First off I think Ford hit the nail squarely on the head when they redesigned the second generation Edge. Styling is cutting edge and the interior is as well appointed as many SUV's costing several thousand more. It rides well and the comfort level goes well beyond other vehicles in its class. Performance, also exceeds my expectations for a vehicle this size.

This is my third and my wife???s second Mazda leased/financed through Tasca. Bayo Dina is the best car salesman with whom I have ever had the pleasure of working. He is patient and does not push the sale. The first time I purchased a Mazda from Tasca, the CX-5 was the first car in its class that I test drove. Bayo allowed me to just walk out when I explained to him that I wanted to do my homework by test driving many vehicles, but he added, ???You???ll be back for this car.??? He was right, and I just leased my third Mazda, a 2018 Mazda CX-9. His honesty is by far his greatest strength (which is not common of car salesmen). When I was browsing for a CX-9 back in July, Bayo looked into my current lease and explained that due to the negative equity in the current vehicle, it wouldn???t make sense to drive one car while paying for two. Most salesmen wouldn???t have explained that and would have just wrapped that negative equity into a new lease payment. My kids love him so much they often want to go visit him when they have a day off from school. He makes you feel like part of the Tasca family. Shop at Tasca, and ask for Bayo. The finance department does everything in their power to get you the best payment possible, and Bernie is an amazing sales manager, willing to work with you on your wants/needs.

We really love our 2016 Ford Edge Titanium AWD. Good performance and fuel mileage. Only complaint is with the front seats. The bolsters are too high; car should be kitted to comfort, not Sport. Otherwise, it's a great car.

For my wife, I purchased a Ford EDGE 2015 loaded model from Imperial Ford with the help of Dean Childs, Sales; and Lou Carvalho, Sales Manager. They allowed me to take the vehicle home, show it to my wife and then bring it back. Upon my return to the dealership, I told them we really liked the car but the price was not in our budget. Lou said, "Let me see what I can do for you!" Currently we had been paying $350 per month on the vehicle we were trading in. Lou and Dean offered me a monthly payment (INCLUDING a non-deductible 9 year/150000 mile warrantee) under $400!!! It was a no brainer. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. In 2014 I was able to design my own Ford Mustang Convertible of which I drove away on my 65 birthday blasting my Beach Boys tunes as I drove home. If you are lookin' for a Ford, go H E R E!!!

Eric, thanks for the email. I was somewhat concerned with the Lincoln Continental service promised to me when I bought the car. Only because I had 3 Jaguar XJs as well as an XKR so I have been spoiled by top notch service for the past 12 years. This was my first experience with service and I can say that it was 100% perfect. The pick up and delivery was on time and perfect. By the way this car is amazing. I'm a bit of a car nut and I ordered it with everything except the back seat package. It listed out at about $70,500, almost $30,000 less than my last XJ and I like it better. It's a joy to drive and I can't wait to get in it every day.!!!!!!!??😊.

I recently reached the end of my lease with a competitor. After a very disagreeable experience with the dealer that I leased the car from, I visited Jack Madden Ford in Norwood Ma. The experience was a joy! I found the cooperation, and willingness that was not to be found at the other dealer. Our sales representative Paul Fioreza was friendly, knowledgable, and had a very relaxed attitude. I despise high pressure sales techniques, so Paul was just the kind of sales rep. that I enjoy working with. Along with sales manager Chris McLaughlin, Paul and he were able to make this lease work for me, and made this an enjoyable experience! I will be promoting this dealership , and their excellent staff to everyone I come in contact with who needs a car, without the high pressure tactics of the majority of dealerships!

