Went in to have my oil changed and a slow tire leak repaired on my 2005 Crown Vic (with 102000 miles on it); was able to get in right away. The technicians reported that the tire was bad (worn to the markers) so it had to be replaced, as did another one. Two others were OK. The battery was weak too (it was over 6 years old). I replaced the battery and checked tire prices and found that Tasca's prices for Michelin tires were very competitive so I had them replace the tires. They took me home while they did the work - I appreciate that courtesy. They installed the new tires, rotated two existing good tires, and aligned the car. Now I'm all safe and set for a planned trip. Everyone was very courteous and cared for me. And the cost was very reasonable too.

Stopped in around September of 2017 to look into a new truck. I met Jen who was very informative and helpful, but we determined this was not the right time to buy for me. Shopped around for a couple months, got some good offers, but I knew I wanted to work with Jen again. Went back to Tasca in the middle of May of 2018, and spoke with another sales person who just wanted to make a sale and took a very long time to meet my needs. This was my first time buying a new vehicle like this, and there was a clear difference in quality of service. A few weeks later I went back and asked to work with Jen, She walked me through the whole process of what I was looking for, not one ounce of sales pressure. Very laid back, very personable and understanding, and incredibly helpful. She even was able to nearly match a better offer I had from another dealer for the same truck, and I walked out with a nicer truck than offered before. She answered every question I had (and I had A LOT) with a straightforward, to-the-point answer. Absolutely wonderful experience working with Jen and I hope to do business with her in the future.

Wanted to use this car to travel through the US full-time with my big husband and 2 dogs. The handling is very good and hugs the road well. Really liked that it had cruise control and navigation as well as ports for our cell phones and tablets. The trunk space is perfect for 4 seasons of clothing and occasional other items useful for everyday living. So happy to have leather seats and purchased plastic floor and trunk mats. It makes keeping it clean much easier.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I own a 07 GMC sierra 2500hd. Had a problem with climate controls. Have taken it to a GMC dealer in Watertown, Ct, wont say the name. They had my truck for two weeks, did not fix it and wanted to charge $575 . Loehmann-Blasius Chevrolet had my truck for thee days, diagnosed and fixed the problem for much less. This is the second lease I have had with this dealership. This dealership has a unique option to their leasing in that property taxes are included with the monthly lease payment. You might be thinking that owing thousands on yearly property taxes on a vehicle will add hundreds to your monthly lease payments. Not so. What I learned with leasing is that the dealership gets a vast discount on property tax payments due to their sheer volume. Living in Waterbury and driving around in a newer vehicle would have had me paying a few thousand a year on property taxes. With leasing through this dealership I save hundreds on property taxes. I don't know of any place else that does this; If you're considering leasing and don't drive too many yearly miles, you will want to consider Family Ford leasing in Watertown (CT).

First off I think Ford hit the nail squarely on the head when they redesigned the second generation Edge. Styling is cutting edge and the interior is as well appointed as many SUV's costing several thousand more. It rides well and the comfort level goes well beyond other vehicles in its class. Performance, also exceeds my expectations for a vehicle this size.

Recently I accompanied a friend whom wanted my opinion of a cadenza at the shakers in Watertown. In the showroom we were impressed by the friendly courteous team. The sales person Kristin Petti also was very accommodating, A pleasure to talk with and knowledgeable . The demo ride she accompanied us on pretty much sealed the deal, and the car was driven home the same day. Also thanks to Kristin from recommending a lunch spot in the area since we drove about 100 miles to check out this car. The pizza was so delicious! My friend and I ate the whole thing , almost needed an emergency call to Jenny Craig .

Great comfort front and back seats. Display is large enough to see while driving without taking eyes off road to focus....navigation awful. Takes me past places I am looking for, when I use voice commands it calls wrong people, also some buttons so small you really need to make sure you get familiar with vehicle so you can press when needed. Once in a while I detect a hesitation with the tranny, but then it picks up speed again. Trunk one button great feature, twice I stood by it with keys in hand and it started closing on me, I lived. Yes great vehicle. I feel secure and comfortable.

