No BS! That's what I asked for when I walked through the door at Colonial Ford a few weeks ago. After over a month of research deciding on the right truck, checking prices, dealer inventory, etc. I finally decided I better go drive one to make sure... It just so happened the day before I received an email from Dwight Coblazo inviting me in to check out the F-150 I had inquired about on their website. He told me to ask for Winston Bennett, so I did. While I was waiting for Winston, I got hooked up with Art Guertin and he quickly went to work locating the vehicle for me and getting a plate on it. I chatted with Winston for a bit and told me I was in good hands with Art and he'd take care of me. Boy was he right, Art was the perfect match! See, while I asked for no BS, I'm kind of a PIA when it comes to getting all my questions answered and making sure I'm getting a good deal. Looking back, this was my very first brand new car buying experience and quite an education. Art took it all in stride and there was never any pressure. In fact I put a few $ down to hold the vehicle while I thought about it, couldn't make up my mind after 24 hours and they refunded my money no questions asked, no pressure. A week or so later after texting questions back and forth with Art (and checking several other dealerships who all fell way short of my Colonial experience), I finally decided to pull the trigger. I knew it was a great deal, the truck (thankfully) hadn't been sold, Art went above and beyond to make me comfortable and worked closely with Dell Roderick to get me into a buying program that worked for me and my budget...they really delivered! I sat down with Shane Conroy to finalize the paperwork, he did his job and went over all of the "extras" that come up at the end. He answered my questions honestly about what I might need and might not, I never once felt like I was being put over on. I trusted his experience and opinion. In fact in the end, I can say that about everyone at Colonial. I trusted them, their experience and I believed their answers when I asked the question "what would you do?" For my money, I couldn't ask for anything more in a buying experience. When the truck was ready Art called me and offered to deliver it if that was more convenient but I decided to go pick it up (for the full new car experience). Dwight, checked in to make sure my experience at the dealership was nothing short of excellent. I'm pretty sure I shook everyone's hand and thanked them at least twice. Art, went through the truck with me one last time to answer any questions, reviewed the technology with me and helped me Sync my phone. Last, with a warm smile and a firm handshake he sent me on my way with a full tank of gas and an appointment for my first oil change on the house. Truth be told, I haven't stopped smiling since then cruising around in my brand new F-150 XLT So while I never got an BS from Colonial I realize I served up plenty. I'll be forever grateful and most definitely a repeat customer for their patience, honesty and graciousness with me.

Serena stayed late to help assist me with the different Ford Edge models they had available at the dealership. We test drove 2 different engines, and then an older version of the car to see how it compared. When then put all three vehicles next to each other to figure out which I liked best. She was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to work with. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a used (or new) Ford!

Room and safety for family. We have two kids both with car seats and there is plenty of room. All wheel drive works in snow (WV winter tested). Plenty of cargo room. Can handle four adults comfortably as well. A bit pricey out of dealership, but hope it lasts to make up for that.

We can't say enough about how great the shopping and purchasing experience was with Mastria, and especially with Dereck. They really showed the difference between shopping with Mastria and other dealers! After researching a new Mazda3 GT with Mastria with another dealer in Metro West, we were actually leaning toward the dealer in Metro West (they had the color we wanted most), but after three days of emailed questions, delays and impersonal attitude, we gave up on their internet sales dept. On the Mastria website, I negotiated a price with Pedro over their online chat, set up an appointment to come in, drive the car we were purchasing, and do the paperwork. No stress, no pressure, and the price we were looking for! When we went to the showroom, and our trade was appraised, Dereck found that the dealer who had sold it to us (which was NOT Mastria) had broken the law, and not disclosed frame damage to the vehicle – which made our trade worth next to nothing. We were disappointed, but what could we do? Dereck, on the other hand, kept going after we went home – he found a buyer for the trade who would pay double what Mazda was able to approve. Still not a ton of money, but it was the idea that Dereck kept thinking about it, after we had agreed to the low trade value and went home, that really impressed us. He and his supervisors Jon & Barry put their heads together and found us a better option. If you really want a dealership that *does* go above and beyond, go to Mastria Mazda. We'll be telling our friends, and anyone else who will listen!

