My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

My name is Nat Lobengilo and i feel compelled to write a review about my buying experience at Auto Bank. First of all , my credit was very shaky from years of bad decisions and other issues. However, over the past year I have been in the process of restoring my credit and recovering from mistakes from my past. The people at Auto Bank were willing to give me a chance and put me in a really nice 2012 Chevy Impala. After buying the car I discovered a few minor issues and contacted them about them. I took the Toyota Land Cruiser in for an oil change. A safety/mechanical inspection was completed and it was determined the brakes needed replacing and the brake fluid showed burn and was black. These were completed at the time on a timely basis. A flushing of the injector system was recommended to prevent possible future damage and improved performance; this had never been done on the Land Cruiser so it was opted to be completed. The service was excellent, the people were friendly, the price seemed reasonable and Bill Smith did an excellent job in assisting me. Gene Judd

First off I think Ford hit the nail squarely on the head when they redesigned the second generation Edge. Styling is cutting edge and the interior is as well appointed as many SUV's costing several thousand more. It rides well and the comfort level goes well beyond other vehicles in its class. Performance, also exceeds my expectations for a vehicle this size.

I went to a Vic Bailey in Spartanburg and was told that was there best price and it would be impossible to get my payments as low as I wanted. I went back to Benson and they didn???t even know what Vic Bailey had offered the price was 1000 dollars cheaper and they got my payments where I wanted them. The car comes with resistall so any stain is covered for the next seven years. Jacob Nolan was super nice and awesome. The manager came out because Jacob is new to the dealership and was a little pushy but I feel like that???s a little expected when trying to leave without buying a car. But all this to say Jacob is awesome they have really good deals and are definitely there to serve the community.

We really love our 2016 Ford Edge Titanium AWD. Good performance and fuel mileage. Only complaint is with the front seats. The bolsters are too high; car should be kitted to comfort, not Sport. Otherwise, it's a great car.

Such kind helpful folks! I had a nail in my tire...needed a new one because of the location of the nail. They didn’t have my tire onsite, so I had to wait a few hours for them to secure one from a tire store. They kept me informed the entire time. I went into Steve White Audi because I was looking at one of their used cars. But that isn't the way they treated me. They have cars in the showroom that sell for $150,000. Based on how they treated me I felt like I was there to pay cash for it. They were super friendly and not pushy at all. They treated me with respect and with courtesy from the time I walked in the door until I left. They let me take home the used car I was looking at buying. Although I wasn't sold on that car I was sold on Steve White and the sales person, Rey. I am still in the market and I am waiting on a car to come in to Steve White that matches what I am looking for. They are that good. I will put off purchasing just so I can buy a car there.

The look of the Ford Edge is awesome! The options are great but there are a lot of things that annoy me after owning it for a while. Some people may not care about these things as they are trivial. I have the Edge Limited AWD with the Sony radio. Dislikes: I hate that the fan speed is directly in front of the shifter, it makes it very difficult to reach. I understand you can set the speed through the touch screen or even the programmable dash, but even though it's in a bad spot by the shifter, still seems the easiest. I don't like where the door handles are at on the inside of the front doors. It makes it feel difficult to pull the doors close, and then when opening the doors, it's hard to control them (especially in the wind). I don't like that there is no storage space in front of the shifter and that it is below the shifter. I always walk off without things when I put them down there. It bugs me that the back window is so hard to clean. It gets dirty very easily and you can't get a squeegee all the way to the top of the window because the wing hangs down over it. The only way to clean your back window is going through the car wash or with a towel and glass cleaner. I don't like that you can barely fit your arm between the back seat and the roof. If you want to put anything at all in the back, you have to open the back hatch. I also don't like the middle seat having a headrest, it makes it more difficult to see out the rearview mirror. I absolutely HATE that if you keep the car running, it honks twice really loud when you close any door. I got out to go to the house to get my dog, honked twice when I closed the drivers door, then put my dog in the back seat, shut the door and honked again. It also honks when you shut the rear hatch if the fob is not in the vehicle. It's really really annoying! Pros: Very classy and luxury looking. Has plenty of power. Love the programmable dash. Love the vista roof and even though I've never sat in the back seat, I like that they recline. I really like the automatic rear hatch and the fob sensing door handles and keyless pushbutton start. I never have to take the fob out of my pocket. Overall when I look at my Edge, I really like the way it looks and it's comfortable for me. If you can get over the small things above, it's a great vehicle. Those don't affect the way it runs and drives, just annoyances, but I wouldn't buy this vehicle again.

