Very friendly and helpful staff. I told Andy what i was looking for and he found the perfect car for me. They took the necessary steps to quarentee it Ford certified. The day we picked up our car, everything and everyone was ready for us. After signing papers with Andy, we went to Jake and finished ip the paperwork in a timely manor. PS, dont fall for Jakes spilt coffee on his desk. Andy made sure that i was comfortable and familiar with the car before he sent me on my way. I went to Columbia ford because my sister and nephew just bought vehicles there and reccomended them to me. They were right, Columbia Ford is the place to go when you are looking for a new or used vehicle 👍👍👍👍👍
I generally do not like to go to car dealerships, but Crowley was an exception. We worked with Tony Teodosio, who was one of the best salesmen that we have ever encountered. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and a "nice guy"! He reflected the whole atmosphere of Crowley. He worked with us to get a great price both on the new Lincoln MKC and for our trade-in. He went through the paperwork slowly so we would understand the numbers. When we picked up our new car, Jeff in finance did a great job going over things with us. He even set up an appointment for undercoating the next day.
The next day, service from Crowley came to our office, picked up the car and dropped off a loaner. They brought our car back to the office mid-afternoon. It doesn't get much better than this! What a GREAT experience! Thank you Crowley!
As I live over 1 hour away from any Mitsubishi dealer I attempted to email all the dealerships around me and discuss Mirage pricing. Bertera was competitive but didn't end up the lowest price. Even though I purchased a car elsewhere they where to best to deal with by email. I didn't get the you have to come in line so many dealerships used. They where extremely responsive and answered all my questions very quickly.
Michael Tavares did a fantastic job in helping me locate an F150. He was always courteous, professional, and very patient in dealing with me in my search process.
While this time I ended up finding a vehicle at another dealer that was geographically closer to me, I would not hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone in the area looking for a new vehicle. Next time that I am in the market, he is sure to be my first call.

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

This was our second time purchasing a vehicle at Roberts. Both times we worked with Josh (Internet sales). He was amazing! Very low pressure and we had the deal done before we ever stepped foot in the dealership. The financing went super fast and we were in and out in less then a half hour! That is how all car buying should be!
Mike Kowalski and the general manager Paul were relaxed, friendly and professional. Mike also was dependable in resolving a minor issue. ( Not all preowned places are. ) Very happy with the car. They actually pre-service all their cars with any needed maintenance repairs ( ours needed new brakes ), rather than just sell as-is. A 3000 mile dependable warranty distinguishes this servicing benefit, and makes the purchase a more reliable and comfortable one.
Being from Waterbury I have many choices here, but saw a vehicle on line that interested me. Took a ride just to see it and Vin came out, didn???t pressure me just talked awhile then took it for a long ride, not just down the street. Really got the feel of it. I liked it so we worked some numbers, gave me more for my trade in than I thought I would get. Worked out great.