We really love our 2016 Ford Edge Titanium AWD. Good performance and fuel mileage. Only complaint is with the front seats. The bolsters are too high; car should be kitted to comfort, not Sport. Otherwise, it's a great car.

When the 2019 Mustang "Bullitt" was announced, commemorating the 50th anniversary of the famous movie of the same name, which had one of the most famous movie car chases with Steve McQueen driving his '68 Mustang in the beautiful "Dark Highland Green", I placed my order with sales rep. Harry McDougall. Because of Ford's odd methodology of allocating special vehicles, Harry and the dealership worked very hard to obtain this limited-production car for me. He was just as excited about it arriving at the dealership as I was! Everything, including the paperwork, went smoothly and the car is well worth the wait. This is my eighth Mustang. The first was a '69 coup, which was also my first new car, so this is also my "50th anniversary" for Mustang ownership. I have bought many different cars at Jannell over the past 30 years and, obviously, have had great experience here and can highly-recommend the sales, service and parts folks; and the management must be doing something right, too! Thanks Jannell Ford.

This past Sunday my husband & I went to Jannell Ford to look at Escapes. I had recently driven a Ford from a car rental agency in Austin, TX and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the driving experience. BTW - we were going to go to BMW too, but cancelled that appointment. So we walked in without an appointment and we greeted in a very friendly way by Jack Bresnahan. He immediately took us out to see their inventory and offer us a test drive. After the drive, my husband was hooked on the Escape's feel of the road, interior appointments/technology, and overall experience. After looking at all of the offerings, we went with the top-of-the-line, ruby, red 2.0 Escape that was in the showroom. The 0% financing made this a "no brainer/intelligence test" that was hard to pass up! Fast forward 24 hours we were picking up our car! I bet we could have picked it up even sooner than 5 PM Monday (that was due to my work schedule). We also signed up for the maintenance package, another easy choice. All in all, the Jannell Ford team, and Jack made this car buying purchase for my husband & I easy as pie, and nearly as tasty! Thank you so much for a customer-friendly environment (yes we watched the Patriot's game in the showroom) and a style of service that makes me look forward to getting my oil changes. While hunting for a great deal on a minivan for my family of five over the course of a few days, I came across a 2015 Kia Sedona at Midway Automotive in Abington MA. The Kia was listed at a very competitive price, and the reviews for both the van and Midway were very high, so we headed over to Abington. We showed up and met Bob Hurley, a guy with 30+ years of experience in auto sales, including a long stretch as the owner of a dealership himself. Bob, the father of a big family and a dedicated local baseball coach, was terrific from start to finish. I have never appreciated high pressure sales of any kind (does anyone?), and Bob was a down to earth, direct, friendly guy who respected that. After taking the van for a test drive, my whole family really loved the car. It turned out that it had a slight issue with the motor that opens and closes one of the sliding doors. We bought it with Bob's assurance that the door would be taken care of. He promised us that he would do his best to have the issue rectified before our long annual drive to Lake Ontario, just a few days away. Each day he communicated with us about the progress, and tonight, just in time for our first trip as a minivan crew, we brought our awesome new Kia home. I'm very grateful for Bob Hurley's professionalism. Also noteworthy was Dave Bingham in Midway's finance department. He helped us secure a fantastic bumper-to-bumper extended warranty for a reasonable price, given the peace of mind that it brings me. Dave, like Bob, was also a very amiable guy, and we appreciated his guidance on the money end of things. One last thing - it's been a while since we bought a car, and I was impressed by the fact that we didn't even have to go to the RMV to get new plates, registration, inspection, etc. It was all taken care of by Midway. So let me add my voice to the many who have helped Midway Automotive earn a recent 2017 Consumer Satisfaction Award from this site, DealerRater. Midway is an independent dealer of pre-owned vehicles in Abington, MA. They gave my family their best service, and I wish them the best of success in return.