Due to family commitments, I was not able to travel to Greenville to look at the dealership's inventory or to purchase my choice of vehicle???a new magic-blue 2016 Volvo XC-70 with off-black interior. Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

**Longest Review Ever** This was my 2nd experience with salesman Tony Jackson at Dave Edwards Toyota in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Backstory: I first came across Tony Jackson while researching my 20th wedding anniversary gift to my wife, a 2018 Toyota 4Runner, at various 4Runner forum boards. His name was mentioned at least five different times as "the guy to go to" for the best price, most hand's on experience and best care given to customers. After decided on exactly what I wanted on my 4Runner I emailed Tony. He got back to me within minutes and over the course of the next week, between texts/emails/calls, we ironed out everything involved for my deal. Tony was easy to contact, fast to reply, easy going, great sense of humor, straight shooter, fair and a no BS guy. He made me feel like I had not only a personal salesman and a true advocate in this whole process but that I had actually employed him personally as someone whose only job was finding me my car at my price... a completely different experience than I've ever encountered in my automobile purchasing life. My family and I drove up from Georgia to South Carolina to transact the deal and everything went off without a hitch... totally satisfied and happy, both with Tony AND our brand new '18 4Runner. And then, 11 days later, we had some very bad misfortune... a deer ran out in front of us and totaled our new 4Runner. 11 days!! Full airbag deployment, we were fine, the deer wasn't, 4Runner didn't look too bad from the damage but our insurance agency totaled it. And then I got stupid... Tony and the dealership immediately got on things--locating us another 4Runner with the same exact options we wanted, with a very reasonable time frame to get it to us. However in the meantime I started looking around locally and decided on an '18 Subaru Outback. Ouch. The Outback was fine but I quickly realized after purchasing it I didn't want "Fine" I wanted a 4Runner/our 4Runner. So after five months of driving the Outback and completely missing our 4Runner I texted Tony at the dealership and told him I was not feeling the Outback and could he offer some solutions. BOOM, he was on it within 10 minutes of my text... and later that same day, just four hours later, he texted me with the news that he could get me a 2019 4Runner with our preferred options at an insanely great price (a price, that I then went to True Car with and was VERY far below any national average listed, and that I also posted at three different 4Runner forum boards ~ while everyone agreed it was an amazing price hardly anyone believed me that I was telling the truth about the price, gotta love the Internet) while giving us a very fair trade-in price on our barely used Outback. Oh, and he got our 4Runner delivered to Dave Edwards' dealership in under 24 hours! Done Deal. So, just two weeks ago today, up to Spartanburg, SC we went again! This experience was equally as great as our first time there back in May (friendly folks, beautiful dealership, sparkly clean bathrooms, all of it)... but truthfully though, I think it was better this time around because we are back in a beautiful new 4Runner!

Great comfort front and back seats. Display is large enough to see while driving without taking eyes off road to focus....navigation awful. Takes me past places I am looking for, when I use voice commands it calls wrong people, also some buttons so small you really need to make sure you get familiar with vehicle so you can press when needed. Once in a while I detect a hesitation with the tranny, but then it picks up speed again. Trunk one button great feature, twice I stood by it with keys in hand and it started closing on me, I lived. Yes great vehicle. I feel secure and comfortable.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Solid purchase for family

Room and safety for family. We have two kids both with car seats and there is plenty of room. All wheel drive works in snow (WV winter tested). Plenty of cargo room. Can handle four adults comfortably as well. A bit pricey out of dealership, but hope it lasts to make up for that.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

Ive had the 2016 Edge SELa month now and absolutely love it. Theres not much more Id want out of a vehicle. Im a fat xxxxxxx used to getting in and out of a lifted Excursion, but I get in and out just fine, plenty of headroom, comfortable seating, plenty of storage for fishing and camping crap as well as groceries, back seat theres enough room for passengers to be comfortable, drives very well, comfortable ride, plenty of zip to it. Brakes do grab a bit, but you get used to that and adjust your driving style like you would any other vehicle. Im very happy with it, and look forward to the next ten years at least driving it.
