First off I think Ford hit the nail squarely on the head when they redesigned the second generation Edge. Styling is cutting edge and the interior is as well appointed as many SUV's costing several thousand more. It rides well and the comfort level goes well beyond other vehicles in its class. Performance, also exceeds my expectations for a vehicle this size.

My tire pressure light on my brand new Forester (purchased in San Jose) went on a couple days before heading through Sacramento for a work meeting. That light still hadn't gone out as the weather adjusted from Monsoon weather to fair Northern Cal weather, so I made a detour to Maita by reference to Cars.com's service finder on the app... I didn't have a service appointment, but they were able to squeeze me in and address the issue at no charge. Everyone was friendly, the appointment was fast, and I thank Maita for their help and hospitality (esp John in Service!).

We really love our 2016 Ford Edge Titanium AWD. Good performance and fuel mileage. Only complaint is with the front seats. The bolsters are too high; car should be kitted to comfort, not Sport. Otherwise, it's a great car.

Josh Smith continues to be amazing at assisting me with repeated TCM/clutch replacements to my 2012 Ford Focus from getting the work done to a rental vehicle to answering all of my questions that have to do with this or anything else about my car. Great comfort front and back seats. Display is large enough to see while driving without taking eyes off road to focus....navigation awful. Takes me past places I am looking for, when I use voice commands it calls wrong people, also some buttons so small you really need to make sure you get familiar with vehicle so you can press when needed. Once in a while I detect a hesitation with the tranny, but then it picks up speed again. Trunk one button great feature, twice I stood by it with keys in hand and it started closing on me, I lived. Yes great vehicle. I feel secure and comfortable.

Room and safety for family. We have two kids both with car seats and there is plenty of room. All wheel drive works in snow (WV winter tested). Plenty of cargo room. Can handle four adults comfortably as well. A bit pricey out of dealership, but hope it lasts to make up for that.

Ive had the 2016 Edge SELa month now and absolutely love it. Theres not much more Id want out of a vehicle. Im a fat xxxxxxx used to getting in and out of a lifted Excursion, but I get in and out just fine, plenty of headroom, comfortable seating, plenty of storage for fishing and camping crap as well as groceries, back seat theres enough room for passengers to be comfortable, drives very well, comfortable ride, plenty of zip to it. Brakes do grab a bit, but you get used to that and adjust your driving style like you would any other vehicle. Im very happy with it, and look forward to the next ten years at least driving it.

Jan, 2014, I purchased a new f 150. I needed some warranty work done on my ac. the wait in the old waiting room was a joke. today's visit was great. the waiting room has been moved to the front showroom, eliminating the morning sun. they have a nice lounge set up with tables and tv. the tables are great for using your laptop. from the onset, a lady would visit with everyone to aid in shuttle or rental needs. the service writers would come up front to discuss any repairs need. there were plenty of snacks and donuts.they have definitely kicked it up. i have purposely NOT been back since 2014 because of the lack of attention to the people that are waiting in the lobby. from today forward, i will resume patronizing Harold Ford with my vehicle needs. This review is for a 2016 Edge Titanium v6. I had a loaner 4cyl turbo earlier in the year and found the power lacking. The v6 provides plenty of power off the line and in highway passing situations. It is EXTREMELY quiet. It handles well, much like the Fusion which shares this platform. The interior is very nice -- Sync 3 is a marked improvement over the previous iteration. I was very impressed by the amount of storage for front passengers. Note: my previous vehicle was an Expedition. The only knock: I hate the trend of increasingly high door sills. My vehicle has the BLIS system. I would not by an Edge without this as visibility is no where near that of the Expedition. Also, I'm not a fan of the rear lights. They look like someone gave the truck a wedgie.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. Very nice SUV I have the Edge Sport. Great design. Sporty with lots of pickup. Very stable ride. Constantly get positive comments on styling and ride. AWD.

I purchased a used Toyota 4x4 vehicle without test driving on the freeway. After the purchase I had to drive approx. 100 miles on the freeway to get home. The steering shook a lot and the vehicle drifted to the right. The next day I called Acura and explained the problem. They were more than happy to have me return the vehicle so they could repair it. While they were making repairs I walked across the street to the Toyota dealership and found exactly what I was looking for. I asked Acura if I could cancel the contract so I could purchase the other vehicle and they were very cooperative in doing so.

The legroom in both front and back is remarkable. I do wish the seats were a little wider and deeper for the driver but that's a very minor issue. I especially like the quiet ride and the fast pickup from the engine.