Dan Pepper is the guy to see, Dan is the man very friendly awesome to talk to he helped us out when other dealerships bailed out on us and kept giving us excuses. Within a couple of hours he had a whole spread sheet of what payments were, it was unbelievable the other dealerships couldn???t even do that. Dan even waited for us to come in around 6 even though he had to be somewhere at 5, now that???s dedication for a customer to make sure they are 110% satisfied. I have nothing bad at all to say about this Tasca Ford and their employees they are the best in my books. Great comfort front and back seats. Display is large enough to see while driving without taking eyes off road to focus....navigation awful. Takes me past places I am looking for, when I use voice commands it calls wrong people, also some buttons so small you really need to make sure you get familiar with vehicle so you can press when needed. Once in a while I detect a hesitation with the tranny, but then it picks up speed again. Trunk one button great feature, twice I stood by it with keys in hand and it started closing on me, I lived. Yes great vehicle. I feel secure and comfortable.

Room and safety for family. We have two kids both with car seats and there is plenty of room. All wheel drive works in snow (WV winter tested). Plenty of cargo room. Can handle four adults comfortably as well. A bit pricey out of dealership, but hope it lasts to make up for that.

Mario Lee was my salesman and the best one I ever dealt with. 👍🏽 He was very attentive, professional and friendly. I really appreciate how much he went above and beyond and how personable he was. He made me feel very comfortable and did not pressure me at all even when I initially went to look at the vehicle. While it was a week before I returned to take a final look before I purchased the vehicle, Mario was so responsive and quickly and effectively addressed any concerns or questions I had. I was so indecisive and kept contacting him to reiterate details. He was so patient and never came off persistent or annoyed. This is far my most positive experience compared to 7 other dealerships I delt with. When I purchased the vehicle Mario held his promise to ensure that the minor concerns were taken care of. Walked in on a whim, on a Friday afternoon, to check an advertised lease special. I had about 6 months before my current lease was up and so I was in NO rush, but I was curious. I flat out said, "to buy today you'll have to totally blow my doors off; a.k.a. make me an offer I can't refuse." Long story short, I got a new lease that day. I'm still stunned, to be quite honest. This is the first time in my life, ever, that a dealer came back on the SECOND attempt with the exact offer I wanted (and to be fair, the first offer was VERY close). There was almost no negotiating needed. The experience was so good and positive that it made me feel like I was missing something. The old saying, "if it sounds too good to be true, then it is," kept repeating in my head. How sad that the auto consumer's brain is trained that way, right? Well, Central is doing all they can (right now) to change the buyer's perspective. I walked in Friday, finalized the deal Saturday, took delivery Tuesday and got a yummy, free steak tip sub along the way, to boot! Vehicle delivery was executed to a "T". Finance Manager Chip and Salesperson Ed, (along with a handful of other great personalities - Wendy the online sales woman, Justin Aptt the paperwork guy etc.) were fabulous to deal with. If you need a new Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge, I'd recommend you pop in there this Memorial Day weekend and see what you can do!

Ive had the 2016 Edge SELa month now and absolutely love it. Theres not much more Id want out of a vehicle. Im a fat xxxxxxx used to getting in and out of a lifted Excursion, but I get in and out just fine, plenty of headroom, comfortable seating, plenty of storage for fishing and camping crap as well as groceries, back seat theres enough room for passengers to be comfortable, drives very well, comfortable ride, plenty of zip to it. Brakes do grab a bit, but you get used to that and adjust your driving style like you would any other vehicle. Im very happy with it, and look forward to the next ten years at least driving it.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I had an unexpected serious issue with my Ford and they were excellent in taking care of it! They took care of things in a timely manner, made sure I had alternative arrangements for getting around while my car was in service, and made the whole experience as good as could be given the circumstances. I highly recommend them and I truly enjoyed the experience (who can say that about the hassle with unexpected car troubles!).

This review is for a 2016 Edge Titanium v6. I had a loaner 4cyl turbo earlier in the year and found the power lacking. The v6 provides plenty of power off the line and in highway passing situations. It is EXTREMELY quiet. It handles well, much like the Fusion which shares this platform. The interior is very nice -- Sync 3 is a marked improvement over the previous iteration. I was very impressed by the amount of storage for front passengers. Note: my previous vehicle was an Expedition. The only knock: I hate the trend of increasingly high door sills. My vehicle has the BLIS system. I would not by an Edge without this as visibility is no where near that of the Expedition. Also, I'm not a fan of the rear lights. They look like someone gave the truck a wedgie.

