We went in to get an appraisal on a car. Right away I could tell this was not the usual "slick" dealership. No one rushed to us, we got some smiles and "can I help you's?" right away. When we explained what we needed Ralph put on a jacket, called someone else and went out in the rain to perform the appraisal right away. Not on just one car, but two! Very forthright and honest, no nonsense guys. And the place is fascinating, old pictures, books, things to look out. I am not from here, but I would recommend this dealership to anyone and if i needed a car, this would be the place where I would go. Checking locally, their reputation is outstanding and they came highly recommended.I believe it!

Found a vehicle I liked on line and drove over 100 miles to go pick it up. A wonderful buying experience. Not pushy, offered me a very fair price for my trade-in and the whole buying experience was fast and efficient. Excellent follow up with my transfer of registration from another state and dealing with an ongoing issue (that is still outstanding) with Connecticut DMV. Hopefully resolved soon, but no fault of the dealership staff. Very pleasant people to work with. No complaints!

Had service consisting of a state inspection and oil change with filter. I waited for my car. Service said it would take about an hour and a half, and it did exactly. They even recommended a place for me to eat breakfast. Overall, this was a great service appointment. The waiting room is spacious and comfortable.

The look of the Ford Edge is awesome! The options are great but there are a lot of things that annoy me after owning it for a while. Some people may not care about these things as they are trivial. I have the Edge Limited AWD with the Sony radio. Dislikes: I hate that the fan speed is directly in front of the shifter, it makes it very difficult to reach. I understand you can set the speed through the touch screen or even the programmable dash, but even though it's in a bad spot by the shifter, still seems the easiest. I don't like where the door handles are at on the inside of the front doors. It makes it feel difficult to pull the doors close, and then when opening the doors, it's hard to control them (especially in the wind). I don't like that there is no storage space in front of the shifter and that it is below the shifter. I always walk off without things when I put them down there. It bugs me that the back window is so hard to clean. It gets dirty very easily and you can't get a squeegee all the way to the top of the window because the wing hangs down over it. The only way to clean your back window is going through the car wash or with a towel and glass cleaner. I don't like that you can barely fit your arm between the back seat and the roof. If you want to put anything at all in the back, you have to open the back hatch. I also don't like the middle seat having a headrest, it makes it more difficult to see out the rearview mirror. I absolutely HATE that if you keep the car running, it honks twice really loud when you close any door. I got out to go to the house to get my dog, honked twice when I closed the drivers door, then put my dog in the back seat, shut the door and honked again. It also honks when you shut the rear hatch if the fob is not in the vehicle. It's really really annoying! Pros: Very classy and luxury looking. Has plenty of power. Love the programmable dash. Love the vista roof and even though I've never sat in the back seat, I like that they recline. I really like the automatic rear hatch and the fob sensing door handles and keyless pushbutton start. I never have to take the fob out of my pocket. Overall when I look at my Edge, I really like the way it looks and it's comfortable for me. If you can get over the small things above, it's a great vehicle. Those don't affect the way it runs and drives, just annoyances, but I wouldn't buy this vehicle again.

Vinnie and Clint keep you up to date, Stacey goes way out of her way for the customers. Dave always follows up and reminds with texts/emails. This is our second time leasing a new car from Kelly Nissan and due to the fact that my husband and I were treated so well the first time we felt there was no reason to go anywhere else. From the time we entered the show room we were greeted by both professional and friendly sales people, whom made us feel right at ease. The buying experience and Kelly Nissan is actually very pleasant, for the sales team takes the time to listen to your needs and wants never making the buyer feel pressured in anyway. This time we had the pleasure of dealing with Eric Sparrow, who was both friendly and courteous not only towards us but fellow employees. Eric was precepting a sales woman new to the dealership and the level of professionalism he demonstrated not only towards us but also to this employee by the way he introduced her and asked if she could shadow our entire visit is commendable. My previous lease was a Murano and I was looking to get a Murano again. Eric took the time to explain the various options available on the differrent models and he was able to answer all our questions readily due to his level of product knowledge. When it came time to discuss figures we were introduced to Jeff Collura whom also was very professional and friendly and then to John Arena in finance who also very professional and courteous. The entire experience like I said was extremely pleasant from the very start, the test drive, the paperwork and not to mention driving your new car off the showroom floor/red carpet. My husband and I truly feel that other dealerships should strive for this level for you have set the bar! I would also like to add how Eric gave us a thorough hands on demonstration of the various options on the car, linked our cell phones and also notified our insurance company of the new vehicle purchas, he truly goes the extra mile. We give Kelly Nissan 5 Stars and can't say enough about the entire sales team including you're newest sales woman ( sorry I forget her first name ) . First off I think Ford hit the nail squarely on the head when they redesigned the second generation Edge. Styling is cutting edge and the interior is as well appointed as many SUV's costing several thousand more. It rides well and the comfort level goes well beyond other vehicles in its class. Performance, also exceeds my expectations for a vehicle this size.

After visiting several other dealerships in the past month, we found our Wrangler JK at Rothrock! NONE of the dealerships compared to Rothrock! I was truly awed by the service and compassion shown by Tony Bittenbender and Miata Norman. After finding the right JK for us everything went off without a hitch. Tony was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and fun to work with. He made us feel like WE really mattered, not just moving a vehicle. A really great experience. Until we crawled into our new ride and discovered we had less than 2 gallons of fuel. Not really a huge problem, but it was 21:37 (SAVY) and we live a little over an hour away and don't know the area. Miata was the last person in the dealership so I explained the problem to her. She was shocked, and immediately came outside and took care of the issue. On our way home we even received a call from Tony. Kudos to Rothrock and their AWESOME Team! I took my daughter there to look at a car she really liked after a bad experience and long drawn out disappointment with a "big" dealership (about 6 hours of my life I will never get back). This was the first car she was buying on her own. The car was great, price was very reasonable, service was great and the atmosphere was relaxed. I have never had a better experience purchasing a car. I was waiting for the salesman (Mike) to start in with the usual mumbojumbo, but instead, he said do you like the car? Would you like to buy it? We said yes and except for the long drawn out insurance verification (no fault of AUTOPROVED) we would have been in and out in about an hour. We really love our 2016 Ford Edge Titanium AWD. Good performance and fuel mileage. Only complaint is with the front seats. The bolsters are too high; car should be kitted to comfort, not Sport. Otherwise, it's a great car.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

a day ago i had inquired about an 04 chevy s10 that was for sale. after recieving quick feedback from Miguel Brigantti, an appointment was made for the following day. Much better than anticipated. Purchased low mileage used. Loaded titanium. Gas mileage not great. All wheel drive with 20 inch tires. Very quiet on the road.

Great comfort front and back seats. Display is large enough to see while driving without taking eyes off road to focus....navigation awful. Takes me past places I am looking for, when I use voice commands it calls wrong people, also some buttons so small you really need to make sure you get familiar with vehicle so you can press when needed. Once in a while I detect a hesitation with the tranny, but then it picks up speed again. Trunk one button great feature, twice I stood by it with keys in hand and it started closing on me, I lived. Yes great vehicle. I feel secure and comfortable.
