I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
I had the misfortune of experiencing car problems while out of town for work. I took my Chrysler Town & Country van to this dealership after finding a Technical Service Bulletin online for the problem I was having (engine misfire). They were extremely busy when I got there, but the Service Advisor Specialist, Taylor Alford, seemed genuinely interested in my plight. I had to leave the vehicle overnight and get a rental car to get back to Cleveland. Taylor made sure my van was looked at the following day and got back to me promptly with what it would take to get running correctly again. I was fully expecting the worse based on what I read in the TSB, but Taylor gave me great news and the repair was relatively inexpensive. It's nice to know that there are still honest people out there! I'm very happy with the service I received at this dealership and would recommend them to all in the Louisville area!
My husband passed away 2 months ago. I was left with 2 cars I've never been comfortable with (too big for my taste) & not a lot of money. Alex worked with me, & now the big cars are gone, & I'm in a 2017 Chevy Cruze, that will be excellent, reliable transportation for my son & me. Alex is knowledgeable, personable, funny, & he has heart. You cannot go wrong working with him! Thank you, Craig & Landreth -- & especially Alex -- for putting my mind at ease. Last night was the first night I've slept more than 5 hours since losing my husband. Peace of mind is everything (& a cute car doesn't hurt!).

This service needed was due to a recall. I had paid to To have this done back in November due to my car not going into gear and rolling back and almost running me over with the door.I had told my car in and had it repaired and found out in August there was now a recall on this problem.The part finally came in and they just completed fixing it with the new improved part even though I had a part put in earlier they were not sure if it was the improved Mechanism so they had to replace it. They are sending me a refund for what I paid in November to get it done and I am just waiting for the check. Zach, the technician that talk to me about the car did a great job taking care of my needs and concerns.
Ryan Burton was just fantastic! Easy to communicate with and extremely friendly. Ryan worked hard to get me the best price for our Escape.