What a relief! Tasca???s Mazda dealership was head and shoulders above their competitors???. I first had the pleasure of speaking at length with Sales??? head, Bernie Spann. At that point bad experiences elsewhere had blunted my zeal for Mazdas. Yet I soon realized things were different here. Initially, Bernie struck me as cordial, thorough, honest, succinct, and a great listener. Once he???d referred me to Don Mailloux, one of his senior sales staff, my impressions were confirmed by Bernie???s notes on my previous call. He???d literally caught every salient detail. What I found still more astonishing was Don???s manner: he, too, was a total pro blessed with quite a brain. As if these two weren???t remarkable enough, the whole place was top-notch. They???re just an exemplary group, period. I???m thinking back to my original query, after I???d scoped out their inventory online. What were the prospects of finding me a red, manual 2018 Mazda3 Grand Touring hatchback? The gal who answered had connected me with Internet Sales, and later I called them back with other questions. Next came Bernie; then my first advisor in Finance, and then Don. When I opted to go see Don, the first face I met was that of New England???s most-personable greeter, followed by a pair of attentive receptionists. My subsequent progress with Don led to other calls, to my Finance consultant and another in his department. In each case their polite, candid efficiency sped my progress. Ultimately, as promised, Tasca did meet the lowest price quoted elsewhere. Without hesitation, Don ran me a comprehensive spreadsheet. Wow. It was the farthest-possible cry from the ambiguities so rife at other dealerships. (Elsewhere, as I persisted in asking one sales manager how where he was getting his numbers, he actually said, ???You???re making this much harder than it has to be,??? which I took as present-day code for, ???Don???t worry your pretty little head about that.???) In short, Tasca made my choice an easy one. Indeed, when it came time to sign everything, Carl Tasca himself stopped by. (His father had done business with mine years ago. Carl chose to say hello, then spent awhile discussing life in a family business. Later, too, he twice made a point of ensuring I???d ???be satisfied,??? ??? as his dad used to say.) And nothing???s changed since I made my decision. I had questions about the gear ratios: Don reached out to the head of Service, then shared his finding. (Namely, that my gas-scrimper gear box bears little resemblance to my old Rx-7???s.) So what???s the upshot of my having researched, price-shopped, repeatedly test-driven, accepted, taken home and then upgraded one element (which shipped in later)? I wish I???d gone to Tasca Mazda on Day One. Truly, they???re a class act. Warmest thanks to everyone there, Tasca!

Simply the best customer service experience I have ever had from any dealership in Massachusetts. Started off looking on line for a Subaru WRX STI. Found many in the area. Bourne's auto center was the best price so I put them on my list for my first stop in my test drive itinerary. Contacted them via email and got a quick response from Amy who was very professional with setting up a time and date for a test drive. Very nice lady. I had 2 other appointments that same day but Bourne was the best price hands down. Came in for my test drive and met with Victoria (Tori) Very kind ,professional and knowledgeable employee at Bourne's auto center. She greeted me with respect and wasn't pushy like other car dealerships. She had the car pulled up front for me to check out and drive. Which the drive was awesome as ppl who own Subaru know...... Came back and said to Tori that I dont need to look any further this was the car... We talked and she helped out on every aspect of the financial set up before going to finance department. All in all every one that got me into my new car I salute you. I will be sending everyone that I know to Bourne's auto center when in need of a new vehicle. They have one of the best line up of vehicles on site.👍

