We just bought a new Edge after trading in our 2007 with 195,000 miles. It was a great car and never needed anything beyond routine maintenance. Hope this new one is just as good!
This was the best car buying experience ever. The staff was friendly and very professional. The deals are unbelievable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great car's at the best price.
V4 is a pouch, go for the V6

Test drove both the V4 with turbos, don't bother...it's too big of a vehicle and takes 10 years to get up to highway speed. The V6 is much better fit for the size. Very roomy, excellent cargo space. Plenty of leg room in the back seat. I took out the SEL and Titanium and the leather is sharp and nav is easy to use. Prices seem very reasonable for the options you get. My only watch out is that this is a SUV not a cross over. Felt more like my husbands F150 than my Rav4.
Great service and super fast in finance! My family and I wanted to get in and out fast. Eric made sure he had everything in order before we even got there! Not that???s service. Very happy people here!

The ride is nice, great for long distance driving. The size of the car is exactly what I needed since I have a disabled child who uses a wheelchair that I need to transport. This car is exactly what we needed to make our lives a little easier. We could not do it otherwise. I love this car!
I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends they was so polite and any questions I ask twin he had the answer .I loved my new car.

The Edge is a quiet, smooth ride. Love taking this vehicle for extended destinations, because the leather seats are so comfortable.
The brakes are EXTREMELY touchy. I spoke to the dealership and the man I spoke to said his wife has the same vehicle and this is her complaint also. When the brake pads are cold, even if tippy barely touch them you stop suddenly.
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

We bought our 2015 Edge SE in Oct 14. They changed the body style and we love it. We have had it a little over 3yrs and have not had a problem. It’s is a little wider than the previous models, but we like that. It handles very well, gets up and goes, plus doesn’t feel your going 100mph when you are due to how smooth it is. This is the second Ford we have owned and we will be keeping this until it dies. We have taken it on multiple long trips without issue. There is plenty of cargo space, good sound system, and features you will find on a $60k vehicle, plus more!. It truly is a joy to drive, you won’t be disappointed in purchasing one.
This the best looking vehicle around. The comfort of the interior is exquisite. I fell in love with the Ford edge titanium when I first saw it online, but to drive it was a dream. I still think about vehicle everyday.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

This car made me feel like I'm one of the richest people in Portland. It has more leg room and the seats are comfortable. But I wish the front seats are adjustable to pull the legs and push to extend. The other thing is the USB port makes the car more hitech. It makes me feel safe when driving it on the freeway or congested area. When it comes to gas wise, it is the best.
Vroom has excellent customer service and follow-through. My process had complications and Vroom worked with me to make it right. I will definitely purchase from Vroom again.

I absolutely love my new edge sport! Tons of features including lane keeping assistance and rain sensing wipers, killer sound system, and beautiful black accents on the grill and wheels! I highly recommend owning one!
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I have bought many cars from Ron. He is very conscientious knows his product. Takes this time going over the vehicle and make sure that all questions are answered. Very patient person great attitude. Every time I talk to him he will ask me how my wife is doing and how our sons are doing. I feel like we have a personal relationship with Ron. Capital Ford all of feel real proud of having this gentleman working for them. He is very honest and has great integrity. He works hard for his company and his customers. Courtney Elliott is the best! My daughter was looking for a reliable used car. Courtney was kind, honest, and very helpful. She helped my daughter find a good, reliable car at a very good price. There were a few issues that needed to be fixed and Courtney made sure everything was fixed. I had also been looking for a car, but was unsure of exactly what I wanted. Courtney was patient & helped me find exactly what I wanted in a car, at exactly the price I wanted to pay. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a car. She is one of the few car sales persons I've ever felt wasn't trying to just make a sale, but really cared about us.