Introduced to the Torrington Ford Lincoln team through a family friend who had a positive buying experience. The team at TFL was FAST. Reached out via phone at 6pm on a Friday, had quotes early AM Saturday and had the purchase in motion before noon on that same Saturday. The team was knowledgeable and very well rounded. They listened carefully to the preferences I desired, presented the various options and were efficient. The sales executives, CFO and CEO were all involved during the process, and the well rounded culture of the group was impressive and made the experience all the more comfortable. As a buyer its important to see the various parties to get a feel for the credibility of the dealership/point of contact and the TFL team was excellent in that regard. I'd recommend the group to anyone interested in a Ford/Lincoln model, even if they are outside of the natural territory (location). I came from central Massachusetts to purchase a vehicle, and I plan to do it again because the experience was that superb.

We really love our 2016 Ford Edge Titanium AWD. Good performance and fuel mileage. Only complaint is with the front seats. The bolsters are too high; car should be kitted to comfort, not Sport. Otherwise, it's a great car.

This is the third time I have come to Lombard Ford, and Emma Allen in particular, to purchase a Premium Extended Service Plan for a new Ford truck that I bought elsewhere (I don't live anywhere near Barkhamsted CT). I was fortunate to have found them on line. Emma offered the best deal and went out of her way to save me money on the ultimate warranty. Amazingly, she even remembered me from my last purchase three years ago, and -- even better -- credited back half of that price toward my new plan. With Jack's support, Emma once again went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied and that we made the best deal possible. My advice: don't buy your ESP when you make the new purchase (anywhere else) at the usual 300% markup ... save your money and buy it on line from Emma at Lombard Ford ... then you can thank me. This review is for a 2016 Edge Titanium v6. I had a loaner 4cyl turbo earlier in the year and found the power lacking. The v6 provides plenty of power off the line and in highway passing situations. It is EXTREMELY quiet. It handles well, much like the Fusion which shares this platform. The interior is very nice -- Sync 3 is a marked improvement over the previous iteration. I was very impressed by the amount of storage for front passengers. Note: my previous vehicle was an Expedition. The only knock: I hate the trend of increasingly high door sills. My vehicle has the BLIS system. I would not by an Edge without this as visibility is no where near that of the Expedition. Also, I'm not a fan of the rear lights. They look like someone gave the truck a wedgie.

This Ford Edge is an SEL with many options. Sport wheels, leather interior, voice activated climate, entertainment, navigation "SYNC" etc. When used with Sirius can even compare gasoline prices from nearby stations. I had a 2014 Ford Focus with the clutch/transmission problem (3 replacements 2 under warranty 3rd paid for). I was pretty upset having to pay for a defective design that Ford cannot permanently fix. With negotiation I was able to trade in the car with 0% financing, dealership paying off the remaining 7, 800.00 as down payment on new 2018 KIA Forte and they even returned the 1,146.00 I had paid to get the third Fore Focus clutch fixed. Best yet my monthly payment remained the same and affordable. If you want to be treated fairly and with respect go to John Senek. My husband and I have bought all our cars at Columbia Ford for 25 years and John is our go to salesman. John really helped me through this negotiation and treated me with respect and fairness. He went to bat with the company leadership to see that I was treated fairly. I am now driving a new 2018 KIA Forte. John Senek is ethical, honest knowledgeable and fair. Buy your car from him! KB

Ive had the 2016 Edge SELa month now and absolutely love it. Theres not much more Id want out of a vehicle. Im a fat xxxxxxx used to getting in and out of a lifted Excursion, but I get in and out just fine, plenty of headroom, comfortable seating, plenty of storage for fishing and camping crap as well as groceries, back seat theres enough room for passengers to be comfortable, drives very well, comfortable ride, plenty of zip to it. Brakes do grab a bit, but you get used to that and adjust your driving style like you would any other vehicle. Im very happy with it, and look forward to the next ten years at least driving it.

I have never see any dealer service manager like you failing to perform the job on my 2017 Acura RDX. You inspected the damages and You said to me don't worry, you will take care of the damage. Do yo remember that on the day that I drop off my car? One week latter, you call me to pickup my car and I notice one spot that near the rear license plate was not repair and you said, you will talk to the body shop and Progressive Insurance adjuster. Then on 10/16/18 you told me the Progressive Insurance will not pay for that one spot if repair. You told me to contact Progressive Insurance adjuster myself. it is not my responsible to contact Progressive Insurance adjuster after the parcel of repair. Its you and your dealer responsible for that. I am very disappointing with your Acura of Milford service dealer at this point.

Solid purchase for family

Room and safety for family. We have two kids both with car seats and there is plenty of room. All wheel drive works in snow (WV winter tested). Plenty of cargo room. Can handle four adults comfortably as well. A bit pricey out of dealership, but hope it lasts to make up for that.
