more for the same car used. It was a smoking deal! Next car we buy will be a Mazda and it will defenetly be with cardinaleway mazda in Mesa all thanks for the great straight up service Dustin, Jordan, Corrie and manager Matt gave us!

I needed another SUV / Crossover, and fun to drive ones are getting rare. I was selling my 2008 Saturn Vue Redline edition. It was faster than most, and a good car, but was getting old and having little ticky tacky repairs. I compared the Mercedes GLA, GMC Terrain and Chevy equinox. Needed to get better mileage, and wanted power and all the bells and whistles. The Edge Sport comes through. It does take premium gas. The engine is smooth, no turbo lag, and cruises along. The Sync system is much better than people say. The 4 cal version is underpowered and is not getting much better mileage, the 3.5l V6 has similar power but is much slower and gets much worse mileage. New, I think a $40,000+ suv is a stretch, but used it was a great deal. The GLA gets better mileage and is great to drive, but didn’t give much in terms of rear passenger room, or storage in the back. The new Equinox is underpowered unless you get the 2.0l turbo and cost outweighed savings. The Edge looks great and was reviewed well. We will see how it goes with a Ford, I have always been a GM buyer! Seats are heated AND cooled, great here in AZ, and are very comfortable. It is also QUIET inside but you can still hear that turbo 6 when driving which I appreciate! Great buy if you can find one!

Robert Sisk is the most helpful salesman we have ever dealt with. He went above and beyond to help my mother and I find just what we needed in a new vehicle. In April, I needed to have a below the knee amputation on my right leg. I was going between the hospital and rehab facility for two and a half months with a total of 5 surgeries and then a sixth surgery as outpatient later. During this very trying ordeal, my mother took her Taurus in for service and told Mike Alevizos about my surgery when he inquired if I still liked my Equinox, and she told him that we needed information on hand controls for my car. Mike referred my mother to Robert, who handles their handicap division and she told Robert that what we would really like would be a vehicle that could accommodate two Pride Victory 10 handicap scooters inside it so we could travel in the same vehicle again now that both of us would need our scooters every time we went out. Robert said that they do have a van that would work and then told her about the Transit 350. Robert kept contact with my mother while I was in the hospital and rehab and then drove one of the vans to our house to pick us up and take us to the dealership to see another on that had a different type of lift on it. Robert worked tirelessly with us over a few weeks to find the right size van and have the right type and length of lift to fit our scooters and have other features that we needed. He was so pleasant and helpful to work with, it made the whole process much less anxious to turn in both of our vehicles and go down to just one. He even provided over the phone support when we had to call him about something we forgot how to do in the van. Sanderson Ford has been good to my mom with two car purchase in the past, and we are very grateful to Robert for guiding us through this purchase since we had no idea how to go about buying an accessible van. Thanks Robert!!!
V4 is a pouch, go for the V6

Test drove both the V4 with turbos, don't bother...it's too big of a vehicle and takes 10 years to get up to highway speed. The V6 is much better fit for the size. Very roomy, excellent cargo space. Plenty of leg room in the back seat. I took out the SEL and Titanium and the leather is sharp and nav is easy to use. Prices seem very reasonable for the options you get. My only watch out is that this is a SUV not a cross over. Felt more like my husbands F150 than my Rav4.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Pros: The Edge is a quiet, smooth ride. Love taking this vehicle for extended destinations, because the leather seats are so comfortable. Cons: The brakes are EXTREMELY touchy. I spoke to the dealership and the man I spoke to said his wife has the same vehicle and this is her complaint also. When the brake pads are cold, even if tippy barely touch them you stop suddenly.

This is our second new car purchase from Sanderson Ford. They make car buying a good experience. There is absolutely no high pressure. The sales people are knowledgeable and go out of their way to create a casual friendly atmosphere. The finance manager is very well organised and easily answers any questions. The fellow that helps you understand all the technology of you new car was thorough and communicated well. If and when we need another vehicle, we will go to Sanderson.

We bought our 2015 Edge SE in Oct 14. They changed the body style and we love it. We have had it a little over 3yrs and have not had a problem. It’s is a little wider than the previous models, but we like that. It handles very well, gets up and goes, plus doesn’t feel your going 100mph when you are due to how smooth it is. This is the second Ford we have owned and we will be keeping this until it dies. We have taken it on multiple long trips without issue. There is plenty of cargo space, good sound system, and features you will find on a $60k vehicle, plus more!. It truly is a joy to drive, you won’t be disappointed in purchasing one.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

This car made me feel like I'm one of the richest people in Portland. It has more leg room and the seats are comfortable. But I wish the front seats are adjustable to pull the legs and push to extend. The other thing is the USB port makes the car more hitech. It makes me feel safe when driving it on the freeway or congested area. When it comes to gas wise, it is the best.
