As far as the sales staff they were top notch couldn't ask for a better experience Darla went way above and beyond get this sale done and I'm here to say I couldn't be made happy with the way she handled our situation kudos to you I would easily suggest someone I know who's in search of a new or used car to check out this dealership

I bought a used vehicle with no warranty.I had to purchase extended warranty.I. let the salesman know where I wanted the payment to be he came back with a offer higher than I wanted I told him I couldn't do that he got cocky with me so I walked out.I was on my way home when he called with an offer that I needed which was made by his boss.So if it wasn't for his boss getting involved I would of went somewhere else to get a truck.
Alan Besco Car & Truck Superstore is an excellent dealership to buy late model cars or truck in great shape. I would like to note that Blake Bundschuh did a GREAT deal for my mother-in-law. He truly was impressive with his knowledge and expertise on all models that we looked at. He was NOT one of those arrogant salesman that you see at other dealerships. Not sure what I was going to do today while turning in my leased vehicle,however I ended up leaving with a new vehicle. Joe Bauman, my salesman did a great job of not pressuring me and making me feel so at ease. Not only Joe but every one in the facility that dealt with me were very professional. Once again I am extremely impressed with the service at Beau Townsend Ford. Having a leak and low tire pressure (below 10 psi) from a screw in my tire on my way to work I stopped in at Beau Townsend where I purchased my vehicle. Understanding the appointment process and heavy business leading up to Thanksgiving I wasn't expecting to get such quick attention to my problem. The staff was courteous and understanding and told me they would do their best to get me in and take care of the problem. After waiting a bit they patched my tire and I was on my way. What a relief!!! Thanks folks.

Service Manager and courtesy vehicle drivers were very friendly and accommodating, and the vehicle itself (top notch King Ranch full size pick up) was very comfortable. 4 star rating is due to initial young lady at service desk (did not greet with a smile or welcome) and 40 minute wait for courtesy vehicle where I had to check twice while waiting. Although I really appreciate the transport to/from work from the dealership, I did make my appointment with the service manager (over a week out) with the request for the courtesy vehicle, and it seemed as though that request did not make it into the system. Might have been a personnel or service vehicle issue on that morning, but a 40 minute wait is excessive (10-15 minute wait I would think should be the max) when you plan to be at work at a certain time. Or at least someone could have come out to the waiting area to explain to me what the delay was and why. Thank you for the opportunity to provide this constructive feedback - and I still love my GT!
