My 2007 Ranger's 100,000-mile service. Barry was busy, very busy. Yet, he gave me individual attention and service above and beyond the call of duty. When I took my Ranger back the next day as the oil-pan-bolt casket was leaking, he immediately saw to it that it was fixed, and he was yet again busy.
I give Barry a 10 on a scale of 10, with a + added. You are lucky to have him as employee.
