My experience from the end of November until now has been a 2.5-3 Star.
Specifically went to this location to look at at a vehicle. The sales rep was helpful and professional. Completing the paperwork and finalizing the sale took way too long, hours!!! There was one finance person helping four people in line.
Make sure you pay attention to details!!! Vehicle did not come with floor mats. Strange to me. When they dropped the vehicle off it was not detailed nor was the gas filled up per agreement, so when I called about everything they did cover the cost of new floor mats. Great customer service, right?
Fast forward to it now being summer. My air condition does not work. Per manager who was not customer friendly and rude on the phone, stated “anything can break on a used vehicle”. Makes you think you need check EVERYTHING before you purchase.
In my opinion, poor customer service. I would think you’d want to retain your customers by trying to help them out when the vehicle is less than 6 months old to them. Will not be going back to them to purchase my next vehicle.
Our salesman Bob West was great and really listened to what we wanted. No high pressure sales. Everyone there was great. My husband and I were blown away on how willing they were to work with us to keep us within our budget. Great experience.
The team at Vanhorn did a fantastic job. When they didn’t have the vehicle I wanted they were able to find it and bring it to the facility to meet my needs. Wonderful group to work with went out of their way to help in every direction I suggest you give them a chance.
Very pleased with their work.... Kept me informed the whole time... Price was about what I expected, I was hoping it would come in cheaper... But I think it was very fair. The important thing is, the work was done correctly.

Everyone at the dealership, especially Kenny went far beyond expectations. In our situation, we had a horrible purchase from the previous dealer we had purchased from, and were left high and dry (spent an entire year paying for repairs and trying to get the car to pass emissions-nothing short of a nightmare). I came into the place exasperated and in tears. Between all of this the dealer listened to our needs-provided a amazing solution. I will never forget how they were able to actually sell a car through an empathetic situation that met our specific needs. We love our 2019 Nissan. Thank you.
The entire process was so easy with EvS. I was looking to lease a Ford Edge, and Alex was upfront about the deal terms and patiently walked me through all of my questions. Multiple people on the team stayed late to help us get through the paperwork and get us out the door, and they were able to support getting the process started via email. I usually feel like I'm getting screwed somehow in a lease, but did not feel that way with this team.
Very professional and friendly staff, you won???t go wrong buying from them as they do an excellent job. Alex was great to work with and I would recommend him and the dealship to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
We found the vehicle on the internet we went to the dealership to look. The sales associate I spoke with on the phone was busy so they assigned Matt to show us our vehicle. He had two vehicles brought around for a test drive. We liked one of the two started negotiations and purchased the vehicle. From beginning to end the process was quite enjoyable no pressure just presented our options. Matt was detailed when going over cars accessories. It was certainly worth the trip. Jason Inda was extremely helpful in buying a used car, took the time to showed me how to use all the features. Also followed up to see if everything was ok. So I would highly recommend seeing him for buying a car.
The only complaint was the buying process took along time.
I was visiting Ripon from out of town when I had the misfortune of having a punctured tire on my BMW. I showed up at the service department without an appointment asking for help with my plight. I was immediately greeted at the service door, and the Service Manager, Chad Campbell, got me in right away. In less than 30 minutes I was back on the road. I commend Homan Ford and Chad Campbell for exemplifying what customer service is all about. Thank you so very much for going above and beyond the call of duty to help me.
We just leased a new Buck Envision. Each department was very attentive , knowledgeable, and thorough as we moved though the process of leasing our car. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend Eric Von Schledorn as the place to purchase a new car.
I found the exact truck through the internet. The dealership responded to me immediately and I was transferred to Matt for the price and trade in value. I thought the prices they quoted me were fair for me. Matt did an excellent job ensuring the truck was set up as I wanted it. Finally a good experience buying a truck that I really wanted. I would definitely recommend buying a car from then.
