My wife and I were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. We asked to see Steve Morrison who we have dealt with in the past. We informed Steve that we were looking to buy a 2019 Cadillac XTS. We discussed with him the color and the options that we wanted. He attempted to locate a car matching what we wanted but was unable to locate one in the area. We wound up ordering one from the factory. We took possession of the car 11/30. The color actually looked better on the car in person. Needless to say we are more than happy with the service at Lima Auto Mall

Great comfort front and back seats. Display is large enough to see while driving without taking eyes off road to focus....navigation awful. Takes me past places I am looking for, when I use voice commands it calls wrong people, also some buttons so small you really need to make sure you get familiar with vehicle so you can press when needed. Once in a while I detect a hesitation with the tranny, but then it picks up speed again. Trunk one button great feature, twice I stood by it with keys in hand and it started closing on me, I lived. Yes great vehicle. I feel secure and comfortable.
Kevin Lindeman took the time to answer all our questions and was very professional. This was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. No pressure and gave us time to make our decision. Really appreciate that. Will definitely recommend Kevin and Raabe Ford to others.

Room and safety for family. We have two kids both with car seats and there is plenty of room. All wheel drive works in snow (WV winter tested). Plenty of cargo room. Can handle four adults comfortably as well. A bit pricey out of dealership, but hope it lasts to make up for that.
Just want to give some credit where credit is due. We had our ford escape to two local ford dealers to repair a hesitation after shifting and starting lower rpm's. it was to the point of feeling like it might stall and the tachometer was jumping.
The first two dealers each had the car for over two weeks each trying to diagnose the problem. One replaced parts not needed $1500. The other finally diagnosed the entire transmission needing replaced at $5200. When I told them to put it back together and we would pick it up my wife picked it up and drove it 500 feet off the lot and the drive shaft broke. They tried to tell me they didn't touch the drive shaft when in fact the checked the rear differential the other dealership changed.
After calling Ford Motor company and getting no satisfaction we decided to get the drive shaft fixed at Wapak Ford so we could sell it as is or continue to drive it with the problem. The drive shaft had a bracket that was not put back on previously by another dealer and could have easily contributed to breaking.
Since they were fixing the drive shaft I asked them to drive it the next morning and see what they felt the hesitation could be. They called me immediately after driving it and told me it was the torque converter and asked how long we had drove it with this condition. Due to the lack of previous diagnosis we had put quite a few miles on it in this condition so naturally we were worried about transmission damage.
I researched their diagnosis online and it showed others with the same issues so it seemed like a good diagnosis. I had them repair it and nothing else as we didn't want to sink any more money in the car the concern couldn't be repaired.
Low and behold after months of dealing with this issue I picked the car up and it runs like a champ! Thank you to Wapak Ford for saving our beloved Ford Escape. You are now our new service headquarters for our Escape! Anyone else having concerns might want to make the short trip to Wapak!

He took scheduled vacation time during my decision process and Jessica Armentrout capably helped me navigate the financial process. I changed a feature I had requested and Joe quickly secured a vehicle for me. When the vehicle arrived, Jessica went over it with a fine tooth comb and found a small scratch. She went out of her way to make it right. The financial person in the office was pleasant and kind. The service technician who adjusted my headlights per my request was friendly, efficient, and competent. It was not even a scheduled request. Ive had the 2016 Edge SELa month now and absolutely love it. Theres not much more Id want out of a vehicle. Im a fat xxxxxxx used to getting in and out of a lifted Excursion, but I get in and out just fine, plenty of headroom, comfortable seating, plenty of storage for fishing and camping crap as well as groceries, back seat theres enough room for passengers to be comfortable, drives very well, comfortable ride, plenty of zip to it. Brakes do grab a bit, but you get used to that and adjust your driving style like you would any other vehicle. Im very happy with it, and look forward to the next ten years at least driving it.

Very reliable fun driving family vehicle with many safety/security features. Loved the panoramic vista roof, heated and cooled leather seats and the Sony sound system.
This was our second time getting a new vehicle through Raabe Ford and our customer service was great as always. My family has been doing business with them since the early 90's and will continue due to their customer service and seamless process. This Ford Edge is a very nice right with great features. I love the Magnetic Gray color with the black interior. Best vehicle I have purchased.
I drove around several dealerships looking for a chevy equinox. Came to Taylor Kia and saw a 2012, Brett Longstaff made me a better deal on a 2016. Car is great, buying process was smooth and easy. Ed did the paperwork and was nice.

We needed a roomier ride but the new Rav 4s didn’t seem as comfortable as our 2011 rav 4. We weren’t ready for a highlander so this Ford Edge met our short term (and possibly longer) needs
I just purchased a 2013 f 250 lariat , 1 owner , simply put what a nice truck great price , very happy , will recommend platinum auto to anyone.

This review is for a 2016 Edge Titanium v6. I had a loaner 4cyl turbo earlier in the year and found the power lacking. The v6 provides plenty of power off the line and in highway passing situations. It is EXTREMELY quiet. It handles well, much like the Fusion which shares this platform. The interior is very nice -- Sync 3 is a marked improvement over the previous iteration. I was very impressed by the amount of storage for front passengers. Note: my previous vehicle was an Expedition. The only knock: I hate the trend of increasingly high door sills. My vehicle has the BLIS system. I would not by an Edge without this as visibility is no where near that of the Expedition. Also, I'm not a fan of the rear lights. They look like someone gave the truck a wedgie.
Raabe Ford is my "go to" dealer and Kevin Lindeman my salesman. I have purchased 4 cars from them and the buying process is unequaled anywhere else. I am always confident of honesty and the best deal possible followed by excellent service. I feel as if they know me and are aware of how to meet my needs.

This is the first domestic car I've owned in 30 years and boy do I love it. I've had Saab, Mini, Acura, Volvo and none of them compared to my Edge.
