Riding the bus home from the office every day, I pass by this dealership. I looked on their website & saw a vehicle I was interested in. I don’t have much free time, so I never went in. One day, I got off the bus and walked in. The staff is VERY warm and open. And they are extremely easy to talk to. Tyler is the proverbial oxymoron, an HONEST car salesman. I was shown FULL car fax history on my vehicle of choice, and was offered to drive the car before we even started paperwork. They let me look over every inch of the car without rushing me once. There truly was zero pressure. The finance gentleman is great to work with and completely honest. Orlando is just Orlando, if you go in, you will see what I’m talking about. The emphasis seems to be on honesty here, which is very impressive. The subtle details are what set them apart. THEY called my insurance broker and gave the particulars on the vehicle, then gave me the phone to finalize the addition of the vehicle to my policy. I truly only came in to look, and after a painless transaction, I DROVE away in a BMW 535i X-Drive. That coincidentally was the EXACT, RARE color combination I was looking for. I left out one of the most important parts, The PRICE was spectacular.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Great comfort front and back seats. Display is large enough to see while driving without taking eyes off road to focus....navigation awful. Takes me past places I am looking for, when I use voice commands it calls wrong people, also some buttons so small you really need to make sure you get familiar with vehicle so you can press when needed. Once in a while I detect a hesitation with the tranny, but then it picks up speed again. Trunk one button great feature, twice I stood by it with keys in hand and it started closing on me, I lived. Yes great vehicle. I feel secure and comfortable.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. Ive had the 2016 Edge SELa month now and absolutely love it. Theres not much more Id want out of a vehicle. Im a fat xxxxxxx used to getting in and out of a lifted Excursion, but I get in and out just fine, plenty of headroom, comfortable seating, plenty of storage for fishing and camping crap as well as groceries, back seat theres enough room for passengers to be comfortable, drives very well, comfortable ride, plenty of zip to it. Brakes do grab a bit, but you get used to that and adjust your driving style like you would any other vehicle. Im very happy with it, and look forward to the next ten years at least driving it.

We really love our 2016 Ford Edge Titanium AWD. Good performance and fuel mileage. Only complaint is with the front seats. The bolsters are too high; car should be kitted to comfort, not Sport. Otherwise, it's a great car.

Ive seen some negative reviews on this site. But most you can just tell were difficult customers. We are on our 5th (or 6th) car from DANA. 2017 FORD EDGE SPORT. For my wife. 4 of them from SHAUNNA. She is more like part of extended family. (As well as JUAN) I always know what i want, & want to pay for it. And always got it. Her follow-up is second to none. ive Always liked the 14-16 e class body but still in love w my 09 e63. I went to look and to my surprise I found the color combo I was looking for. Keep in mind that I was maybe 3-6 months away from being ready to make such a move. Well Charles gaskin treated me like someone of value ( like a Saudi prince ) I couldn???t even give him my typical rough treatment. ( I???m usually really bad w sales men ) he answered all my questions w no xxxxxxxxx, and exceeded my expectations. The deal took a bit long ( banks fault) so he treated me to a dinner and even had soft drinks available. You???d swear I was spending over 150,000 at a German dealership but no. Not even a third of that. If you don???t stop to stare at your car when you park it you bought the wrong car, if you leave the dealership feeling unhappy or you just wish you could kick the sob down some stairs than you definitely delt with the wrong salesman. Charles is a gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. Think I may have just made a new friend. Btw the car is incredible too.

Room and safety for family. We have two kids both with car seats and there is plenty of room. All wheel drive works in snow (WV winter tested). Plenty of cargo room. Can handle four adults comfortably as well. A bit pricey out of dealership, but hope it lasts to make up for that.

I bought 2 cars in late December, 2015. There was also a trade-in on one of the purchases. In both instances, and on all accounts, including maintenance service since then, I would highly recommend D&P. Phil is an excellent individual to interact with, as well as all the staff. Nothing is complete unless Phil agrees, and his method and mode of business are excellent. His philosophy of selling cars in based on total satisfaction. Everything is performed on a car for sale with the idea that the buyer will not have unexpected necessities for at least a year, or more on very low mileage cars. I recommend D&P without qualification.

First off I think Ford hit the nail squarely on the head when they redesigned the second generation Edge. Styling is cutting edge and the interior is as well appointed as many SUV's costing several thousand more. It rides well and the comfort level goes well beyond other vehicles in its class. Performance, also exceeds my expectations for a vehicle this size.

I recently had a 2014 Benz c350 coupe amg package coupe, but my lease was done and I needed a new car with a new budget in mind since I was going to be paying the insane brooklyn apartment rent. I never leased an American Muscle Car but I decided to go with the 2017 Mustang. James was great to work with. I visited 2 other dealerships (Hempstead Ford and Tower Ford) - btw (Tower Ford's service was terrible) - it was almost closing time and they rushed me into signing a deposit HAHAHAHAH - i couldn't believe it. I went to Levittown Ford and met James after googling reviews and all the reviews were correct - HE WAS THE BEST. He didn't even act like a salesman, it felt like I was dealing with a family member working at the dealership. He helped me with what I wanted and got finalize a deal with the budget I needed to be at (monthly payments). GO TO JAMES. He is the man. Reminds me of the guy from the King of Queens Show (Kevin James). HA! But yes - best service and best employee at Levittown Ford. You the man JAMES!!!!!! Jaekwondo out. Jae W. Kim (leased 2017 Mustang Ecoboost Fastback) with packages and options - color magnetic with the blacked out roof and the interior LED customization lighting package and the performance package as well with the blacked out rims (i think they were 19 in rims). Perfect trunk Space

Wanted to use this car to travel through the US full-time with my big husband and 2 dogs. The handling is very good and hugs the road well. Really liked that it had cruise control and navigation as well as ports for our cell phones and tablets. The trunk space is perfect for 4 seasons of clothing and occasional other items useful for everyday living. So happy to have leather seats and purchased plastic floor and trunk mats. It makes keeping it clean much easier.