While hunting for a great deal on a minivan for my family of five over the course of a few days, I came across a 2015 Kia Sedona at Midway Automotive in Abington MA. The Kia was listed at a very competitive price, and the reviews for both the van and Midway were very high, so we headed over to Abington. We showed up and met Bob Hurley, a guy with 30+ years of experience in auto sales, including a long stretch as the owner of a dealership himself. Bob, the father of a big family and a dedicated local baseball coach, was terrific from start to finish. I have never appreciated high pressure sales of any kind (does anyone?), and Bob was a down to earth, direct, friendly guy who respected that. After taking the van for a test drive, my whole family really loved the car. It turned out that it had a slight issue with the motor that opens and closes one of the sliding doors. We bought it with Bob's assurance that the door would be taken care of. He promised us that he would do his best to have the issue rectified before our long annual drive to Lake Ontario, just a few days away. Each day he communicated with us about the progress, and tonight, just in time for our first trip as a minivan crew, we brought our awesome new Kia home. I'm very grateful for Bob Hurley's professionalism. Also noteworthy was Dave Bingham in Midway's finance department. He helped us secure a fantastic bumper-to-bumper extended warranty for a reasonable price, given the peace of mind that it brings me. Dave, like Bob, was also a very amiable guy, and we appreciated his guidance on the money end of things. One last thing - it's been a while since we bought a car, and I was impressed by the fact that we didn't even have to go to the RMV to get new plates, registration, inspection, etc. It was all taken care of by Midway. So let me add my voice to the many who have helped Midway Automotive earn a recent 2017 Consumer Satisfaction Award from this site, DealerRater. Midway is an independent dealer of pre-owned vehicles in Abington, MA. They gave my family their best service, and I wish them the best of success in return.
Perfect trunk Space

Wanted to use this car to travel through the US full-time with my big husband and 2 dogs. The handling is very good and hugs the road well. Really liked that it had cruise control and navigation as well as ports for our cell phones and tablets. The trunk space is perfect for 4 seasons of clothing and occasional other items useful for everyday living. So happy to have leather seats and purchased plastic floor and trunk mats. It makes keeping it clean much easier.

So far I must say I have been pretty pleased with the everyone at prestige. Bobby was my salesman and was very up front with me , I did not feel pressured during negotiations and Bobby was up front with me. I like how nobody tried any sketchy sales tactics such as taking my keys; after my trade in was appraised I was given my keys back before negotiations started. I was given more money for my car than any other dealership offered me (including the big guys) Bobby Martin and I sat down and reached a number we both agreed upon , although it was close to closing time for the dealership, I met with finance and was told there was an 80% chance of approval and I would know the next day. The next day I remained in close contact with the Prestige but they still did not hear back from the bank, on the third day, I was informed that I had gotten approved and could come in to finalize paper work. On this day my salesman Bobby came in on his day off to to finalize everything and be sure the truck I bought was clean , he agreed to meet me at 6:00pm and he was there right on time. Bobby was honest and let me know that the vehicle would still need to be serviced and let me know when to call to schedule service. After driving the vehicle, I did notice an exhaust leak , Bobby assured me that they would get this fixed and I spoke to the service department and they scheduled a drop off time for service and agreed to issue me a rental without any hesitation. So far I have nothing to complain about , buying a used vehicle is different from buying a new vehicle and the dealer really makes or breaks the purchase. I will be sure to send all my family and friends to Bobby as long as the final stages of my purchase and the service to the truck is successful and I have no doubts that this will happen and in a short time period. Prestige won't offer you free lunch and a padded waiting area , but to me, that's not the purpose of going to a car dealer, prestige will not heckle you to purchase a car. Prestige will be honest with you and let you know if a deal can be made . When I met with finance for the final time I was told that my interest rate went up a couple percentage points, but I was assured I didn't have to make the deal , the difference was $18 a month and I chose to agree to this , but I wasn't pressured into this. Bobby is an upfront person who won't lead you on and then let you down , I am sure everything will go well with prestige's service department and I will be a happy customer. Thank you to Bobby Martin, Jerry and everyone else who helped me out.

This Ford Edge is an SEL with many options. Sport wheels, leather interior, voice activated climate, entertainment, navigation "SYNC" etc. When used with Sirius can even compare gasoline prices from nearby stations. Prices vary as much as $.25/gallon. I never new that. Went to through the hills of Vermont and the ride was superb. Very comfortable, smooth, and quiet (little road noise).