Ive had the 2016 Edge SELa month now and absolutely love it. Theres not much more Id want out of a vehicle. Im a fat xxxxxxx used to getting in and out of a lifted Excursion, but I get in and out just fine, plenty of headroom, comfortable seating, plenty of storage for fishing and camping crap as well as groceries, back seat theres enough room for passengers to be comfortable, drives very well, comfortable ride, plenty of zip to it. Brakes do grab a bit, but you get used to that and adjust your driving style like you would any other vehicle. Im very happy with it, and look forward to the next ten years at least driving it.

Perfect trunk Space

Wanted to use this car to travel through the US full-time with my big husband and 2 dogs. The handling is very good and hugs the road well. Really liked that it had cruise control and navigation as well as ports for our cell phones and tablets. The trunk space is perfect for 4 seasons of clothing and occasional other items useful for everyday living. So happy to have leather seats and purchased plastic floor and trunk mats. It makes keeping it clean much easier.

I had an unexpected serious issue with my Ford and they were excellent in taking care of it! Great comfort front and back seats. Display is large enough to see while driving without taking eyes off road to focus....navigation awful. Takes me past places I am looking for, when I use voice commands it calls wrong people, also some buttons so small you really need to make sure you get familiar with vehicle so you can press when needed. Once in a while I detect a hesitation with the tranny, but then it picks up speed again. Trunk one button great feature, twice I stood by it with keys in hand and it started closing on me, I lived. Yes great vehicle. I feel secure and comfortable.

I had the very same experience as so many others had at So. Easton Motors Sales, Inc. Purchasing the car was so easy and seamless. I had looked at their website and found four cars that interested me before going. When I arrived, I was greeted by Derek (the owner) and showed him the list. All four cars were available and he told me that I could take each one out for a test drive for as long as I wanted. I looked at the cars and was interested in two: A VW Passat and a Nissan Altima. He handed me the keys and I took the Altima for a drive and liked it very much. (The VW was a bit too small for me.) When I returned and walked back into the office-Derek asked me what I thought and (in a nutshell) I picked up the car on August 31st. Absolutely no pressure. I had set criteria for the purchase before I began the process of looking for a used car. 1.) The retailer had to have good/excellent reviews. 2.) The car price had to be at or below my price point. 3.) The car had to be a model/make I was interested in and be in good/excellent condition. 4.) The car had to be a 2015 or newer and have less than 40k miles. 5.) The sale price had to be within the parameters of the Kelly Blue Book value. 6.) The interest rate for financing had to be at or below 4%. So. Easton Motor Sales met/exceeded every one of my criteria. I had arrived on the lot at about 9:30 a.m. and walked out at 11:00 a.m. with the exact car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay with financing below the rate I wanted to pay. (I do have an excellent credit rating.) Derek took care of everything-all I had to do is write a check for the down-payment and call my insurance company. I went back a few days later and picked up the car from Eric. Couldn???t have been easier. I feel that I was treated very fairly and that I purchased a quality car that I look forward to driving for the next several years. Nov. 16, 2018: Addendum to original review: I discovered the defrost function on the rear window was not working. I called So. Easton and they said with no hesitation-bring the car in and we'll take care of it. Brought the car in and they had it fixed that day. Turned out-it was never connected at the factory. I bought the car in August-so, there was no way this could've been known by So. Easton or at the time I bought the car. So. Easton stands behind their warranty and the cars they sell. Proof that So. Easton Motors is an auto dealer with integrity. Very, very pleased with everything. I highly recommend this dealer.

First off I think Ford hit the nail squarely on the head when they redesigned the second generation Edge. Styling is cutting edge and the interior is as well appointed as many SUV's costing several thousand more. It rides well and the comfort level goes well beyond other vehicles in its class. Performance, also exceeds my expectations for a vehicle this size.

