The service manager was very helpful and informative about the service work being done on my escape (replacement of my left front parking lens) ford recommend job for 2.7 hours , which was close to 4 to 5 hours . Great Job to the mechanic and service manager .

No BS! That's what I asked for when I walked through the door at Colonial Ford a few weeks ago. After over a month of research deciding on the right truck, checking prices, dealer inventory, etc. I finally decided I better go drive one to make sure... It just so happened the day before I received an email from Dwight Coblazo inviting me in to check out the F-150 I had inquired about on their website. He told me to ask for Winston Bennett, so I did. While I was waiting for Winston, I got hooked up with Art Guertin and he quickly went to work locating the vehicle for me and getting a plate on it. I chatted with Winston for a bit and told me I was in good hands with Art and he'd take care of me. Boy was he right, Art was the perfect match! See, while I asked for no BS, I'm kind of a PIA when it comes to getting all my questions answered and making sure I'm getting a good deal. Looking back, this was my very first brand new car buying experience and quite an education. Art took it all in stride and there was never any pressure. In fact I put a few $ down to hold the vehicle while I thought about it, couldn't make up my mind after 24 hours and they refunded my money no questions asked, no pressure. A week or so later after texting questions back and forth with Art (and checking several other dealerships who all fell way short of my Colonial experience), I finally decided to pull the trigger. I knew it was a great deal, the truck (thankfully) hadn't been sold, Art went above and beyond to make me comfortable and worked closely with Dell Roderick to get me into a buying program that worked for me and my budget...they really delivered! I sat down with Shane Conroy to finalize the paperwork, he did his job and went over all of the "extras" that come up at the end. He answered my questions honestly about what I might need and might not, I never once felt like I was being put over on. I trusted his experience and opinion. In fact in the end, I can say that about everyone at Colonial. I trusted them, their experience and I believed their answers when I asked the question "what would you do?" For my money, I couldn't ask for anything more in a buying experience. When the truck was ready Art called me and offered to deliver it if that was more convenient but I decided to go pick it up (for the full new car experience). Dwight, checked in to make sure my experience at the dealership was nothing short of excellent. I'm pretty sure I shook everyone's hand and thanked them at least twice. Art, went through the truck with me one last time to answer any questions, reviewed the technology with me and helped me Sync my phone. Last, with a warm smile and a firm handshake he sent me on my way with a full tank of gas and an appointment for my first oil change on the house. Truth be told, I haven't stopped smiling since then cruising around in my brand new F-150 XLT So while I never got an BS from Colonial I realize I served up plenty. I'll be forever grateful and most definitely a repeat customer for their patience, honesty and graciousness with me.

For my wife, I purchased a Ford EDGE 2015 loaded model from Imperial Ford with the help of Dean Childs, Sales; and Lou Carvalho, Sales Manager. They allowed me to take the vehicle home, show it to my wife and then bring it back. Upon my return to the dealership, I told them we really liked the car but the price was not in our budget. Lou said, "Let me see what I can do for you!" Currently we had been paying $350 per month on the vehicle we were trading in. Lou and Dean offered me a monthly payment (INCLUDING a non-deductible 9 year/150000 mile warrantee) under $400!!! It was a no brainer. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. In 2014 I was able to design my own Ford Mustang Convertible of which I drove away on my 65 birthday blasting my Beach Boys tunes as I drove home. If you are lookin' for a Ford, go H E R E!!!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. When I arrived at the dealership I noticed they were busy and did not know where to begin. I was greeted by Mark who gave us a realistic time frame to be seen, 45 minutes. The manager Dan checked in on us. Mark actually was the salesman to help us, it was worth the wait. He knew the Forester lineup and was able to ascertain which model would be the best for us. He listened to our concerns and why the Forester might be better for us than the RAV 4. With other customers staring at us waiting to be helped Mark never took his attention off us despite letting him know we would be buying before the winter. When it comes time after revisiting each of the dealers and choosing which car we will lease, we will give Mark the opportunity to earn our business.

I purchased a new 2017 Ford Escape from Kelly Ford at the end of May and wanted to wait a little bit before posting my review, so apologies for the lengthy novel. I had worked with Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield earlier this year and while I didn't end up purchasing from that dealer, my experience with them led me to Kelly Ford. Kelly Ford was one of the only dealers in the area with the specific color and package I was looking for (Magnetic Gray Titanium with the Sport Appearance package) and they had the best online price. Mike Walsh was my salesman and he was great to work with; he didn't push to close the sale when I said I wasn't ready to buy until after test driving the RAV4 and CRV. Gary is also fantastic, he's extremely knowledgeable about each of the additional coverage options and warranties offered and is responsive to any questions. I can't say enough about how helpful he has been while assisting me with a gap insurance policy issue. As far as the Escape, I've had to bring it in for warranty issues twice sine June. My experience with the Service department has been excellent, Brian and his team are attentive and responsive. One of the warranty issues currently doesn't have a resolution, which is on Ford itself, but John Celesk went above and beyond when I brought my frustrations to him. I was honestly surprised he was willing to listen, since it wasn't a Sales issue. Overall, I've had a great experience with Kelly Ford and would absolutely recommend this dealer.