This is a review regarding Vincenzo Russo specifically, otherwise I just may have been in another Cadillac ATS lease. Visited and Purchased - March 2016 My wife and I were in the Stamford area for some errands and decided to cruise on by Stamford Ford to check out the Ford Edge's as I knew that it would be a good size for my wife + the Edge Sport with the 2.7l twin turbo would satisfy my requirements of being fun to drive. From the moment we walked in I knew Vincenzo was the right salesman for me. I really do not have much patience for salesman that do not know the entire product line and who do not love their job. Vincenzo put my wife at ease with offerings of coffee and just all around niceties that are often taken for granted in today's fast paced world. I explained to Vincenzo that I was mainly interested in the Edge Sport as I wanted the 2.7l engine, Vincenzo knew the car inside out and was even able to quote me some 0-60 mph times from the enthusiast magazines. Vincenzo showed us a few Edge Sports and we finally settled on a Tri-Coat White 2015 leftover that was fully loaded. Vincenzo explained to my wife all of the safety features and how it was top rated in crash tests which pretty much sealed the deal with my wife, I was just interested in the performance #'s. Anyway, at the end of the day Vincenzo really sealed the deal and we feel like we got a great deal, a win win for both. I will most definitely be purchasing/leasing my Lincoln MKS from Stamford Ford Lincoln once my current lease expires in 5 months. Vincenzo is a great representative of your Co. and we are very happy to have met him, He is one of the Good Guys. PS; We purchased/leased in mid March. I had a minor health issue right after that, otherwise this review would have been done in March. Thus the title, "Better Late Than Never"

Rt 23 Ford have the best people from start to Finish. The main reason I bring my truck to RT 23 Ford is Patti McNamara, She goes out of her way to make sure repairs are worry free. She kept me up to date on the whole process during the repair of my Truck. She even called me after hours so she had time to explain what was going on with my truck. This Ford Edge is an SEL with many options. Sport wheels, leather interior, voice activated climate, entertainment, navigation "SYNC" etc. When used with Sirius can even compare gasoline prices from nearby stations. Prices vary as much as $.25/gallon. I never new that. Went to through the hills of Vermont and the ride was superb. Very comfortable, smooth, and quiet (little road noise).

Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw New York- If you are looking for a Ford this is the place to go. This dealer brought me back to a place 30+ years ago, when your local car dealer actually knew your name and actually cared about repeat business. Yes, if you???re into the high pressure chaotic wall street trading floor zoo- then this is NOT the place for you. Do your homework online first and take a look at what they have in stock. Keep in mind they have another store in Nanuet NY and they can get you just about any Ford vehicle to your liking. When I arrived, I was greeted by Rose who did a great job making me feel right at home. They had the car I was interested in ready and waiting in the back. Clyde brought the car I was to test drive around and showed me the highlights of the car. After a nice test drive up scenic route 9w I returned to the showroom. Due to my situation with the VW "Dieselgate" class action lawsuit I was unable to negotiate a deal then and there. I met with Brian the sales manager who reviewed the financials of the vehicle that I was interested in. We stayed in touch over the next couple of weeks as to the status of the buyback of my vehicle from VW. The day they took my VW back I called over to Brian and we worked out the final deal over the phone (Luckily the car I test drove was still available). Again, as I said "no pressure" at all... I filled out the financial information online and was pre-approved within minutes. Clyde called my insurance company and added the car to my policy. All I needed to do was sign the papers. Due to a scheduling conflict, we needed to take the car that day. Because we arrived after service hours Brian the Sales Manager was actually washing my car in the service bay. I was amazed by the Roll your sleeves up attitude here! You would never get this from a Prima-Donna NJ dealer. I've never experienced service like this at any dealer before. We live an hour away in New Jersey (The home of high pressure sleazy car dealers!) We could have shopped the "Auto Malls" locally but we would never have had the level of customer service that we experienced at Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw. This dealer truly goes out of their way to earn your business. What a great buying experience! We will be back for our next Ford. I???m not sure when that???ll be, our Expedition has over 130k miles on it and is still running strong (Knock on wood!) Ford has come a long way in building quality products.

This review is for a 2016 Edge Titanium v6. I had a loaner 4cyl turbo earlier in the year and found the power lacking. The v6 provides plenty of power off the line and in highway passing situations. It is EXTREMELY quiet. It handles well, much like the Fusion which shares this platform. The interior is very nice -- Sync 3 is a marked improvement over the previous iteration. I was very impressed by the amount of storage for front passengers. Note: my previous vehicle was an Expedition. The only knock: I hate the trend of increasingly high door sills. My vehicle has the BLIS system. I would not by an Edge without this as visibility is no where near that of the Expedition. Also, I'm not a fan of the rear lights. They look like someone gave the truck a wedgie.

Such a great experience! Steve Silverstein thoroughly explained the leasing process and patiently answered all of my questions, especially since I'm new to the leasing process!