Mario Lee was my salesman and the best one I ever dealt with. 👍🏽 He was very attentive, professional and friendly. I really appreciate how much he went above and beyond and how personable he was. He made me feel very comfortable and did not pressure me at all even when I initially went to look at the vehicle. While it was a week before I returned to take a final look before I purchased the vehicle, Mario was so responsive and quickly and effectively addressed any concerns or questions I had. I was so indecisive and kept contacting him to reiterate details. He was so patient and never came off persistent or annoyed. This is far my most positive experience compared to 7 other dealerships I delt with. When I purchased the vehicle Mario held his promise to ensure that the minor concerns were taken care of. When I returned to pick up my readily vehicle it was Mario???s day off and he went out of his way to meet me at the dealership I felt so bad for making him wait for me as I kept changing the time and by the time I got there we were unable to take a picture together I felt so horrible but this gentleman, Jose Garcia filled in for him and took care of us. He was great very outgoing and funny. Thank you Bourne???s for everything! I would so recommend Bourne???s Auto to my friends and family. Amy Pawloski was the person I initially had contact with she would immediately follow up with me. She reached out to me to let me know of the price dropping. We brought in our explorer for the usual oil change /tire rotation & a 60,000 mile check up. We also had issue with navigation/fobs & error on dash relating to be in park mode. The service rep ???Stephanie??? was the best. She went all our issues & what would need to be done. Was a great experience!

Tony in the Quicklane area did an incredible job and the service foreman and his team were great. My F-150 needed brakes front and rear, a new battery, air filter, oil change, fuel injection service, wiper blades, and inspection. I brought the truck to the quick lane without an appointment at about 3:00 PM, they gave me a ride home, and I came back at 6:30 PM the same day and everything was done. A great experience.

This review is for a 2016 Edge Titanium v6. I had a loaner 4cyl turbo earlier in the year and found the power lacking. The v6 provides plenty of power off the line and in highway passing situations. It is EXTREMELY quiet. It handles well, much like the Fusion which shares this platform. The interior is very nice -- Sync 3 is a marked improvement over the previous iteration. I was very impressed by the amount of storage for front passengers. Note: my previous vehicle was an Expedition. The only knock: I hate the trend of increasingly high door sills. My vehicle has the BLIS system. I would not by an Edge without this as visibility is no where near that of the Expedition. Also, I'm not a fan of the rear lights. They look like someone gave the truck a wedgie.

Simply the best customer service experience I have ever had from any dealership in Massachusetts. Started off looking on line for a Subaru WRX STI. Found many in the area. Bourne's auto center was the best price so I put them on my list for my first stop in my test drive itinerary. Contacted them via email and got a quick response from Amy who was very professional with setting up a time and date for a test drive. Very nice lady. I had 2 other appointments that same day but Bourne was the best price hands down. Came in for my test drive and met with Victoria (Tori) Very kind ,professional and knowledgeable employee at Bourne's auto center. She greeted me with respect and wasn't pushy like other car dealerships. She had the car pulled up front for me to check out and drive. Which the drive was awesome as ppl who own Subaru know...... Came back and said to Tori that I dont need to look any further this was the car... We talked and she helped out on every aspect of the financial set up before going to finance department. All in all every one that got me into my new car I salute you. I will be sending everyone that I know to Bourne's auto center when in need of a new vehicle. They have one of the best line up of vehicles on site.👍

This Ford Edge is an SEL with many options. Sport wheels, leather interior, voice activated climate, entertainment, navigation "SYNC" etc. When used with Sirius can even compare gasoline prices from nearby stations. Prices vary as much as $.25/gallon. I never new that. Went to through the hills of Vermont and the ride was superb. Very comfortable, smooth, and quiet (little road noise).