Mario Lee was my salesman and the best one I ever dealt with. 👍🏽 He was very attentive, professional and friendly. I really appreciate how much he went above and beyond and how personable he was. He made me feel very comfortable and did not pressure me at all even when I initially went to look at the vehicle. While it was a week before I returned to take a final look before I purchased the vehicle, Mario was so responsive and quickly and effectively addressed any concerns or questions I had. I was so indecisive and kept contacting him to reiterate details. He was so patient and never came off persistent or annoyed. This is far my most positive experience compared to 7 other dealerships I delt with. When I purchased the vehicle Mario held his promise to ensure that the minor concerns were taken care of. When I returned to pick up my readily vehicle it was Mario???s day off and he went out of his way to meet me at the dealership I felt so bad for making him wait for me as I kept changing the time and by the time I got there we were unable to take a picture together I felt so horrible but this gentleman, Jose Garcia filled in for him and took care of us. He was great very outgoing and funny. Thank you Bourne???s for everything! I would so recommend Bourne???s Auto to my friends and family. Amy Pawloski was the person I initially had contact with she would immediately follow up with me. She reached out to me to let me know of the price dropping. David O was very thorough and took the time to make sure I understood the financial process.

First off I think Ford hit the nail squarely on the head when they redesigned the second generation Edge. Styling is cutting edge and the interior is as well appointed as many SUV's costing several thousand more. It rides well and the comfort level goes well beyond other vehicles in its class. Performance, also exceeds my expectations for a vehicle this size.

I don't normally write a review and never outside of google or amazon but I just have to get the word out there because of the excellent service here. I recently moved from California and had to have something done with my car the just got here a week ago. The employees here are amazing and of course Shawn! They were very helpful! It's like a warm welcome here in MA! I was worried I will be waiting forever and was looking for a cafe around the area but didn't really have to since the waiting area was amazing as well! Coffee, water, soda, snacks, tv, comfortable chairs and even a massage chair. Better than a cafe!. I didn't wait that long for the service either! I am very happy with the service! Even better than my ford service place in California (yikes!) I am happy I found a good service place for my car!!!

I had purchased my 2011 Ford Fusion SEL at Nissan of Newton and was having my car serviced there until they relocated to Norwood. Being close to work Watertown Ford has become my go to from oil changes to recalls to minor repairs needed. They are always extremely friendly and attentive. From the sweet greeter at the door who always offers coffee, snack or beverage and makes you feel like your walking into your grandmother's house to the front desk service agents who don't make you feel like an idiot who knows nothing about cars. This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. 2013 Ford escape The service is always wonderful. I have had one issue for about a year, insulation around my exhaust pipe that keeps shredding. The staff finally fixed it. I do hope I do not see it hanging again. Thank you to Jim Foley and staff to correct it.

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

Out of the blue I was contacted by a woman from Carvana on a Sunday when I actually had time to communicate. She and all of the subsequent reps who sent me information as I needed or requested it were professional and thorough. I was able to research the company online and was impressed with the entire concept of online selling and car buying and the ease with which I was able to find background information. Once I agreed to the offer I was taken step by step through the process. I was not confused even once by the process. I had nothing to do but gather my documents, upload them and then schedule a date for my car to be picked up and for me to be paid. The local rep. From Carvana came to my home exactly at the agreed upon time, was clear about what was going to happen, worked quickly and answered my questions. Once the papers were signed (I did not need to go to the DMV or AAA or to a notary) I received my check and my car was loaded on the one car hauler and driven away. I deposited the check that day and funds were available the very next day (which happened to be a Sunday). If I were not really strapped for time perhaps I could have made an extra $ 500-1000 overall by selling it to an individual but I would have worked very hard for that extra money and spent time I did not have available. Instead, I was not stressed by the extra work, my other responsibilities were able to be met and my car is off and becoming someone else???s beautiful Subaru. We really love our 2016 Ford Edge Titanium AWD. Good performance and fuel mileage. Only complaint is with the front seats. The bolsters are too high; car should be kitted to comfort, not Sport. Otherwise, it's a great car.

So the facility is small and can’t rival the amenities of a large name brand dealership but Auto Choice of Peabody (same owner, different location as Middleton) made the car buying experience very comfortable. No high pressure or conniving tactics; just an honest man who cares about his name’s reputation.

The look of the Ford Edge is awesome! The options are great but there are a lot of things that annoy me after owning it for a while. Some people may not care about these things as they are trivial. I have the Edge Limited AWD with the Sony radio. Dislikes: I hate that the fan speed is directly in front of the shifter, it makes it very difficult to reach. I understand you can set the speed through the touch screen or even the programmable dash, but even though it's in a bad spot by the shifter, still seems the easiest. I don't like where the door handles are at on the inside of the front doors. It makes it feel difficult to pull the doors close, and then when opening the doors, it's hard to control them (especially in the wind). I don't like that there is no storage space in front of the shifter and that it is below the shifter. I always walk off without things when I put them down there. It bugs me that the back window is so hard to clean. It gets dirty very easily and you can't get a squeegee all the way to the top of the window because the wing hangs down over it. The only way to clean your back window is going through the car wash or with a towel and glass cleaner. I don't like that you can barely fit your arm between the back seat and the roof. If you want to put anything at all in the back, you have to open the back hatch. I also don't like the middle seat having a headrest, it makes it more difficult to see out the rearview mirror. I absolutely HATE that if you keep the car running, it honks twice really loud when you close any door. I got out to go to the house to get my dog, honked twice when I closed the drivers door, then put my dog in the back seat, shut the door and honked again. It also honks when you shut the rear hatch if the fob is not in the vehicle. It's really really annoying! Pros: Very classy and luxury looking. Has plenty of power. Love the programmable dash. Love the vista roof and even though I've never sat in the back seat, I like that they recline. I really like the automatic rear hatch and the fob sensing door handles and keyless pushbutton start. I never have to take the fob out of my pocket. Overall when I look at my Edge, I really like the way it looks and it's comfortable for me. If you can get over the small things above, it's a great vehicle. Those don't affect the way it runs and drives, just annoyances, but I wouldn't buy this vehicle again.