So far I must say I have been pretty pleased with the everyone at prestige. Bobby was my salesman and was very up front with me , I did not feel pressured during negotiations and Bobby was up front with me. I like how nobody tried any sketchy sales tactics such as taking my keys; after my trade in was appraised I was given my keys back before negotiations started. I was given more money for my car than any other dealership offered me (including the big guys) Bobby Martin and I sat down and reached a number we both agreed upon , although it was close to closing time for the dealership, I met with finance and was told there was an 80% chance of approval and I would know the next day. The next day I remained in close contact with the Prestige but they still did not hear back from the bank, on the third day, I was informed that I had gotten approved and could come in to finalize paper work. On this day my salesman Bobby came in on his day off to to finalize everything and be sure the truck I bought was clean , he agreed to meet me at 6:00pm and he was there right on time. Bobby was honest and let me know that the vehicle would still need to be serviced and let me know when to call to schedule service. After driving the vehicle, I did notice an exhaust leak , Bobby assured me that they would get this fixed and I spoke to the service department and they scheduled a drop off time for service and agreed to issue me a rental without any hesitation. So far I have nothing to complain about , buying a used vehicle is different from buying a new vehicle and the dealer really makes or breaks the purchase. I will be sure to send all my family and friends to Bobby as long as the final stages of my purchase and the service to the truck is successful and I have no doubts that this will happen and in a short time period. Prestige won't offer you free lunch and a padded waiting area , but to me, that's not the purpose of going to a car dealer, prestige will not heckle you to purchase a car. Prestige will be honest with you and let you know if a deal can be made . When I met with finance for the final time I was told that my interest rate went up a couple percentage points, but I was assured I didn't have to make the deal , the difference was $18 a month and I chose to agree to this , but I wasn't pressured into this. Bobby is an upfront person who won't lead you on and then let you down , I am sure everything will go well with prestige's service department and I will be a happy customer. Thank you to Bobby Martin, Jerry and everyone else who helped me out.

Before I tell my story I just want to Say that Big Joe is amazing and I consider myself lucky to have worked with him. My day started with a 1.5 hour drive to the Auto Mile to look at some Honda Pilots at Big dealerships. At each one I was Cattle Prodded through their "process". No fun! Then a GREAT deal on a 2015 Pilot popped up on CarGurus. It was 20 miles away and at a used car dealer called Huggard & Ewing - wearily I left the big dealers and went to take a look - so glad I did! I met Big Joe right at the front door. Told him what I was there to see and he let me know it had just come in and was yet to be serviced for sale - they service all the cars before sale and Chris in service is super thoughrough. It turns out the car was three miles away and without knowing ANYHTING about me or my finances (and without trying to convince me to look at other cars on the lot) Big Joe grabbed the keys to a Lincoln and said "jump in, let's go see that truck". Joe and I wandered around and inspected the Pilot in the pouring rain then I took it for a drive, the truck was great and I put down a deposit with plans to pick it up 3 days later before a 10 day driving vacation. Joe and I also connected on a personal front as we determined during our drive our families have some mutual friends. The day before pick up I got a call from Joe who was concerned that when in Drive the differential lock feature (full time 4wd vs AWD) was not kicking in and he didn't want me to take the car until it was figured out. So, still under warranty it was off to Honda. I was leaving for 10 days the following day and expressed concern to Joe about the timing and deposit. He said "enjoy your vacation, the Pilot will be here when you get back, if you don't want it then you get your deposit back." It turned out that the differential was JUST FINE, Joe And I did not know it had to be in D2 verses Drive to kick in (basically only to be used if your stuck and need the low gear power and traction). Ok, we learned something and it was operator error :) The amazing thing is that Joe and H&E management held that perfectly ready (and incredibly priced) truck on the lot nearly 2 weeks until I returned! Not many (if any) used car dealerships would do that! Big Joe is honest, trustworthy, and truly a customer advocate - something that is hard to find in any profession! The rest of the team did great work on the vehicle and made sure EVERYTHING was great the day I arrived, Thanks to Chris and the whole H&E team. This is probably the third review I have ever written, but the team there deserves the props!

This Ford Edge is a very nice right with great features. I love the Magnetic Gray color with the black interior. Best vehicle I have purchased.
